The waiter was incredibly fast and knowledgeable about their offerings. He gave all of us advice on dishes that we might like. He explained in detail about the food and also the beverages.Everyone got some delicious food and we also got to experience a variety of wonderful beers from the bar. He was very personable in a way that felt like I was talking to someone who not only cared deeply for his business but us as his customers. The menu is large but not overwhelming. It’s just enough so that you try something and have something else in mind that you want to try the next time. We received a complimentary glass of wine while we waited and learned a little more about the restaurant from the bartender. On the way to class, we got a tour of the private dining areas and a view into the kitchen. Once escorted to the rear, we were seated with the complete setup waiting on the table. There were about 16-20 people being taught by one chef so it took a little longer. Usually, there are 2 chefs but we still learned a couple techniques. Initially it didn't look like a lot of food but in the end, we were all stuffed. We had such a good time making rolls, drinking wine and enjoying the entertaining fire dancer.
