“Stopped in for a quick rest while just passing through and ended up making a night of it. Received such welcoming and attentive service from Jacob I completely forgot I was on my way somewhere else. I don't even drink and I've never felt so welcomed in a bar. Jacob took full creative liberty to make easily the best mocktail I've ever had, and made me feel like a guest in someone's home. Great service, amazing ambiance, way too easy to spend a whole night in here. This will be a necessary stop any time I'm anywhere near solvang. Cant wait to be back!“

“Although I didn’t stay at the accompanying hotel, I did, out of curiosity, try this place. Talk about fancy. Almost every time I took a sip of my complimentary water, a waiter would be there to refill it (I stopped saying thanks after the third time because it was getting repetitive). Atmosphere was quaint in that fancy way. But the food was awesome. Their steak was cooked nicely but the butter that melts on top of it…perfection. The vinaigrette on my mixed greens was a little too strong but not a detraction. The fries were crisp and seasoned well. Lemonade was okay. Kinda tasted weird. Can’t explain it. It’s not as “lemon-y” as most lemonades are. Creme broulete was good. I don’t think I’ve ever had it before here. Honestly this was a nice, pleasant way to end my day trip here at Solvang. If I ever return (hopefully for more than a day) I’ll for sure return to this restaurant. Grade: A“

From the inviting atmosphere to the delectable, indulgent food and welcoming staff, you'll love the sophisticated yet unpretentious vibe at The Victor. Highly recommend dining outdoors next to the fireplace if the weather permits. With every seat being quite cozy, you can't go wrong. I loved the fresh, raw oysters, and the tri tip was cooked to perfection. The bearnaise was buttery and herbaceous, pairing perfectly with the steak. The pot de creme for dessert was phenomenal as well, chocolatey with a hint of sea salt. Reservations highly recommended here. (Brunch was incredible too!)Vegetarian options: Grilled olive bread, carrot ginger soup, Rajas con crema, bruleed brie, black bean burger are all vegetarian. The stuffed peppers are vegan.Parking: There's a parking lot shared by the hotel and that's where the handicap parking is. “We always stop here for breakfast going up or down the coast. This is a nice, large place, very clean. The food and we’ve only had bacon or sausage and eggs is very good, nothing special but the food is always fresh and good. If I lived here I would eat here. The lady that seems to always be our server is super sweet and has gorgeous skin lol. Easy to find, easy to get back on the 101. Like I said if I lived here I’d come for breakfast.“

They serve breakfast all day, the menu says, at least until they close at 5pm, and except for regular pancakes, for some reason. I had Aebleskivers and my friends had waffles and everything was completely delicious! Service was friendly and attentive. We'll definitely come eat here again!“

Found this gem and was staying there a week and have to stay I love how it is located very conveniently off the 101 FWY, have lots of amenities on the property, and the staff go way above and beyond! Love also the fact that they have Sideways Lounge if you want to chill and have a brew as well and they have a nice food truck with homemade sausages. The location is also very strategic as it is just only 5 mins from Solvang and very close to other places like Ojai, Santa Maria, Santa Ynez, etc. I will definitely make this my go-to place!“

The Bloody Mary included a thick spicy bacon slice plus plenty of olives, yummy. Which we are use to coming from a small town. So we are staying next door at the Corque Hotel. When we walked in, we noticed every table outside had fire...it was beautiful, the atmosphere. The company. The staff were so nice, they even brought me a delicious treat for me bday. Me and my friend order the craft burger with fries and side salad both so delicious. Especially the fries..one of my friends ordered the short rib grilled cheese..omg..amazing. the other ordered the salmon. The flourless chocolate cake, is so delicate and dreamy. The chai tea turamsu..was served in a chocolate edible cup..what the...oh my so creative and yummy to the senses. We also decided to come the following day for lunch...yes that good..come over and try for uour self...Happy hour everyday except holidays..3 to 530. We got burgers again, the only bit i have to say the burgers a bit chard tasting, but they are beautiful to make it better and so they did. We ordered the pepperoni pizza, so delightful. But the main ultimate yummy fest...the sweet and sour cauliflower, can i drop the mic on this...oh my..oh my...$10 happy hour, dinner $17 or 18...its on the pricy side of things, but not to bad..the quality and quanity are worth it...come taste for yourselves...maybe one day ill see u there?“
“I was here for Super Bowl Sunday. I live in town, so I must have driven past the pub 100 times, but I never went in before Sunday. It's probably not right to give a review on such a busy day, but their beers are only OK....and their food is only adequate. The servers and bartenders kept up pretty well for such a busy day.“
