Order # 873. First Norma was taking orders outside in the wind, was so nice and sweet felt bad she had to stand in the wind . Then at the window the gentleman, i didn't catch his name gave me the wrong order . I glanced in my bag as i was leaving checking for my sauces but i did t look at the food. While i was driving in circles around the gas station attempting to get out, the super nice window clerk came running out with my correct order ! Now i've never seen any employee of a fast food restaurant try so hard to get the right order to the right person. If he's not the manager he should be. He truly understands what customer care is all about . He sets an example for his whole team . i wished again i knew his name to give him direct credit so Management if you bother reading the yelps , your employees are very well trained and kudos , but give this guy a promotion as he really gets it. I gave you my order # & details so you know who the employee is. Thanks again for being so nice and going out of your way . you didn't have to do it . That little gesture really made my day! “They used to have a covered outdoor patio but that got taken down but it looks like the place was remodeled recently because I don't remember it looking like this the first time. We visited during the pandemic as our first time and this was our second time back. We were greeted and the lady at the cash register was very friendly and pleasant. I didn't know if I should get the torta or a burrito. I always get a burrito so I decided to opt for the torta this time; it was a good choice. They loaded the torta up with fresh ingredients, including fresh cheese, and avocado, and they have the grilled onions on the side, which were delicious addition with a little bit of chips. I got horchata to drink, and it was very tasty. Perfect mixture. Overall, the establishment was very clean and there was plenty of sauces and sides to complement the dishes. The dishes or bag, and I would've loved for my boyfriend to share my torta, but he was too hungry and the food was too good. The customer service was top-notch and we would definitely return again.“

“Oh my goodness, I just discovered one of Simi Valley's most incredible hidden gems! From the moment we walked in, the staff greeted us with welcoming smiles and a friendly demeanor. We had the option to sit indoors or outdoors, and we chose to dine indoors. Let me tell you, the atmosphere was so chill and refreshing, with lush green plants hanging from the ceiling - it was truly a sight to behold. As soon as we were seated, our lovely waitress brought us water and took our orders. We decided to go with the prime rib sliders, which were hands down the best sliders we've ever had, along with some mouth-watering garlic fries, refreshing black cherry vodka, and a crisp green IPA to celebrate St. Patrick's Day. Before we knew it, our drinks and food arrived, and wow, were we blown away! The prime rib was cooked to perfection, and the drinks were served ice cold. I can honestly say that we will be returning to this spot time and time again, and I highly recommend that you do too! Make sure to come by and experience the amazing vibes and drinks for yourself. “The pozole here is incredible according to my family and they love the unique taste and love coming here. I personally got the lengua burrito and I’m going to be honest here it was alright. The waitress was really helpful at making things right whenever we had a problem with our food but also making sure we were enjoying it. Very friendly staff. The inside seating is a little cramped if you come in with five plus people.Parking: The parking for this place is very cramped and holds about 7 cars without it being maxed out.Kid-friendliness: Super friendly to kids. My little sister didn’t like the burrito and the waitress speaker to her in a kind way asking what she can do to make it right.“
“I try and stop here every time I come back from the Central Valley, having hired one of their trucks for an event where it was a hit w quality authentic Mexican food for every taste and budget.So, it is a taco truck next to a big gas station on Hwy 126, west of the 5, it is at the light where you take the road to Piru.Fresh ingredients on dbl tortillas, their no grissle, big taste chicken tacos are satisfying and they have tripe and other Mexican meats you may want in different iterations. Authentic Mexican food and Mexican cokes, they are open until around midnight, sometimes 11 it seems, w lots of room to pull up and park in the dirt on the side of the road, order at the window, wait not too long, and eat off the hood of your car or at the covered picnic table area out back, w an unencumbered view of the mountains.And they've added ice cream and fresh fruit and juices to the menu, including dif iterations of them like malts and smoothies.“
“AMAZING EXPERIENCE!!I never write reviews but i felt the need to. Me and my husband just came here for the first time for breakfast, we both ordered the little mule burritos with sunny side up eggs, and they offered us a free coffee. We received the food and the portions were very big and filling, you can tell the food was made fresh and the quality is amazing. Each ingredient was made perfectly and so delicious. They wrapped it up perfectly. All the flavors came together, me and my husband were just amazed and still cant shut up about how insanely good it was. They also gave us chipotle sauce that was the best chipotle sauce we’ve ever had and cholula that complimented the burrito even more but even without it, it still tastes amazing. We both agreed this place has the best burritos we have ever had. It was an amazing start to our day. We will most definitely be coming back with a huge smile on our faces to try more things. Don Taco is an awesome food truck that's technically in Somis and one of the few places that serves delicious late-night Mexican food (past 8 pm in the sleepy town of Camarillo, haha). The service was fast and friendly and prices were reasonable for a street taco (in this economy). There is a table and some stools next to the truck, but I typically take it to go. I was happy to see that they had many of the staple meats here like asada, pastor, pollo, chorizo, carnitas, and cabeza, and was even more surprised that they had birria and tripas! However, I wish they had lengua which is my absolute favorite! We ordered the asada, pastor, carnitas, and birria street tacos and they were all so delicious. The meats were perfectly cooked and seasoned so well. We also ordered the shrimp and asada taco and WOW that one was amazing. The flavors of this taco melded so well together and there was even an avocado slice! I love a good verde sauce and Don Taco's is up there. I've been on a quest and I'm so happy I found a great spot to fulfill my taco needs. Some of my favorite taco spots are in LA and Don Taco is definitely comparable. “Literally obsessed. It's an upscale take out taco fusion restaurant of my dreams. Everything there is good, refreshing, flavorful, and unique. It is worth a visit and to try different tacos - and the SPECIALS are also always soooo good. The worst part is that I can usually only eat 2, maybe 3, and so I can't get all the different ones I want... love this place!!!!!!!!!!!Vegetarian options: There is a tempura avocado taco that is literally to die for and i'm obsessed. I'm pretty sure it is family owned (which I love) so of course the service is great. The first time I tried it I got takeout and they did a great job packing it up. “I like getting Jack in the Box for a quick meal. I love their chicken sandwiches and recently I tried a breakfast combo with hash browns, eggs, mini pancakes, sausage, and bacon. It was really delicious and a great meal to fill me up. I got my brother some curly fries and chicken sandwiches. There wasn’t a huge line, just like two or three people in front of me. The person taking my order was very nice and caring. I totally recommend going to Jack in the Box, they’re prices are pretty good. I got all of my food for about $20, which the breakfast combo was really big.“

“My favorite place to get al pastor in Moorpark. They do it on a vertical spinning spit, unlike a lot of other places which just put the pastor on a griddle. Doing it this way gives a contrast in textures with perfectly charred meat mixed with the more tender pieces. They add tiny pieces of sliced pineapple in the tacos that add a nice element. The chicken quesadilla is also really good with it being super cheesy and loaded with tender pieces of chicken.There is plenty of parking on the street before and after the food truck. They have a simple portable table and a few chairs if you want to sit down for a quick bite, but being street side I would generally plan on taking your food to go.“
