“Wish she put "to go" order properly for the fish chowder dish that comes with the rice noodle. The purpose of my driving all the way to Loomis to pickup two orders of this dish along with another dish was so that I can enjoy a little bit of that fish chowder dish each day since I normally need to eat high protein dish and this chowder dish does not have enough protein for me.It is very tasty but I had to finish it off rather quickly in less than 24 hours (alone) because in the to go box, rice noodle was mixed in with the chowder and my plan to use wheat noodle instead was defeated.So if you plan to order that fish for To Go, make sure to instruct her to pack the noodle separately.”

“It's always worth the one hour drive from our home to enjoy lunch or brunch at the High Hand Cafe where you can enjoy your meal while you feel you're eating in a beautiful "greenhouse" we've consistently enjoyed delicious breakfasts and sandwiches. They are adjacent to a nursery and a pretty incredible koi pond. So, if you do not have a reservation and there is a wait...it goes by pretty quickly as you meander through the grounds. And even after, there are shops and a wine tasting option on the premises! THE STAFF... each and every time we've visited, we have come away thinking and feeling how nice it is to enjoy a meal served by an entire staff that truly enjoy serving, Always pleasant and with a smile. Give High Hand Cafe a try...you'll enjoy the entire experience!!Kid-friendliness: We have visited High Hand Cafe with the kids, the staff is attentive and quick to take our order and deliver the meal! There is even an outdoor pizza oven so the kids enjoyed seeing their pizza being made!”

“I can't say enough good things about Eric and the Valiant Coffee team. I've always loved their coffee as it's freshly roasted, amazingly delicious and local to us. This year I decided to share some of my favorite coffees with all our customers and they quickly roasted and put together over 200 bags of coffee. “I ordered the pan combo thick crush. The pizza was extremely hot. The pizza had a really good flavor. The pizza would have been perfect, just the dough seemed to have not cooked enough for my liking. Kind of doughy just a little and could have had just more sauce. The toppings were falling off the pizza a little more than expected but overall. I enjoyed it. 5 star! Very good!”
