“Exquisite ambience, innovative food and nice service! Went there for the dinner on Valentine’s and it was worth every penny. The dishes are really innovative and still have that touch of Indian food. Apt and balanced spices. Loved the way they have put in so much efforts in improvising the dishes.I ordered butter chicken pot pie, garlic naan, dum biryani, death by chocolate.Dessert was a 3/5 though, it wasn’t really that tasty.“

“My friend and I had just finished a hot yoga sesh in the area and wanted something healthy to eat. Lucky me, she found Appu's! We were greeted by Chef VR himself! He made us feel so welcomed and gave us wonderful recommendations since it was our first time. We were not disappointed as the food was sooooo bomb! The vegan mango lassi is his own recipe and I was mind blown how good it was especially being vegan and having no sugar added (besides the fruit). The burritos were ‍ ??‍?? and filled with so much flavor. I can't wait to come back and try all the other dishes! ?“

I have tried almost everything on the menu and found it to be delicious, a good value for the price, and always ready on-time when I order online. I always stick to my usual combo with rice and chicken tikka masala , sooo good but I do wish they weren't cheap with portions , I love to dip my garlic naan in the curry but every time I receive my order it comes with no soup , also if they garlic naan isn't crispy and fresh this review would be five stars, wash your meal down with a mango lassi“

“This restaurant is by far one of my favorite resturants of belmont shore, if not the best! The food is delicious, the service is very kind and the price is very reasonable. Portions of curry are big so we always have leftovers, which we love. I recommend this place to everyone I know.“
