“After eating here for the first time, I told my brother (who I ate with) this is definitely the spot to bring the parents. A couple months later, we brought mom and dad. Enough said. Service and quality of food were really good. Highlights include marinated prime short rib, aged prime tenderloin, steamed egg, and Korean chimichurri sauce.“

“This place was awesome. First of all, Lena our waitress was so kind and willing to explain the menu to us as this was our first time. The food was delicious, I recommend getting a combo so you can try many different things. Not only was the food good but the experience was amazing as well. Lena cooked the meats on front of us (she cooked them perfectly) and you could add seasonings and sauces. Additionally, the sides are brought by ROBOTS. My little sister loved this and couldn't stop giggling every time a robot came by and dropped of some kimchi which was free with the combo. 10/10 would recommend. We will definitely be coming back soon! Thank you Lena!“

“We dined here our first night in LA during Spring Break. For a family of 4, we ordered the Taste Of Parks BBQ. All the meats and aide dishes were absolutely delicious. The service was excellent. The wait staff is great at managing your grill so you can just sit back, relax, and enjoy the food. I gave "Atmosphere" 4/5 stars because the inside can get rather loud. I would definitely come back here to eat!“

“One of the best Korean barbecues in LA the meat is great quality. There could be a little bit of weight because they don’t take reservations, but it’s totally worth it. you can get a drink while you wait for your table. We always go in groups and get the beef combo that comes with a soup. The Wagyu is also really great.Parking: Depending on time of day, you might find street parking with meters or free street parking. the plaza also has limited parking spots.“

“Wow! The best marinated pork ribs! Come on down to Jin Ju. It isn't an all you can eat spot, but you can't beat the quality. My friend and I decided to try the prime beef and the marinated pork ribs (which is their speciality). Both meats were very delicious. They pretty much cook your food for you. The beef was cut into nice cubes. They were cooked at a perfect medium rare. The prok ribs were also cut into pieces, as well. There was a good selection of 10 types of banchan: fishcake (eomuk bokkeum), sesame broccoli, kimchi, potato salad, cucumber kimchi (sigeumchi-namul), stir-fried glass noodles (japchae), korean spinach, pickled onions, bean sprouts (kongnamul), pancake (yachaejeon), and radish kimchi (kkakdugi) . And honestly, this spot has one of the better quality banchan sides. The japchae had so much flavor, and the potato salad was also good. I appreciated that they offered the pickled onions, which goes really well with the marinated pork. My friend was also excited that they had korean spinach, which most places don't have at all. We also ordered the red pepper paste soup. It was so good! Rick and full of flavor. There's enough seating for 2-6 people to each table. It's not too big of a spot, so if you're trying to get away from the long lined spots - this is the spot to be. Service is quick and friendly. There is free parking in the lot if you're lucky. If not, you can find free street parking.“

“Super amazing marinated short rib, even my friend who doesn't like meat liked it. If I ever went again that would be the only thing I buy. But it could be very pricey for the quality and quantity (we got course C and an extra order of marinated short rib + two steamed eggs and a japchae)- which is a major con for them vs other kbbqs around town. They did have so many side dishes that it couldn't fit the table!! I was really disappointed they stuffed my party of 6 in such a small table for 4 when the whole restaurant was basically empty at Thursday Lunch. The small table made the experience a bit underwhelming. Food was great though!“

“I go to pigya at least once or twice a month. The food is good. When it was newer restaurant, they would be attentive and nice. The filipina server who used to work there was friendly. But lately have noticed service is not so good. They were rushed. Connie works wells in managing the restaurant but needs to work on customer service. She is not a good server. We asked Connie for no onion to be bought out with the meat and she ignored the request this last time. ANOTHER server was doing everything in a hurry and rushed. They usually cook the veggies and put it on top, this guy just let the meat and veggies(mushrooms and sweet potato) get cooked more than usual. They blow torch the rice but the guy left it on the grill went to do something else and then came back to melt the cheese when rice was getting harder.“

“It's a straightforward all-you-can-eat Korean BBQ joint with quick service and seating. While it may not be top-tier, it's definitely a fun experience if you're not too particular. However, parking is scarce and somewhat sketchy. I witnessed a couple of guys devouring food as if they were competing champions, and the server didn't seem to mind if they cleaned out the entire place.“

“Food was great! The service was excellent! They take reservations on weekends which is rare in Ktown I think. We were a pretty big party, but they were so nice from the beginning. I’m so glad that I found this place! Thank you soooo much!! See you again!“

“We came here at around 8 o'clock on a Wednesday night, and we still had to queue up. The most exaggerating thing is that after we almost finished eating, it was already around 10 o'clock, and there was still a queue outside. This is enough to prove the popularity of this restaurant, and it turns out that it is really tasty. The quality of the beef here is really good, definitely not the ordinary AYCE, there are many choices, very tender and flavorful. My favorite is their marinated short rib, and brisket, must order! Another feature here is that the pot is made of stone instead of the traditional iron plate. It feels better to be heated and the roasted beef is also very tender.“

“Seoul Soul is a good KBBQ option with good quality. They have 3 menus and I would say upgrading to the middle level is definitely worth it. There’s a lot to choose from: beef, chicken, pork, seafood, etc. they have all sorts of cuts too. Their meat is pretty marbled and tender. If you can’t cook, the server can handle it. They also have a parking lot in the back but it gets full fast.Parking: They have a very small parking lot“

“Came for lunch at 11:15 no wait, only one other party in the restaurant. Got the ahgassi combo and added an order of fatty beef intestine. Too much food - although it was just mom and me.Love the banchan. Love the kimchi. Mom loves the sweet potatoes. I also loved the leeks.Meat quality was bomb. Especially the intestines.Service was 5 stars. Especially Jin.“

“Best Korean BBQ, charcoal really makes a difference. This place is pricey and is not all you can eat but it is fantastic. If cooking your own food intimidates you, no worries, they’re hustling staff will do it for you and help you out as needed. Set a new bar for us. Get the short ribs.“

“Galbi, Corn Cheese, and Soju just make the perfect night out ! Kko Kko Yang is literally the hidden gem for amazing Korean BBQ in Gardena! I can't believe I only found out about this place recently and I've lived in Southbay LA all my life! We got their brisket and galbi which was so tender and delicious. They have so many good sides such as their steamed egg, soybean soup, kimchi pancake, and banchan, and we even ordered some refreshing cold noodles on the side. My favorite part was pouring the corn cheese in the galbi and letting it sizzle on the grill! This place is known for their gopchang, aka intestines, but they have so many unique cuts of meat here to grill! We tried their gopchang, daechang, abomasum and beef heart as well, and the staff really knows how to cook these cuts! Nothing was overly chewy and it's hard to find places that can do this right. Definitely recommend checking them out the next time you want a delicious and different KBBQ experience!“

“Cat robot servers, a self-serve bar, over 30 selections for Korean BBQ, and it's only $34.99 per person??! I think I may have just found my new favorite KBBQ spot and it's in Torrance!Waiting for the grill to get hot is like the most aggravating few seconds of KBBQ, does anyone else feel me on this?? But the fact that they have yummy apps like baked mussels (my fave!) ready to eat and banchans makes it worth the wait. They've got all your quintessential favorites like jiggly steamed egg and corn cheese, and all the toppings you need to make your perfect bite. Thanks for reading! ^-^“

“I recently visited Palsaik with my girlfriend and her friends, and let me tell you—it was a trip down memory lane! Having lived in Korea about ten years ago, I was thrilled to find this gem right here. Palsaik specializes in eight different flavors of pork belly, and each bite was like a reunion with old friends. The ambiance was cozy, and the aroma of sizzling meat filled the air. Our server was an absolute star—helpful, attentive, and skilled at cooking the meat to perfection. They made sure our dining experience was extraordinary. From the savory garlic flavor to the sweet honey soy, every slice of pork belly transported me back to those bustling Korean barbecue joints. The nostalgia was real, and I couldn’t help but smile between bites.Whether you’re a seasoned Korean food enthusiast or a curious newcomer, Palsaik is a must-visit. The flavors, the service, and the memories—it’s all there. I’m already planning my next visit because, honestly, where else can you find such a delightful pork belly feast?“

“Sometimes a reservation is necessary but for 3 people at 9pm on a Saturday we didn't need one (though I liked the ease of being able to make one last minute). Not super knowledgeable/friendly for those with allergies so keep that in mind. Otherwise, a great meal for a group.“

“Has become a usual weekend dinner spot , amazing food cooked by amazing people. I have tried almost every cut of meat and they don’t disappoint. The kalbi ribs is my favorite but if you like spicy get the spicy pork. Another fave is the bulgogi and pork belly. They give a good amount of food for the price. Always fresh! Check them out. And support your local small business. See you guys next week!“

“Eunice! ??? All I can say is wow! Absolutely the sweetest person ever. I’m so happy to come back after a while that I haven’t been to this place. I’ve been here since the beginning when they used to close at 2pm. I love how cozy this place is & she made my sister and I feel so welcomed. The best customer service, the best atmosphere, & most importantly how warm she was even coming here around 10:30PM. This is a gem of a place to go to so whenever I have the chance to visit, we always try to. I’m so absolutely happy with Eunice & will love to see her here whenever I dine here. Ultra marbled steak & my bean sprout salad is my absolute fave! Thanks again for the hospitality! Appreciate you ?? ?? ???“

“This place is so good.Food: the food selection is chef's kiss. The glass meat cuts are generous and the quality of the meats are very good. They have a good selection of side dishes but one thing I always look for is the steam egg...and they have it!Price: The price is unbeatable for the quality cuts that we get to eat. We paid $27.99/person for the A&B menu.Service: We arrived a little after they opened so there was no waiting time and the waiters were super attentive.Dessert: Their ice cream is so good. It's taste just like Chick-fil-A's ice cream.Con: the only cone is that their tongs and scissors could be replaced with newer ones. The scissor was very dull and couldn't cut the meat nicely. The tongs were stretched opened or not align so it was hard to get a good clamp on the meat.Overall, we still love it!“

“There are vents that go pretty low so you don't get as much smoke smell on your clothes after the meal.Wait time was good (as a walk-in on Sat night ~8pm).The bonchon selection is quite good - the mat kimchi is fresh but still has the fermentation I expect of good kimchi. Not going to review each one, there was a wide selection and refills on all of them.We got the beef combo, with boneless short ribs. The boneless short ribs were my favorite. They do come by to flip your meat (but don't hover over your shoulder).Jazz started off our service but every waiter was friendly and went out of their way to help! I left a good tip for that.Parking: The parking can be limited because there are so many good food places in the same plaza.“

“THE PLACE TO GO AND THE PLACE TO BE!!!We have been visting this place since my wife was pregnant with our beautiful son. Now he is a 5 year old boy who says this restaurant is his absolute favorite restaurant!Definitely try to avoid busy times so that you don’t have to wait! For the first time visitors, this is a no ordinary K-BBQ. Haksan specializes in intestine BBQ. If you never had it, you might feel strange about doing a bbq with intestine. Intestine BBQ is in fact one of the most popular dish in Korea. There are a few well-known intestine BBQ places in Los Angeles county. But I can definitely and proudly can tell you that Haksan is THE best place of all. Their meat quality is beyond expectations even for Koreans from Korea. The amount of food is quite big but very affordable (especially in this terrible economy, fulfilling good quality food with affordable pricing is a gem that you cannot avoid).Customer Service here is phenomenal. The owner lady of this restaurant is caring enough to say hello to every customers, and would even like to talk to you if you wish to ask any quesitons about anything. The most impressive thing is that they pre-cook everything so that you can eat almost right away (except for some meat, they do tell you that you should wait and cook a bit more and then eat).Environment is lively but not loud at all. One of downsides of many korean bbq places is that their music is too loud. Haksan does play music but not loud that it's comfortable. If you go to a Korean restaurant, or any asian restaurant for that matter, the first thing you want to look for is "how many of their own people are visiting" and "how many of older people of their own people are visiting." During busy weekend dinner time, this place is thriving with all ages and ethic groups. In fact, it's very fun just to be there because how happy people are eating there. It's just positive vibe overall!Remember that time when BTS said that one intestine BBQ in k-town is the best. I want them to come to Haksan and see it for themselves.LOVE THIS PLACE and will continue to visit here as long as we can!“

“One of the best AYCE Kbbq I've tried in LA! The meats that we've tried here were incredibly fresh! I highly recommend their Ribeye Steak, Wagyu Beef Belly, and Giant Beef Rib. The Ribeye Steak was so juicy and tender. It's comparable to Kbbq spots that aren't AYCE. I love the other dishes that they offer as well, especially the dynamite scallops and honey glazed sweet potatoes. Aside from their amazing food options, they also have a lovely and spacious outdoor patio.“

“The BBQ here is amazing. Great service and very clean. But arrive early because the wait can get quite long during peak dinner times. And be sure to order the flavored soju for a perfect pairing!Parking: Valet parking is necessary because the parking lot can get crowded very quickly. The valets work hard to keep things moving in an orderly fashion. If not for the valets, the parking lot would quickly turn into absolute chaos. Tip them well.“

“Lee's tofu is a small Korean restaurant in Gardena. It is located in a plaza with other restaurants so parking can be a little difficult depending on the day or at night time, however parking is free and for an unlimited amount of time. “Me and my partner live close by so we decided to stop by on a Wednesday night. It was pretty empty, only 2-3 other groups. The restaurant felt a lot more homey compared to other KBBQ. It felt like a lowkey spot where close friends can get together and reminisce on fond memories together. We liked it a lot. We really enjoyed the side dishes - especially the salad and the cooked meat. We ordered the AYCE Set A. Price was very reasonable. Definitely not the best we've had but still good. I love steamed egg so I had to order and had no regrets. Service was good too. I will mention the smoke is a bit more on the heavy side which we didn't love as it starts to smell burnt.“

“Wow, with inflation nowadays, it's hard to find an all-you-can-eat spot with decent pricing. Located in the Plaza Mexico, you'll find this spot apart from the plaza buildings with it's own free parking lot. Luckily, my friend and I made a stop here since he was craving kbbq. I've heard of the other location, but the other location isn't all-you-can-eat like this spot. We decided to go with the lunch menu C. We started with the brisket then moved our way to the galbi and boneless short rib. We enjoyed all the banchan sides. We also ordered corn cheese, steamed egg, and tofu soup. OMG! Their tofu soup is probably the best I've ever had at a kbbq spot. It had tender cuts of meat, which many spots only have tofu in their stew. The also have macarons and ice cream available for dessert. We love a sweet bite after something as savory as kbbq. The service was amazing. I know it's very rare to hear of a kbbq spot to have wonderful service, but Kat was such a delight. There was also another young lady who also worked the same shift. Everyone was attentive and sweet. There are plenty of seatings inside for small and big groups of people! Honestly, with the quality and the pricing, you can't beat this all-you-can-eat!“
