“I love fresh fish and since moving from Hawaii to here it's been impossible to find locally. Most of the places I've gone to have been middling at best, some I would just call serving bait. Nikka serves a tempura style fish that was cooked perfectly with a light batter coating The fish was fresh and firm as it should be. I heartily recommend Nikka and we'll be back soon for more.“

Super creamy and not too sweet!I also got the spicy chicken avo with fries and I couldn't stop eating it! “We had a nice birthday celebration for a friend this afternoon at Domingo's. The employees and owner were so welcoming and gracious. The food was delicious too! Everyone was happy with the meals that they ordered. There's a patio and plenty of parking behind the restaurant which is quite nice , considering how hard it is to find a suitable parking space. It's a historic, Old Town Goleta building that originally housed the Post Office!“
“My mom and I went there for breakfast today. We had checked the Internet and with a friend I saw the banana French toast with Kahlua and we had to try it. It was delicious good service. A little too much sauce on the bottom but the French toast was soaking it up.“
“I got a one meat plate with brisket, potato salad, and coleslaw. Brisket was nice, tender, and even further elevated by their tangy barbecue sauce. Potato salad’s a classic, super hard to get that wrong and Goodland’s is no exception. However, the coleslaw had an off-putting bitter aftertaste; I did not finish it. However, I paid $19 after taxes for just this meal. I don’t know if it’s because I don’t really eat barbecue too often or the “Santa Barbara tax”, but that seems a bit steep. Good meat, bad coleslaw, kinda pricey, decent overall.“
“Went for a club meeting on a beautiful sunny day. The outside patio is a comfortable place to watch golfers and enjoy the scenery. The food was well cooked including the vegetables that were not overdone, and the service was efficient and unobtrusive.“

“We heard this was a lovely little place to enjoy a meal while watching the sunset across Santa Barbara orchards. We were not disappointed! We arrived just before dusk, sat by their fireplace with mai tais. Dinner was fantastic! They had salmon on the menu so I asked for a side of grilled asparagus. It was perfection! They should make it a regular dish! My family enjoyed their soft tacos and chicken ceasar. Above all else was the service. Our host, Victor bent over backwards to make our evening special and checked in regularly to see if we needed anything to make the meal better. (I've eaten at many places but rarely had such genuine care.) We will definitely come again, for the food, view and care.“
“Food is always great and some of the best fries I have ever tried! (Thin style). The Chicken Marsala is my favorite. Service is fantastic, they are so attentive and always eager to please and the decor on the walls is so much fun to look at, they have outdoor patio dining too where they are dog friendly and even have water bowls. Back to ambiance and or decor: we love it. My wife loves the salads and fish dinners. Good variety of menu items and full bar. Try it, we go often!“
“On my 19th bday, my parents took me to the Montecito Cafe and I had the Anaheim Chili Chicken with the thin sliced potato's (almost scallop like) and fell in love with the meal. I went back every year on my birthday in Jan for many, many years and when they opened next to the Arlington, I would have my bday meal there, every year. For the past few years I've been going to the Goleta location and they still carry the meal. Something about the sauce on the chicken/potato's I can't get enough of.. the sauce is BOMB! Follow it up with a heavenly slice of the best coconut cake you've ever wrapped your lips around ( I get it to go, so I can savor every bite in the comfort of my pj's) , you've died and gone to heaven! This place is a gem. You can't go wrong!“
“Fast casual place withe one of the best clam chowder at an affordable price. Staff were quick and friendly. Food was great and hit the spot. Usually when you order soup to go the container wants to fall over in the car and I have to find the perfect way to wedge it to survive my drive. On the alley is genius. The put the soup cup in a clamshell container with extra crackers and utensils. The wide clamshell container prevents the soup cup from falling over during my drive. Genius. I'll stop by again the next time I'm in town.“

We liked the food so much that we went back the next day!Dietary restrictions: I have to eat gluten free and I told the cashier and she said I could have the burger without the bread on lettuce. “The food was delicious as always, but the place was very crowded and dirty, food on the floor and the bathrooms smelled bad, the manager had to be telling the staff that he will clean while he was serving, I saw it all because my table was empty. In front of them, it seemed very bad to me due to the lack of the staff in charge, it is part of the presentation and professionalism of the managers, that is important to have a pleasant atmosphere in which to eat.“

Service was very friendly and prompt. Casual vibe -- we sat on the outdoor patio w our dogs, and appreciate that they're dog-friendly.“
