“Casual family-run Vietnamese spot that serves classic eats. Came here for dinner at 8pm on a weeknight with a friend and there was no wait. Parking is available in the back. Indoor dining only. Credit cards accepted. There was a Yelp check in deal where you could get 5% off your bill. We ordered some spring rolls as apps to share and they were very crispy. I had the pho tai and it was very filling. I liked the broth and the leftovers kept fairly well the following day.“

“We've been coming here since Fabios opened a few years ago. As much as I love the food in LA, good Italian food is not one of the things we're usually known for or easy to find. It's mainly Italian American food that you'll find at most restaurants and the authentic spots are usually mediocre at best. That's why it was such a pleasant surprise to find Fabio's on the Venice boardwalk of all places. The only times we go to the boardwalk these days is specifically to eat here. It's well worth the trip. Simple handmade pasta and sauces that will bring you right back to memories of your favorite little pasta shop on your last trip to Italy! The owner Fabio is very hands on and passionate about his food and you can taste it in every dish he makes. Simple fresh ingredients treated with love and respect. Forget the trendy hot spots like Eataly, Pasta Sisters, or Osteria Mozza, Fabio's is quite honestly the best real deal authentic handmade Italian pasta that you'll get in Los Angeles. Some reviews complained about the wait time. Well, it's handmade, made to order, super fresh pasta. If you're looking for quickie fast food italian, go to olive garden or pizza hut instead. If you're looking for truly authentic fresh pasta and sauces, then this is well worth the wait. Every dish there is handmade, including the bread and desserts. While we've definitely taken orders to go as well, this is the kind of spot where you want to sit down and eat it freshly made in order to truly enjoy it. First time? Try the pappardelle with italian sausage or the beef raviolis! Everything is good though.“

I really love their spamasubi and their miso soup. It reminds me of my high school days when people would sell spamasubi from their backpacks. The place has a few tables and chairs to sit on if you are looking to dine in or wait for your food. Cool thing about their service too is they have a buzzer for when your food is ready. Sometimes it takes a little long to get the food to come out but it's always hot and ready to eat when they do.“

I got the Pad See Ew (See You Again, for sure), Basil Crispy Chicken Wings and Thai Iced Tea. SO GOOD. The Pad See Ew is so flavor packed. The beef and noodles are cooked to perfection, I LOVE the way the tofu is cooked. I am so picky about tofu, this is perfectly fried and sized, crispy on the outside and not dry on the inside. AMAZING. I LOVE LOVE LOVE vinegar chili and am soooooooo happy these came with the dish on the side, definitely ordering extra next time! The chicken wings are SO crispy and flavorful. Holy cow. Thai iced tea not too sweet or too milky, literally perfect. Compliments to the chef!!! I've tried every Thai place and had given up on finding anything that is worth ordering. “I was in the neighborhood and accidentally discover Jidaiya. Being the first time dining there, I was pleasantly surprised. We had the Tonkotsu shio ramen and the broth flavor was intense and rich, just the way I like it. Also had generous portion of topping and veggies. I especially love the sheets of seaweed and spoonful of toasted sesame that added the crunch, flavor and texture to the ramen. The only minor imperfection were the thinly sliced chashu. Sadly they were not my favorite as it's slight on the lean, tougher side. Please improve on the chashu, other than that, it's an awesome bowl of ramen! The noodles were cooked el dente. I'm a ramen snob and this place is pretty legit! We also order a side of takoyaki. These were one of the largest takoyaki, with a nice outer crunch and soft, gooey filling with plenty of octopus. If you're very hungry, they offer a combo with the order of ramen. The combo are very fair priced and lot of selection to choose from. Friendly service, proactive about asking if we needed 2 smaller bowls as we were sharing a bowl of ramen. The ambience is dated but feels homey like a true mom and pop shop. Though the dated feel didn't bother me much since the food is pretty good. I mean, come on, where can you find a bowl of decent ramen that still cost under $15!! Talk about value and good food. Regarding napkins, there were boxes of tissues. Which I thought it was a nice gesture as it's soft. With the hot bowl of soup, I appreciate the little touch of soft tissues. It's an odd thing, but it was thoughtful. I highly suggest this place whenever you're in the neighborhood. It's hard to be a small business especially in this economy. Let's support them and keep them going. Thanks for having us. Food's is delicious! I know we'll be back.“

For the first visit we went with the lowest heat levels. For my wife, the level one Curry was hot enough. For me, I'm looking forward to ramping up the heat next time! Not a large establishment but worth the wait...Parking: Have you battle the parking for the other restaurants on this end of the parking lot, plus the madness from the In-and-Out lines.“

Even though it's a modest menu, the choices are great. All around one of my favorites. Also, service is always great.“

“Went there for my first time last night around opening time, very friendly customer service experience. I enjoyed my 'Fire Bowl Ramen' (Intermediate / 2nd Spice level) so much that I drank most of the broth. The general atmosphere felt like I was in Japan again, it may not be everyone's liking, but I personally enjoy dimly lit ambiance for a dinner setting.“

“We arrived 30 minutes before closing. Luckily we got a parking spot close by on the street. The woman working was super friendly and had great customer service. We watched her chase down someone after the restaurant had accidentally left something out of their order. She was quick and efficient the entire time not to just our table but to the other parties in the small restaurant and all of the to-go orders as well. I decided to get the Venice shrimp wrap appetizer and the Tom kha ramen at hot spicy level. My boyfriend got the khao soi at medium spicy level. Our friend got the cream cheese wontons and crab noodle soup. The food was ready quickly. The shrimp wraps were very interesting and delicious. I've never had anything like them before. The potato noodles made them really crunchy and the sweet and sour sauce added the perfect twang. The tom kha was super yummy. Creamy and sour with a lot of shrimp and mushrooms. The noodles were thick and plentiful. It actually wasn't very spicy. Not sure why but the khao soi was more spicy for the two of us. Although good, I liked the khao soi more and would probably get that or try other items next time. However tom kha is still one of my favorite soups, I think I just don't need it with noodles. The khao soi was perfect, it had the trademark crunchy toppings and plenty of meat (I think he got it with pork). I liked the texture of these noodles better but I'm sure you could ask to swap noodle types. Perfectly spicy as well. The fresh garnish of lime, onions, and bean sprouts were served on the side so you could add accordingly. Our friend liked his soup and wontons as well. We were out 2 minutes after closing. Will definitely be back because of the great food that's a reasonable price and the great customer service!“

“First timer here. Huge portion sizes, good prices, and they offer more meats compared to other pho spots. The to go bowl is HUGE. You’re eating straight from a bowl vs a styrofoam container you usually get from other pho spots. That’s a huge plus for me. I will be coming back ??“

“One of the best galbi tang I've had and not just in the South Bay, but all of LA. I've been to plenty of places in Ktown and I still prefer Hansol. The portion is huge, bachan is delicious, and the meat is juicy. They give you two giant ribs per portion. I can't speak to anything else on the menu since this is all I ordered, but my friend also enjoys their chicken katsu. 100% worth coming. To go is equally good. Great for a cold day!“

Fried rice, Kara age chicken, mapo tofu on rice, big huge bowls of ramen ?, most everything I have tried so far is ?Vegetarian options: You can always ask them about whether they use strictly vegetarian broths for certain dishes, if yes, then just add more vegetables, or withholding the meat for certain dishes may be all that's needed...Wheelchair accessibility: A bit difficult, as it is a small place ...there are two or three tables outside though, for those who really want to try it...“

“Came here because of an IG video. Michelin ramen in a supermarket? Ok I’ll make the drive to see what the buzz is all about. Upon further research, their other location is in the Michelin guide. It’s still clearly advertised as so at this location. But nonetheless, I did enjoy their tsukemen ramen. The broth was rich and hearty. Their noodles and chashu were extra thick and different from other tsukemen ramen I’ve tried previously. I could tell quality ingredients went into making this ramen. Was it worth the drive? Probably not but I had a great time at the Japanese market and left with an inflatable Pocky stick!“

They are on the smaller side, but still a decent deal. They were g anything special, but they were yummy. I ordered for pick up on the apps. It was ready quickly and on time. Person at the counter, mom I am assuming, was kind an attentive. I also got the jap chae which was delicious. Large portion, good amount of beef. Super fresh veggies. I will say I prefer the japchae from gushi in Westwood in terms of west side Korean food. I will definitely be coming back.“

“All-you-can-eat ramen OR all-you-can-eat shabu, which would you choose??? I’m like the most indecisive person ever, so if you’re like me, luckily we don’t have to choose at Momo Paradise!I’ve probably been to the Rowland Heights location over 20 times, so that’s a testament to how much I love this place, even over the years! You can make your own bowl of ramen at the Farmer’s Market station with the freshest ingredients. Order your favorite cuts of high-quality meats with your server, my favorite is the Kurobuta pork shoulder. They were out of the Beef eye of round when we went. Not to mention there’s a build-your-own boba station AND unlimited beef curry rice that might be my favorite out of everything there! Thanks for reading! ^-^“
