“Amazing flavors and very warm staff/owners. This unassuming place is in a quiet, older strip mall. The staff were warm, kind and accommodating. The ice cream is delish, with many unique flavors to choose from. I especially enjoyed Orange Cardamom. Games and books available to entertain the kiddos. There's also Nahita's Bakery and Cafe at this location serving up Turkish specialties.“

“What a delightful surprise. I’m an admitted milk tea addict and up till now had a favorite spot I’d come to on a regular basis. This is my new favorite spot now. The drinks are delicious and the experience is not only tasty, but so much fun with the little surprises and decorative cups they serve their beverages in. It’s a very cozy atmosphere and sure to bring a smile on every visit.“

“I came here on a Thursday afternoon (~12 PM) and stayed here for a few hours to do work on my laptop. The place is relatively spacious with comfortable seats and outlets. Throughout my time there, the place was almost always completely empty. Because I was one of the only people there, the barista brought my drink right to the table I was sitting at, which was very kind. Though the name suggests they are a coffee shop, I was surprised to see the big menu at the front was for boba. I asked the cashier for the coffee menu and they had it on the back of a smaller menu at the counter. I ordered a hot chai latte. It was a big too sweet for my taste, but nonetheless quite good. This would be a great place to come to on the weekends when other coffee shops are usually full/crowded. Great place to sit and relax!“

“I appreciate any cafe these days that is a nice spot to do work at, since many don't have ample seating or wifi! Sue's Gallery cafe is spacious, has delicious drinks, and wifi! It's in a really nice spot that's quiet and not super busy, and there's some street parking nearby. I sat outside to do some work while the weather was nice, and it was a great experience. The only downside is that it's a bit pricey, but the vanilla latte and toast was delicious nonetheless.“

“My new fav brunch! Loved the food. I had a scramble with bacon and fruit as a side, and it was perfect! I also shared a few bites of millionaire’s bacon from a friend, unique and yummy! Can’t wait to go back. It’s a treat!Dietary restrictions: They were very familiar with my celiac and offered alternatives. Sadly I couldn’t have the side of brussel sprouts and potatoes (looked SO good), but the fruit was perfect.Parking: I parked down the street since the lot was full. Busy place and rightly so!“

“I had an absolutely delightful experience at Nirvana Soul! The golden waffle was a heavenly treat - perfectly crisp on the outside, warm and fluffy on the inside. It was like a bite of pure sunshine! The cold brew was just the refreshing touch I needed. The ambiance was serene and the staff were incredibly welcoming. I can't wait to return for another taste of this culinary nirvana!“

“A coffee roaster and cafe located in California, USA. It started in San Francisco in 2013, and as the city is named after Saint Francis, the coffee house is also named that way. Like St. Francis, they form a network with small coffee farms around them and work together to achieve mutual benefit. It's a branch located at the Menlo Park Caltrain station, but from a distance it looks like just a counter, so you wouldn't even know it was a coffee shop. When you get close, you can smell the fragrant coffee. Feels like Blue Bottle coffee with a mild sour taste. The neighborhood itself is quiet and there's a train station in front, so it's a great place to have a quiet coffee.Review on January 26, 2024A cafe located in Menlo Park, California. This is a branch of St. Frank, a roastery in San Francisco. Menlo Park is a city bordering Palo Alto (Stanford) and has a similar quiet and safe atmosphere. Mountain View, adjacent to the south, has an urban feel, while this place has a California feel.Where would you like to get coffee near Stanford, including Palo Alto, Mountain View, and Menlo Park? This is the first place that comes to mind. It's not a fancy place, located in a container in the parking lot behind Mentor Park Caltrain Station, but the coffee tastes amazing, and the atmosphere is great as you watch the Caltrain pass by. Of course, since there are only outdoor tables, sunglasses are a must.St. Frank Roastery has several of its own stores, but also supplies products to other cafes. San Francisco's favorite cafe, Coffee Movement, also uses coffee beans from here.It seems like it was just yesterday that I was riding my bike every day and drinking a glass of Flat White during the pandemic, but time flies so quickly.“

“I didn't know it was such a hot place. Surprisingly, there were so many people waiting in line. They had many types of coffee with unique flavors added. Because it was afternoon, I chose chai latte instead of coffee, but the London Fog with lavender and Tokyo Latte with strawberry flavor that my friends chose were really refreshing! I highly recommend you visit at least once.“

“Very friendly staff that gave delicious recommendations and gave me a rundown on Turkish coffee for my first time! I'm a huge coffee guy and the Turkish coffee here was pretty good, pastries were great though! There's relatively limited seating but it's also great for some grab and go bites! Will definitely come here again to this semi-hidden gem :)“

“I used to visit the SJ location a lot, and I was so happy when they opened this Cupertino location! The lines are pretty long, especially on the weekends. For example I went on a kind of cold Sunday a minute after opening, and there was already a decent line out the door!I've tried a few drinks here, and they're all pretty solid. The creme brulee matcha swirl is popular for a reason, but just be prepared to consume a lot of concentrated dairy in one drink (: It's basically a matcha milkshake. Luckily I was with my partner, so I took maybe two sips to try, and then let my partner digest the rest. The matcha and hojicha lattes are also good, and they offer oat milk sub.I do like the matcha and hojicha soft serves, but the parfait that I think is relatively new on the menu is sadly as mediocre as the other reviews claim. The ingredients didn't taste as high quality as I expect from Izumi, compared to the other items. For $9 and maybe 10 min extra wait time, you get a pretty small cup filled mostly with whipped cream, a small scoop of matcha ice cream (which didn't have a strong matcha flavor,) some matcha jelly, sweet red beans, rice crispy cereal, a few pieces of mochi, and strawberry puree (which I opted out of due to food allergies, but I can't imaging including it would make a difference.) This is probably the only thing I wouldn't recommend from Izumi. Sorry ): I'd still come back for everything except this though!“

“This is the second time we've dined here. I had a watermelon margarita that was perfect and delicious. All three diners in our party were happy with all our dishes. I had a combination plate that had a chicken enchilada with green sauce, beef enchilada and rice and beans. The flavors were fantastic! The enchilada had lots of very tender chicken. The beans were incredible; a mix of tender whole beans simmered with some mashed beans, topped with cotija. We will definitely visit again when we are back in the area.“

One in the front and one to the right, next to seating in the corner. My drink was the Mango Pomelo, and I ordered it 50% sweet and regular ice. It was exactly what I wanted it to be......mango'y!!! It was sweet, a bit tart and delicious. The only complaints there were were about the Thai tea. My friend didn't like it much, but I didn't try it for myself. This shopping center is quite busy on weekends so parking can be difficult to find close. May have to park a little farther. There are so many good food choices in this shopping center. Would suggest having some dumplings or noodles nearby, then get your tea on your way out.“

“Boba Bliss represents a nice, tasty, and modern boba shop. The first thing that caught my eye was how nice the interior was. Lots of natural light, making this boba shop a great place to sit and study in. Their menu has a variety of drinks ranging from Milk Teas to Green Teas to Lattes. I love how they have seasonal drinks, so there's always something new on the menu. There is a kiosk for you to order from, but they also have a cashier to take orders as well. Hojicha Cheese Cream (4.5/5): My first sip tasted like straight cream cheese, but as I kept drinking, the drink tasted better. The hojicha flavor is nice and strong, but not too strong to where the milk flavor goes away. The cheese cream pairs well with the hojicha flavor making this a must get when available! Creme Brulee Pearl Latte w/ Assam Black Tea (4.8/5): I love creme brulee in my tea and I am really glad they gave me an option to sub the milk with milk tea. Everything about this was good. The creme brulee was perfectly toasted and the flavor of the black sugar with the tea was good. I would say it was a tiny bit too creamy, but I had no problem with it.“

“A very unique, Korean-flavored inspired cafe! The injeolmi cake was very light and spongy, whereas the black sesame cake was super dense on the bottom and complimented by the soft cream on top. The madelines were very thick and the red velvet one had cream cheese filling inside. I also got the yakgwa latte, which tasted exactly like a sweet potato! The texture was thick too. Would recommend coming here for a special day, but everything is quite pricey!“
“As an update, it's worth calling out how much the current owners have improved this shop. It's cleaner, brighter, the service is fast, etc. They clearly care and are putting in lots of effort and attention. It's always had good beans and coffee, but everything else is just better now. Top notch place, check it out!“

“This spot is a downtown gem, off the beaten track, and open to the public (next to senior center Avenidas). The food is delicious, fresh, and has the “extra flair” that comes from Chef Julien being a passionate foodie and French culinary school trained professional. The fish sandwich is outstanding (I have now had it on three visits!) with beer-based batter (not too much, not greasy, not dry) with at least seven different savors coming through the sauce, fresh veggies, and condiments on the fresh ciabatta bun. I like to have it with a Perrier sparkling water and follow up with tiny raspberry jam-filled beignets and a small americano on the hidden inside patio. Chef Julien is working to expand and improve coffee offerings. He is kind, down-to-earth, and very approachable. And also does catering for events, has a crêpe stand at the Sunday California Avenue Farmer’s Market, and is a private chef. Great value for money.“

“We arrived on a Sat at 12:15 pm and there was no wait. We walked up to the counter and were able to order right away. The only oddity was they told me they didn't have a veggie sandwich listed on the brunch menu. I don't think it has any ingredients you can't find in other items but we accepted the rejection. ? We ordered the crispy brussel sprouts (perfect texture, great with the sunflower seeds and the honey mustard sauce), the cronkle (ultra crispy fresh chicken breast with a dense waffle and cut fruit), the breakfast sandwich (it was the least exciting. The avocado was generous and ripe but the Chipotle sauce wasn't detectable as chipotle and a more exciting bread would've been nice), a cup of their white bean soup which was actually lentil but very flavorful, the Ube drinks are soooo good! We asked for extra ube and we got it for sure! The ube latte tastes like pure ube and isn't sweet so you must really like the 'root' taste. The milk tea is smooth and so strong with a delicious caramel brown sugar type flavor. Truly excellent! ❤️ I reduced the atmosphere stars because like most establishments, their seating is hard seats and if you're like me and you can't sit on hard surfaces for very long, it's very uncomfortable. ? We will definitely return when we're up this way!“

“I’ve been gluten free for 15 years, and it has been rough. But I have made the most of it by searching for gluten free treats everywhere I go. I’ve had gluten free pastries in dozens of cities including London, Florence, Madrid, Sacramento, Lahaina, and Austin. Other than the now shuttered Helmut Newcake in Paris, Sweet Diplomacy is my favorite of all time (and only 20 minutes away!). If you have tried baking gluten free you know pastry (choux, puff, flakey) is really hard to do. This place gets pastry and cakes as close to wheat flour as it gets. I enjoy all of the offerings but I’m most impressed by the pastry. The cream puffs OMG. And today I tried the tiramisu for the first time (it knocked my socks off). The coffee is excellent, and I love their cupcake varieties and cookies but my stomach is only so big.I personally do not reach for the vegan offerings but this is because I don’t need to (give me butter!!). If you have restrictions they have nut free and vegan options.I’m super impressed by this, especially knowing the difficulty of GF baking.Dietary restrictions: 100% Gluten free. Vegan options. Nut free options.“

“Very cute place. Quite spacious. Very busy when I came as it was a Sunday morning peak breakfast time. Very family friendly environment. Obviously popular with locals. Service is good and prompt although you have to order at the counter. Expect a small queue at peak times like Sunday mornings. There’s some outside seating also which must be great in the warmer months. I came during a cold spell so couldn’t experience it. Parking is available and there are some places to lock your bike although they’re not easily identifiable.“

“Outdoorsy and spacious community cafe. I really enjoy the vibes here. This cafe is community based and the hours are typically from 8-1 or 8-3. The kind gentlemen have me the WiFi info before purchasing anything. I'm not sure if there's inside seating as this cafe seems to be a part of a church. Customer service provided by John was top-notch! He really took his time with his customers and drinks to make sure everyone was happy. I appreciate the small chats and accommodations! Parking was a little difficult. Only about 6-7 spots in the front. Really a community cafe. Would be back if I were to grab coffee with a friend but I wouldn't exactly advocate to work here since I prefer the convenience of being indoors when I work. Nonetheless, I'd recommend this place!“

“Met up with friends at the cafe here a few times. So far, plenty of free parking in the lot across the street. For take-out, you step aside and wait after ordering, or for dine-in, a server will find your number to bring the food to your table. Either way, the wait can take quite awhile. I've had ham and cheese small bytes; baguette was hard and too salty. Turkey cranberry and arugula sandwich was decent. Coffee is good. Strawberry Dragon Fruit drink is refreshing, light sweet. “Really cute & chic bakery with delicious pastries. The store is really spacious -- you can order your coffee & pastries for take out but there's also a whole section of the restaurant where you can sit down and eat as well. I really enjoyed the flat croissant. For me, it's the best part of the croissant -- the crispiness and flakiness of a croissant. The strawberry glaze and freeze-dried strawberries also added a nice touch. Would come back just for this. The almond croissant was pretty good but not amazing. The croissant itself was flaky and fluffy. The filling was good but personally thought there was too much filling so that's all you taste in eat bite. It's a little too overpowering and felt like I was mainly just eating that. 100% have to heat it up before eating -- otherwise, it tastes very mid. Overall, their desserts & pastries are yummy but don't think it's worth the drive here if you don't live in the area.“

This location has lots of seating to come and enjoy a cup, study for a bit, or just swing to go.FoodI ordered the iced mint mojito and got it sweet and creamy.
