“My wife and I ate here on a whim, and it did not disappoint. We were on a time crunch so we decided to takeout. The three cup chicken and short rib dan mein were big hits in our house. Dumplings were also excellent. We look forward to dining at the restaurant again! Keep up the good work!

“Panda Express is one of the most reasonably priced chain restaurants with fabulous nutritious and delicious food. My only issue was that the wok fried shrimp was a little too spicy for me. I note that I really have very little tolerance to hot spicy dishes. I would have liked some warning that the wok fried shrimp had chili in it. Nevertheless, I added some plain rice to my meal when I got home and it was fine. My friend happily eats chili and he loved his meal.“

The soup is just ok but the made to order Mongolian cooked right in front of you is great for the price. You can make it however you like. Lots of meat, vegetarian, with or without noodles and hot off the grill. So hot that we usually bring it home to eat and it’s still so piping hot we have to let it sit for a moment. There’s always left overs!
The buffet food is good as well.

“Me and the the fam do laundry across the street so naturally the wife want her Starbucks. Always passed by this place and it just caught my eye. Don’t know why. I took a menu from the spot and kept it in the glove compartment for some time. One day I was coming down from some acid and was hungry like a mofo. Oh before I say anything more I must mention that when I saw the menu I saw they had shrimp fried rice and that is all it took to seal the deal. However, I am VERY SKETCH on my shrimp fried rice. I only get it from one spot and it’s been like that for around 13 years. Anywho. Coming down from that and I said “screw it! Let’s try it” got the shrimp fried rice and the lunch special of orange chicken. The sfr was dank! Wont compare it to the other but honestly I was impressed. My wife said the orange chicken was ok and that the chicken was hard. I tried it I loved the sauce and the fried rice…well I had just tried it so no difference. I told her that I kinda saw that coming from the chicken bc of the big menu that they have so that is the only negative but I will definitely mess with this place again! Oh the service was quick and straight to the point. The way it should be.“

“Walk in to the host stand, and tell them how many people are in your party, and what you would like to drink.

While busy, you never wait more than 10 or 15 minutes for busy times.

From there, they walk you to your table, and you can all you can eat buffet style. They have a lot of american chinese food fare as well as American food for any picky eater friends.

I always get the hot tea.
The hot and sour soup is very good, the shumai is very good. Try a little bit of everything.

Before I get into my helpful hints, I need to single out Allison(Allie), our server, who was pleasant, thoughtful, and very attentive. She is a happy soul who seems to enjoy being servicful. I would be remiss if I didn't also acknowledge Haylie, the only female manager that I have seen onsite. She is amazing. I am not being hyperbolic; she is genuinely committed to ensuring you have a memorable and special dining experience. She stopped by our table a few times to check on us and make sure there was nothing more she could do to improve our dining experience. This is the only restaurant where I have experienced so much attentive service and positive energy, along with consistent food. It’s five-star dining—my helpful hint, especially if you’re a vegetarian or vegan and big on the veggies. If you have appetizers, order them first by themselves, and then, when you’re ready for your main dishes, have your server put them in second after finishing your appetizers. That way, you ensure that your second course isn’t sitting on your table. They’re so efficient that the food comes out so quickly that you’re still eating your appetizer, and the veggies are getting cold. Hope this review encourages you to try it. “I came in for an early lunch and the food was so fresh and delicious. I noticed I was only charged $.35 for a credit card use so that’s a plus. A price of an orange chicken bowl with chow mein was under $10. It got me really full, so I’m really satisfied. If you’re craving Chinese American food, you won’t be let down here.“

“I was searching for Chinese fast food and found this place. Conveniently located not far from the airport and the owner was friendly and attentive. I ordered the pork short rib (soy glazed), fried chicken wings (sweet and sour), and curry chicken (very flavorful). Since I got there 30 mins before closure, one third of the entrees were sold out but I’m still pleased with the what I got. I would recommend both curry chicken and chicken wings, the pork ribs are a little bit saltier to my preference.

I have been to many Northern Cafes and have been looking forward to this one. I noticed most of the reviews were about dumplings and realized this one is more specialized for dumplings (boiled, pan-fried and steamed XLB varieties.

I was hoping for the noodle specialties like the one in Gardena (which is my favorite in the region, 10 min more drive for me).

We ordered:
- crab dumplings- steamed, XLB style, it was pretty good
- lamb dumplings- pan fried, it was ok, a little oily
- beef noodle soup- it was ok, they only served with thin noodles, we preferred other handmade varieties at the Gardena store

We also ordered the beef rolls to go, it looked exact like the ones shown on the poster, ha ha.
