“A very warm welcoming traditional Indian place to eat with family and for a date asd well. They serve hot and fresh appetizers like crispy stuffed mushrooms which i never saw in another Indian restaurant , cauliflower Manchurian is hit. Mahan serves more of the traditional north Indian style food and keep focus on its originality .Lot of vegan and vegetarian options. Mahan have two locations one in Alhambra downtown and second one in the city of Monrovia , Downtown area with nice patio. Love this place!!!“
“Mahan is a very enjoyable Indian restaurant with a diverse menu that delivers some good flavors. There is a sense of no-nonsense value here. With a menu designed for both standard affair and vegetarian options, many kinds of tastes can be accommodated. Proteins do include the options for seafood, which many other Indian restaurants may not. One impressive dish is the chicken Tandori. Seasoned well with spices and lots of garlic, this became quite a highlight as it arrived at the table sizzling. Heat levels can also be adjusted for the shy, and dishes still taste well-spiced. The popular Tikka Masala is very excellently made. A rice pilaf is available also in contrast to the Jasmin rice. All the Naan is freshly made and delicious. The service is pleasant and you can see your food prepared as the kitchen has an open format for all to see.“
“Kevin I was so hungry when I got into a restaurant I didn't even take pictures of the food to post on the review. Darn it but I truly enjoyed our experience. I will most definitely come back I had the chicken sandwich with fries and barbecue sauce it's quite delicious. Also like the words that you have on the wall one of them says hard house is not yesterday's burgers and Fries joints that's because it's instead of meat base it's plant-based rather than being about everyone it's anyone's for everyone. Yeah I really enjoyed it I always judge a restaurant of how clean the bathroom is bathroom is spectacularly clean I think you need a little bit more workers up here because the line got real long and the two workers you got working couldn't keep upVegetarian options: Everything on the menu is vegetarian“
“I come here all the time. Everything tastes so delicious and I appreciate that they’re more reasonable than on places that aren’t even as great. I have recommended them to family and they have also loved this place. I will keep coming in and they deserve to be recognized for their amazing service.Vegetarian options: Perfect for vegetarians.“
“The inside is cute, they have books you can read while you wait for food or while dining in. The service here was great, came in with girlfriend and they were very polite and communicative. We had the Pad Thai and the Taste of Philly sandwich. Both meals were good. We also had a Morning Star smoothie each and we devoured them before our meals. They were made with fresh fruit and were very good. Will come back to try other items on menu and especially the smoothies.“
“SUPER authentic Taiwanese vegan food, taste just like in Taiwan and also lots of snacks and vege frozen foods too. Close to freeway with plenty easy free parking. Served in fast food style togo plates and plastic utensils. Clean environment will definitely be back.“
“I’ve been a diehard loyalist to the Arts District Pizzanista, and it’s still so odd to me that they opened one in sleepy San Marino, but no complaints from me! The slices are the same taste and quality as their AD counterpart, and the vibe is as chill as the area that it’s in. It’s a must for a casual lunch if you’re in the area.“
“This is my most favorite breakfast place - so much so that I make the drive from Palmdale twice a month. The scrambled tofu and vegan options are absolutely amazing and honestly, better, than some vegan places I've been to.Service is impeccable and fast.Definitely check Millie's out.“
“I've been here several times. The nachos are great! I've also enjoyed several sandwiches, burgers, and appetizers. The California wrap had too much mustard though, couldn't taste anything else... I like that the menu is varied and there are quite a few different options to try.“
“Nestled in the heart of the city, a culinary haven has been delighting discerning diners for over three decades – a vegetarian restaurant that has consistently set the bar for plant-based cuisine. My husband, a staunch carnivore, was initially skeptical, but his doubts vanished with the first bite. He declared it the finest dining experience he had ever had, vegan or otherwise, and even suggested that the restaurant deserved Michelin recognition. The menu, a symphony of flavors and textures, showcases the chef's masterful ability to transform humble plant-based ingredients into culinary masterpieces. Each dish is a testament to the chef's passion, creativity, and unwavering commitment to showcasing the versatility and vibrancy of vegetarian cuisine. Our top recommendations:Spicy Thin Bean-Noodles: A tantalizing blend of thin noodles, spicy broth, and crisp vegetables, this dish is a symphony of flavors and textures.Crispy Soy Chicken w/Basil: Succulent soy chicken, crispy to perfection, is stir-fried with fragrant basil, creating a harmonious balance of flavors and textures.Stinky ToFu w/Spicy Kimchi: The pungent aroma of stinky tofu may initially surprise, but the combination of spicy kimchi and savory tofu is a revelation.Sesane Siy Chicken Soup: A comforting bowl of broth, infused with sesame and soy flavors, is filled with tender pieces of soy chicken and a medley of vegetables.Three Color Fried Rice: A vibrant blend of red, yellow, and green rice, tossed with vegetables and a savory sauce, this classic dish is a must-try.This vegetarian restaurant is a hidden gem, a culinary treasure that deserves to be celebrated. It is a place where preconceived notions about vegetarian cuisine are shattered, replaced by a newfound appreciation for the boundless possibilities of plant-based cooking.Whether you are a seasoned vegetarian or a curious carnivore, I wholeheartedly recommend embarking on a culinary journey to this remarkable restaurant. Prepare to have your taste buds tantalized, your expectations exceeded, and your perception of vegetarian cuisine forever transformed.“
“I don’t really come here often but I will definitely start! Ordered their special right now which is lemon Chickun Banh Mi sandwich and also ordered the spring rolls, and they were delicious!! Very flavorful and can’t wait to order it again.Vegetarian options: More vegan menus than vegetarian.“

“Amazing food! Plant based. Even if this isn't your diet the food is amazing and you will find something really delicious to eat! Their wine and beer is organic and they have a fun happy hour as well. Nice patio. They will accommodate your dog in the patio area. Definitely a favorite!Dietary restrictions: Looking forward to their choice of Impossible Burger switched to Beyond Burger to avoid the soy! When you have the choice why eat the soy! Also hoping for more gluten free options for those of us unable to eat gluten.“
“I had the spicy cold dipping noodles and the crispy chicken. They were so delicious. The sauce for the dipping noodles was very refreshing. It was a big bowl, I couldn’t finish it. The crispy chicken was good too, I liked the sauce a lot.“
“A great place to get your Açaí fix! Definitely easy to miss if you're not looking for it so look harder! My wife and I have been wanting to try this place for a long time since we are huge fans of Açaí in all forms. Upon entering, you are presented with a simple menu and the process is seamless. You decide whether you want a bowl or a shake. I went with an Açaí shake - chose oats, Goji berries, peanut butter (don't get this option as it overpowers the Açaí), and other options. It was really good - the perfect amount of thickness and consistency. The bowl on the other hand, was where this place shines. They do not skimp you on anything! They filled the bowl to its brim with Açaí, cacao nibs, oats, fruits, and honey. It was so delicious! The prices here are very fair and we will definitely return for another Açaí fix. Obrigado!“
“Succulent! Good tasting! Delicious! I ordered it last minute and I was lucky enough to find something because I was also hungry. I've never ordered here before so I didn't know what it was gonna be like. I actually had an order in for My Vegan and it didn't go through so when I got home I realized there was no food coming so I did another search and I found this place that I've never heard of before. I ordered the harvest bowl and it is absolutely delicious and it is generous too which is a huge selling point! Mine has grilled vegan chicken which tastes just like chicken, it has chopped beets, it has spinach, it has actual cauliflower that's been grilled in it as well and has quinoa on the bottom and a dressing so if you don't want the dressing let them know no dressing on the side. What a great find --a huge discovery and excited about ordering again! This food is delicious, it's super healthy for the mind body brain emotions physique fitness and soul and the best part is I didn't even have to hurt anyone to have this meal!“
“I love going to Mother Moo Creamery!! Every time I go I get helped by the same guy (tall, curley hair, normally works on weekends, goes by the name of Thomas). He has a great presents and is always cheerful!! They have delicious ice cream and other treats. :)“
“My wife is vegan and I am not. So when ever I'm in town it's a one stop shop. It's a bit pricy. But all the vegan stuff (from what I know) is made fresh. The owner is friendly and gets fresh ingredients daily for both carnivores and vegans alike. Try the vegan gansitos or the tres leches you'll thank me.Vegetarian options: Vegan and carnivorousDietary restrictions: Let them know duh“
“My favorite Chinese food in LA. Vegan, delicious, family style, and they have a free parking garage. I always get the orange chicken, sweet and sour chicken, beef and broccoli, or the sizzling black pepper beefVegetarian options: Everything is veganDietary restrictions: Vegan restaurant with gf optionsParking: Free parking garage attached to the plazaKid-friendliness: Kids eat hereWheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible from the street“
“I go here for the buffet on Fridays and Saturdays it's really super good and a really good deal. The only thing is I would just tell the owners not to play TV shows kind of in the background because when you're watching TV in the back room it ruins a little bit of the Ambiance of the restaurant but overall this is such good food and such a good deal. The food is absolutely outstanding and the waiters here the young guys are super super sweet and nice“
