“Good food, beer, service, and ambiance. Their burgers are legit and they'll sub impossible patty if you don't eat meat. Their pretzel is incredible, not only is it tasty but it's the size of my head! Food comes out pretty quick and is always hot and freshly made. The beers are tasty and nice and cold. Dennis the owner is cool, if you sit at the bar he'll engage in conversation when he's not busy taking care of other things around the brewery. My husband and I have been here about 5 times now and he remembers us and even conversations we've had in the past. That really says something especially considering all the people he sees and talks to daily.“
“Bruh the pizza broke da mouth Yo! Was in HB for a Lacrosse tournament and stopped at this place for lunch....and maybe a couple beers. Just gonna say the pizza crust was next level & different than any other pizza I have ever tasted - sourdough was at its base - being glüten sensitive and loving pizza in my heart this was the perfect place for ME. The Ricotta appetizer is off the hook - the Pineapple Express pizza was bomb - the blonde ale was on point! “A smallish space, it's not what you when you think OC breweries with their big outdoor spaces. However, within the intimacy of the brewery there's some great brews! They work with other breweries and also have their own creations brewed offsite. It's a very chill place to relax with a beer, some games, and something exciting in their tv“
“Karl Strauss is 5 stars I don’t care who you are! 3 of us had dinner and drinks. Blackened Tuna tacos are big and tasty. The pub burger was a good burger. The food truck burger also good. Mac and cheese a treat. However the boneless sweet Chile garlic wing stole the show.For drinks we had the Poseidon stout - awesome smooth stout!“
“Our server, Natalie, was training a new server, Cam. Good service from both. My 3 nephews, ages 19-21, and all well over 6'2" enjoyed their burgers (Wednesday special) and I enjoyed the endless fries as these kids are never full! Overall, it was a great evening spent with good kids. We will definitely consider coming back next time I am in town and need to feed them!“
“We stopped here with our dogs after a day at the beach. Pretty good food and beer! We had the fish tacos and the fish and chips. Both were solid. The patio was perfect to sit outside and enjoy the weather and the server helped us immediately. Bartender was cool too. Try this spot!“
