“They were at Lucky Luke’s for an event. We had their tacos and quesadillas and everything was amazing. And just as important for me was the fantastic service. They were super friendly and you can tell they’re genuinely good people who care about their customers having a good experience. I’d much rather support a small business with great food than give my money away to a corporate chain.“
“I can't believe I hadn't tried this place in the 10 years we have lived near it. It is delicious, the pupusas were VERY GOOD and authentic. They had a lot of "filling", other restaurants just have a bunch of masa and not enough filling. The revueltas were my favorite! The flavor was perfect and they were cheesy goodness. The curtido and slasita de tomate had a nice kick and the authentic taste was perfect. We also had the atole de elote, tasted delicious, and had actual elote in it. Soooo good!!! Lastly the empanadas de leche were the perfect finish to our meal. The owner Carlos and his daughter we nice and welcoming, he shared some insights about the menu and how everything is made fresh in house. FINALLY what sold me- as soon as I walked in, THIS PLACE IS CLEAN!! The floor was spotless, the dining area was clean, tables and chairs were spotless and the kitchen looked pretty spotless. The this place, you won't be disappointed if you want authentic Salvadoran food. I wish I would have tried it sooner, it's a hidden GEM.“
“two days ago was our first time we went to this restaurant. But It is surely not the last. We enjoyed the evening a lot with the generous service, with the first-rate cuisine and fine drinks and with the modest pay. We will no doubt go back there soon.“
“The server was very nice but not very attentive. We had to wave him down for refills as well as for boxes at the end. The restaurant wasn't too busy (rainy day), so it wasn't like he was overwhelmed with tables. We couldn't find him when it was time for the bill, so we just asked a waitress that had been nearby for the check and settled it up front.Sort of a weird note - the booth seats are really low. Our table wobbled and was sticky. The food was good. The chips were fresh and still warm. They had no issue bringing a second salsa, which was nice. The table was so big you'd drip salsa everywhere sharing it.The proportions were decent, and the variety in options was great. The rice and beans were delicious. The rice was fluffy and flavorful, and the beans were fresh and cheesy but not overly so.Fajitas were really good and had a decent meat to veggies ratio.“
“I ordered the fish tacos 2/$5 with an extra piece of fish and guacamole. Plenty to eat and very tasty. I was too hungry to snap a pic. ? The donut balls are really delicious but I haven't ordered them in a while but I highly recommend them because they're served warm.“
“Great food, including healthy vegan options. I gave five stars for atmosphere because the atmosphere is what one would expect at a fast food restaurant. But to be clear, there is no atmosphere at this place! Haha. Also, the prices are steadily going up, but it's still good bang for the buck comparatively.“
“Alright..... today i find myself in Vandenberg village. Better known as the "nice part" of Lompoc. This taco place has some good food! I had a #6 and also got an extra taco. Everything was delicious, but my only complaint was the portions were a little small. For 17$ i should be full and uncomfortable. The tacos are smaller than a taco bell taco, so keep that in mind when ordering. The order came out fast and the service was friendly! I usually eat in my truck, so i didn't get too much time inside, but it looks like a typical taco place. Some booths and some outside seating. I will eat here again!!! If you like Mexican food and are stuck at the SFB, i say give this place a shot!“
“These guys are awesome! Fast, fresh and always delicious. The prices are decent and the food is so good. This location is nice because it's not on the main road through town, so it's quiet and chill. I can't recommend them enough!“
“Hands down the BEST Mexican food in town. The owners are the nicest people also. They always treat us amazing. Sopas are my go to and we usually get burritos. The fish taco is also my favorite!Kid-friendliness: They are always great to the kids“
