“We live out of town and decided to try this cafe. The staff was extremely attentive and the food was top-notch. The owner was present and very personable, as well as helping the wait staff. Since then, it has accumulated multiple awards and accolades along the way, most recently winning this years best Coffee Shop in the "Best Of Manteca" yearly poll publication, in addition to Espresso Bar Of The Year in the "Best Of 209" readers poll. “Came here last week and got a asada burrito. Was so good. One of the best burritos in the area. Asada had great flavor. Tortilla was lightly grilled on the outside. It was big I had to save part of it for later. Stopped by today to try to the quesabirria's. It comes with cheese, meat, onions and cilantro. I got it without the onions and cilantro. I got 3 of them. They were tasty and I left full. Usually food is ready in about 5 minutes or less depending if others ordered in front of you. There's a couple tables to sit at under a canopy in the shade. Great food. Will be back for more.”

“I’m not from anywhere, unless you count Fremont, Ca. and my Parents always taught me to be open to trying new food, experiences, and gave me a Passion for Life, That being said, I tried it, I never liked it, until I tasted something called Halal prepared Lamb and Beef and Extra Long Grain Rice and more. I haven’t had anything that I didn’t like or wouldn’t re-order from this local Family Owned establishment! I think one of the most amazing things is trying to describe the flavors of the different spices that aren’t used and typical ““ American cuisine. I found this in my travels to other cultures with other foods where you ask the person to describe the flavor, and they can’t. They are at a loss for words. And so am I? But I know that I won’t be disappointed with anything that I order.”

“Our family loves Iron Horse Deli, my grandson’s especially love the chicken strips, so crunchy and the shoestring fries! The chicken is so good and the food is always hot! My son is a fan of the BBQ burger with wedge fries. He says, it’s the best burger in town and best value, flame broiled! Their shakes are especially yummy! We’ve not been disappointed with any of their food. It’s dangerous living just three doors down. The staff is also awesome, friendly. Can’t add a photo because we ate it so fast!”

There’s always parking but most importantly I’m a vegetarian and every single time I eat there I never get sick from cross-contamination which is really hard to eat out in public restaurants. I am a vegetarian for health issues and I’m very grateful that I don’t get sick there and they always know who I am and remember my order. They are a kind and fun and funny. I really recommend this restaurant.”

“The staff was helpful. The food was hot and very tasty too. I like the warm teriyaki to add on extra to your meals too. My beef was cut thin and tender. My wife loved the combo plate as well. We got the shrimp tempura for our son and he loved them to much.
They give a good portion of rice and veggies with the meals too.”

The last time we decided to eat there and the fajitas were served just like a full restaurant, only they tasted better than most. I stopped in on a Friday night/Saturday morning (12 a.m.) I don't like going out on weekend nights (I'm too old to deal with out of control children) I just needed a drink and be on my way... I was able to sit at the bar as soon as I walked in... sports on the TV, pool tables, dart boards (wish I was in the frame of mind to enjoy) for a Friday night, I was comfortable... cops were on patrol, but for me that made me feel better ??‍♀️ service was quick, polite and heavy handed lol”

We had house chow mein, house fried rice, beef broccoli, sweet and sour pork and egg rolls. The order was completed at the time we agreed on and she helped me load the food into my pickup truck. I had all the food in place when everyone arrived to my home. They were overwhelmed with the quality and quantity of the meal. I used to live at the motel 6 for like 5 years and I always went here. I rarely had a mistake on my order and they wouldn't give me a problem if I told em it was wrong. Like maybe 3 or 4 times the burgers were too dry. But it was super busy and I know when it gets hectic during dinner rush. This location always busy too and I still get mostly hot food. And wait times weren't that bad. Came here the other day since I was in the area again and it was the same great quality and freshness. 🫡”

“Don't let the faint odor of disinfectant put you off as you enter. You won't notice it after a minute. And don't flinch at the price of the tacos de ribeye ($30 for 3 tacos). There is easily a 12oz steak cooked fresh, rested properly, and cut up to the right size for a taco -- not too big, not too small. We went on a Saturday night and there were lots of families enjoying a night out, a couple of dates, friends catching up, etc. great atmosphere!”
