“Best quality sushi in all of L. A. Sugarfish? Hardly... Nobu? Whatever.... Chiba? The winner.
Only downside is the location which isn't Shig's fault.”
“I came here for a brunch. The food is okay, but the prices are too high for the neighborhood. I ordered the shareable mimosas, which came in an un-rinsed carafe (think dust and bugs). Thankfully, the manager comped them, but I was still charged for the drinks that replaced them.
Ultimately, I paid $70 for 3 mimosas and a salad. Okay, fine, but when I tried to pay, the tip options were only 3, 5, and 7%. When I questioned the waitress about this, she admitted they'd already charged me an automatic 20% gratuity, and those were additional tipping options.
It's still a beautiful restaurant with pretty good food, but for not being very busy on a Saturday afternoon, the service could have been a lot better.”

“I am 65 years old. We had dinner at Humble Bird Saturday night. I have never, repeat, NEVER had chicken this good. Crisp, juicy (but not dripping like other places), no grease in sight. We got mild, but used the hot honey supplied and what a combination of flavors. We also got potato salad and slaw. Both great additions to an already wonderful meal. The staff was really friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The place was spotless. I live north of Seattle, but would consider driving down just for more of their chicken...Well, and to visit my kids.”
“Albert is a god tier creator! The food is amazing and they keep innovating. Started to come to them when they were over in NoHo now they are in Glendale (sit down spot) & who knows where they will be next! Love this place, I get breakfast & lunch here haha remember they close at 2 PM so make it there on time and get a FEW meals. (Try all items on the menu to find your favorite!)”
“Delicious sandwiches/wraps. My group tried the bens way gyro and the chicken delight. She made the meal as fast as she could and they turned out great. The large pita and hummus wasnt available at the time, so she made the medium. The pitas and hummus were top notch. Competitive pricing for sandwiches of this quality in the area.”
“To the wonderful owner and staff at [Healthyca],
I am writing to express my deepest gratitude for your exceptional honesty and kindness. I was distraught when I realized I had left my bag behind, especially considering the valuable contents inside. When I called, your team not only located my bag but also ensured its safekeeping without compromising my privacy. Your integrity and commitment to customer service are truly inspiring. I am incredibly grateful for your actions and want you to know that your kindness will not be forgotten.
With sincere appreciation,”

“We got the huevos rancheros with beef, and I got a cheese omletee. Saturday morning, no wait - abousltely amazing service and food and crazy portion sizes. I will for sure be back! Also my girl is Mexican and she approves so 👌”

“I work around the plaza so this is my go-to place to order from. Every time I have a full shift, I just order on the app, set a time to pick it up and my food is ready to go when I get there. The food is delicious and I always get the correct order, there have been no mishaps. The employees are really nice, I love the environment, personally it's the best place to eat from. My favorite meals are the Southwest Chicken Sandwich and the Southwest Chicken Wrap, I love the crunchiness of the tortilla strips and they are so tasty!”
“Have you ever entered a business and immediately feel like you just walked into your home where family is waiting to greet you? That was the very feeling I had when I stopped by the NoHo Cafe today. I knew the food was good as I used the delivery service before. Today I decided to visit the Cafe and I promise I’ll continue going frequently. The food is delicious but what won me over was the welcome and love you experience when you walk in the door. The staff is amazing... the Cafe has a very “welcome home” atmosphere. The complimentary cup of soup is AWESOME. I sat at a corner table allowing me to do what I love...watch people. As I enjoyed my delicious first meal of 2020 I watched as every person who entered was treated with care and joy. Just like being home the staff will keep checking to see if the food is ok and if you need anything. The NoHo Cafe is a place I recommend to anyone wishing to enjoy a good meal and to experience a “welcome home” feeling. Thank you NoHo Cafe for starting my 2020 with a reminder of the importance of kindness.”

“Forget about Acapulcos, El Torito or any other mexican chain restaurant, COME TO THIS PLACE!!!! food is excellent, taste to perfection!!! By taking one bite of their tortillas chips, you will immediately notice the freshness and quality of their food. Their salsas are all homemade.. I would suggest trying their Queso fundido wt chorizo, fresh guacamole, their amazing mulitas and tacos!!! Dollar per dollar the best delicious mexican food you can ever tried. Don't waste your money n time eating below quality food from chain restaurants, this place is the right place. Service is exceptional as well!!!”
“Well priced, authentic Thai food! Lams looks like a small hole in the wall, but the food is extraordinarily delicious. I ordered 9 meals for a group of friends and on pick up it was ready on time, packaged beautifully and still very warm. Every meal was perfectly cooked and so tasty. Just an incredible, friendly, quality Thai restaurant. I've been ordering from Lams since before Covid and it never seizes to impress. Do yourself a favor.”
“I am vegan. When my family lived in North Hollywood Leonor's was my go to restaurant. It was one of the few restaurants that my entire family would frequent. We used to eat there before it was Leonor's (we are talking 1970s). I think in 1980s Leonor became the owner... I don't know who owns it now... if it is someone in the family or not.. however, the food is great. I miss it. It's been a while. When this heatwave in Los Angeles cools off I will go and order lunch... Hopefully I recognize a face or two.”
“If I could give more stars I would. This place is the best Philadelphia cheese stake I've ever tried. On top the fries are amazing too. My kids rarely express about the restaurants we go too, but this one they definitely let me know. They said to make sure I bring them back when i come again. Staff and owner are loving people.
Kid-friendliness: Definitely kid friendly.”
“Looking for a nice little burger joint in Burbank came across this place. the outside of this place look humble so we went in. Got to say the reviews are on point and the food is really good, we both got bacon cheeseburgers with fries which were cooked perfectly as well and on point. The staff is super nice I would definitely come back here again”
“Wow… this was truly spectacular… idk what I got… but the sandwich was a top 5 all time!! The meat is so freaking tasty, smells amazing and tastes even better. I asked for a recommendation and the cashier suggested correctly!! If I lived closer, I’d be here weekly.”
“The best Indian food in the valley and the sweetest family-owned restaurant too! So happy they are in literal walking distance from my house and they are STILL OPEN for take-out and delivery during these quarantine times. I've been ordering from them since I moved to the area and they truly have such high-quality dishes. They combine the different levels of spiciness without sacrificing flavor and I'll always order from them even if I move away from this area. Every dish my house orders from there are delicious in their own way, some order extra hot while some just order medium and all of the dishes are filled with flavor. I can't say enough great things about this lovely place and the people running it. Their consistency, quality, and hospitality is what keeps me coming back, weekly :) Love them so much I'm trying to find all the review sites to post about them.”
“This is on3 o& m6 favorite sushi places in Los Angeles. Always very fresh, great daily specials, and unusual options. Try the maitake sushi!”
“I did not get to order any drinks while we were there but we had a great time regardless! The atmosphere was super welcoming and fun, the game selection was nice with all the vintage arcade games you could think of, staff was nice, and bathrooms were clean and easily accessible. The games were about $1-$2 a play and they had ATMs and change machines that were all operating well. Would come again!”

“Food taste amazing! 🤩✨ Service seems also pretty good.
Kinda felt bad that they have to kick the homeless person outta here. Then again, he did not listen carefully, so. I appreciate they try to respect us customers though. Or it maybe challenging for us eat inside. 😅”
“This review is mainly about the lone employee that worked tonight. He was alone and swamped with online and in person orders, yet he was able to remain calm and professional despite the amount of negative attitude he received from guests. To be able to keep such composure with that amount of stress is beyond my own capabilities. I commend this employee and I hope his employer does as well.”
“The eggs were fewer, the meats more, the price a lot higher, and they no longer have the tray with a selection of pancake syrups. This new set up was quite noisy - reminiscent of "Olive Garden". The pros are that it returned to my immediate area in a spot with more parking than you can imagine. Still, their food is good and I'll be back.
Parking: We asked if they had a senior discount and they do.”
“2024/12/04 Update:
The McRib is back! So I had to stop by and have it for dinner😄
The dining area is nice and kept clean.
The McRib is delish and since it’s a seasonal item, I will order and eat it till I’m sick of it😆😜 till next year when it comes back and start the cycle again.😊
The people here are friendly and professional.
They try to encourage you to order using their App. I only use their app to check prices and to collect rewards points, I don’t want to use their app to pay for it, I wish to order it using the app and pay for it with cash when I go pick it up either by counter or drive thru.
I stopped by here to get their McRib sandwich, ahh, my seasonal favorite food!, my regular favorite food is the Big Mac, this place is kept clean and well run by friendly and professional people, they have a kiosk where you can place your order or order thru a cashier, in short, it’s a good place to get a quick bite to eat.
Parking: They have their own parking lot”
“We came here to wait for our hotel, Peter at the bar was wonderful. Great atmosphere, food, and staff!”

“In the search for the best Neapolitan style pizza in LA, we booked a table at La Morra Pizzeria 👏👏 @lamorrapizzeria is now permanently located on West 3rd Street in the very trendy walkable shopping and dining neighborhood of Beverly Grove. We ordered The Margherita! I loved the pepperoncini peppers, but what makes La Morra so special is its perfectly-charred, bubbly crust. Definitely, one of the best truly Italian wood fired pizzas in Los Angeles 🙌 They ship pizzas nation wide if you’re pizza lover and connoisseur 🎉”
“Unlike other Thai food we have had. Felt more authentic and had unique dishes we had never seen before. Tiny little place at the end of a dingy swap meet but the excellent service and loved everything we got.
Vegetarian options: Dishes could be done with or without meat
Parking: Large parking lot
Wheelchair accessibility: Seems accessible. Might be a little tight in some of the swap meet aisles.”
“If you are Dominican and live on the east coast or someday like me go from NJ or NY or any state to California I recommend this 100% Dominican restaurant I drove twice more than an hour to eat not only the rice and the beans the chimi Ugh, tremendously delicious, the real chimi as it is made in the Dominican capital, really good food, thank you, they saved me those days when I was visiting California, the service was excellent.”
“This is a hidden gem. These guys are super friendly, accommodating, and provide amazing service. The food is superb and it reminds me of some of the famous food trucks in the plethora of other countries that I've visited. The prices are fair and the amount of food you get for that price is astounding. Great work guys.”
“HECTOR A. WAS LITERALLY THE BEST ! He gave us thee best service . We drove all the way from Fresno & this was the 1st meal on our stomach . And we couldn’t be more than happy by choosing to eat Dave’s on his shift , he made us laugh & smile upon entering. The food and service was amazing as well .”
“Virginia, Tiago, and Maggie(?) are awesome and def make the best espresso drinks in NoHo. They are probably the most pleasant baristas I’ve met in LA
Recommend the cortado. The matcha latte is also popular. As for the space, it’s very open and my fav place to get work done or knock out a couple hours of studying”
“I didn t even know it existed until it showed up on Postmates Everything was super yummy! GP Cobb salad and sweet potato soup with crunchy Brussels yum! Savor the dark chocolate brownie with sea salt And the maple dijon vinaigrette Now that will create a craving! Glad to have found it Reliable choice!”
“I didn't see this beautiful place for years and today we returned. Once again we fell in love with my respects for each of its members from cooks, preparers, manager & especially to the beautiful rocker for their attention.! Thank you very much for your great service, thank you very much God bless you always...:)??? ???”

“Açaí - fantastic. Service - great, the employees are so sweet and helpful! Atmosphere - INCREDIBLE. You’re surrounded by rainforest plants and these plants have clearly been here forever because they’re huge. You can buy Brazilian goods here too. Love this place and they have WiFi so you could work remotely from here! Lots of tables and a great atmosphere!”
“Best hot/cold smoked and frozen fish. They can always tell you when the fish you are buying got caught. Paltus and koruchka are the best. The fish on the picture had no smell it was so fresh and delicious.”
“I like the atmosphere here. It looks nice, and it is spacious. There is a variety of food to choose from here. In the entrance, they say no TIPS needed. But at the end of the meal, the charge seems too good to be true for no TIPS needed ??️. It seems like this place is already charging 2x the TIPS. ?. ?
It is a nice place, but i think it is expensive. We did not eat a lot of food.
It would be nicer if they can bring their prices down. Maybe more people will come and eat. Most people would be satisfied with just one plate.
Overall, the place is great and the food is good. But the only thing that might not be good for most people is that it is pricey.”

“Such a fun spot! The sweet girl that served me was super friendly and helpful with my order, making the experience even better. Watching them make the rolled ice cream right in front of you is an experience in itself. The flavors are delicious, and the toppings are so generous. Perfect treat for when you're craving something sweet and unique!”
“Came here yesterday for the first time after visiting the Thai market across the street. We had a beef noodle soup and a Thai curry pizza, they were both really great! I think I'll like their marinara sauce pizza more because the onions were a looooot for me. But if you love onions, this is the place!!!The pizza dough and crust was just ? great. Soft, pillowy. Definitely recommended. The beef noodle soup was great too!!! The perfect touch of sweetness and spiciness. Super flavorful. And the folks here were super welcoming and nice! Would definitely recommend this joint!”
“SUPERB PIZZA FROM THE RED TENT
Honestly one of the best pizzas I've had in all of Los Angeles. You'll find it on a side street off of Laurel canyon across from the bank of America parking lot.
Everything is fresh and house made, from the natural sourdough crust with no commercial yeast, to the simple and superb sauce. The cheese was especially delicious and the whole pizza comes together so deliciously that it could come from a high end restaurant.
That's because the chef/owner previously worked in high end fine dining and is obsessed with making the best -- and he does! He's justifiably proud of his work and will happily explain his process and let you watch your pizza cook in his portable wood-fired oven.
The menu includes specials or a choose-your-own topping choice starting at $11.
Each pizza is generously sized and enough for two unless you want leftovers, which you do!
There's an outdoor table and stools so you can enjoy it hot out of the wood fired oven.
all together a delightful experience and pizza you will want to return for!
TIP: Call before you go to make sure he's there. Sometimes, such as on especially hot days, he chooses not to set up. But he always answers his phone, so you can also order in advance (though the pizza takes only about three minutes to cook in his 700 degree oven.
Parking: At night you can park in the Bank of America parking lot”
“Fun spot to hang out and an amazing selection of beers.”
“The staff is very fast and friendly. I like ordering at the kiosk but a few times I did order at the counter. I never have to wait a long time for my order. Everything is always perfect. I personally recommend the Galaxy with boba. One of my go to drinks.
Parking: Lots of shops so spots fill up and the lot gets packed. Sometimes it's easy and other days it's not. 50/50”
“Great food. Reminds me of my mom’s cooking.. I love to come to MOFONGOS on my birthday to get Pasteles, Arroz con Gandules and Habichuelas Rojas. Just like my mom would serve me on my birthday.”
“I’ve ordered a few different items from here three times now and it is very delicious, flavorful and the atmosphere is so chill! My new fave spot!
Parking: Parking may be a challenge especially during meal rush times.”
“omg!!!!! I haven't had mediterranean food in awhile n I definitely recommend them. We had the Lula Kabob plate n the Shish Kabob plate all those grill veggies n the cucumber salad r to die for”
“BEST shrimp tacos hands down. Always fresh! Best part is there is juicy shrimp in every bite, no skimping on the shrimp. I drive 45 mins just to get these tacos. Also great service. Can't recommend this place enough.”
“I definitely recommend this place to my friends and family. Pastry Chief Ruben is amazing. Thanks guys for every single cake you have made for me and my family .??”
“Perfect place for small events. Clean, "lots of food!!!" (get ready to take some home), beautiful contemporary design inside, lights, and usually free parking.”
“For me, the menu highlights are the grilled meats, jambalaya, gumbo. I saw how the Pit-master grilled the meats. He was very clear about no shortcuts or rushing the process. The jambalaya and gumbo were the best items I ordered today (11/11). I will definitely order these again. They were the best I ever tasted. Perfectly seasoned with high-quality meats, and very good. It’s the best I’ve ever tasted. I’ve only had commercialized gumbo and jambalaya at chain restaurants.I didn’t order any grilled meats. I anticipate the grilled meats being tasty because I tasted some of the meat in my gumbo and jambalaya at it was good and cooked to perfection. The sides were disappointing and I will not order again:Mac and Cheese:A little dry. Too much salt, too much unmelted cheese. Lacked a creamy inside. The bottom and top were just globs of unmelted cheese. Will not order again.Collard Greens:Tasted bland as if from a can. Mixed with spinach and mainly tasted like spinach. Will not order again. I added the greens to my gumbo so I didn’t waste them. Let’s be clear, the greens weren’t horrible. I grew up picking and eating freshly picked collards so I have high standards for greens.Red Beans & Rice:Beans were cold and tasted like they were from a can. Not the Louisiana red beans and rice I was expecting at all. Rice was undercooked with a slight crunch. I added the rice to my gumbo when I reheated it on the stove. I will figure out what to do with the beans.Customer service was good. The lady was very attentive and went above and beyond to ensure every customer was taken care of. She even gave out peanut butter cookies while we waited. Bring your patience as this is a small-scale (lean) food-service establishment.I spent $30 for 2 half orders of gumbo and jambalaya ($10 each), and 3 sides. I probably could have saved a few dollars if I ordered a veggie plate. It was a little pricey for the portion sizes. I charge it to the gumbo and jambalaya which was $10 each and served in 8oz containers. I usually pay $8 for 12oz or 16oz of soup.On a positive note, I got to sample the menu. I know what I like and don’t like. I don’t expect to like every menu item at any restaurant. Bottomline, I will go again.”
“This is my go to for my family when there's no time to prepare lunch/dinner. We have had their burgers and sandwiches with 0 disappointment. Always full of flavor and even my picky kids enjoy it! We conveniently get delivery and have always had such a great experience. Keep it up :)”
“I get the Chicken Ramen from this place all the time. I used to come here before it turned into a Hot Pot Place, and worried the Togo food would eventually go down hill. Nope. The food is delicious. And the hot pot is amazing. I go here all the time and they're always so nice, quick and unlike some other places they're happy to refill the sides, vegetables, and appetizers at the bar. Love this place so much!”
“Amazing food at a great price The staff are so personable and caring ! My family and I come here at least three times a week . There’s always specials and everything is made exactly the way we like it always consistent. Never a change. Love it!”
“This place is delicious 😋 their Anburgesas are the best here in California
Parking: Mm well it takes a little while but it's not so long that it won't arrive
Kid-friendliness: Yes, of course the potatoes with cheese I see that the children really like them and the Shaque's are delicious”
“(Translated by Google) It should be called isla nublar from Jurassic world they are from the part of Jurassic World dominion that enters television(Original)Debería llamarse isla nublar de Jurassic world son de la parte de Jurassic World dominio que entre en la televisión”
“We were in town from Chicago, as we exited the store and smelled the food, we investigated where it came from and found the source. This place tastes as good as it smells. Would definitely eat here again next time we are in town. I got the shrimp and filet mignon and it was amazing. The staff was great.”
“Incredible! I come from France and I was really disappointed in the food here, but George's food is amazing! I'm really glad I've found it! Plus the people working are really nice!!”
“great place! didnt know they had so many great kinds of food opinions!. most definitely going back”
“The new spot is so incredible. Loved the new menu and can’t wait to try everything. A north hollywood classic just stepped their game up and it’s a must visit imo”
“Great little pizza shop in the heart of North Hollywood that makes wonderful pizza and offers all the other foods that make for an enjoyable hunger quencher, such as sandwiches and wings. Great location. A little pricey, but maybe not. This was my first meal stop on my latest LA trip and I easily forget how much more expensive everything is compared to the rest of the country. Extra points from me since it's open REALLY LATE, meaning until 4 AM.”
“There is a fast waiting time for your food and the waitresses is amazing they get your food within like under five minutes. The service was amazing they show respect to you and also the kind and generous. They’re fast of the plates. You’re picking up so fast this is the nicest food ever tasted the most delicious food ever is”
“We had ordered the citrus chicken and mojo pork platters. We almost got the pomegranate salad and plantain chips, but thought that we can go back and get it if we were still hungry. We didnt need it. You get a few plantain chips and a large portion of baked beans and rice on each platter. The chicken was roasted and good. You get half a chicken. The mojo pork is pulled pork soaked in a sauce. The chicken and pork were good. Just not a fan of the bean and rice mix. Maybe if they would've been better separated. The plantains were nice and crispy. The 2 platters was more than enough food for our daughter and us.”
“Food was very delicious and fresh and the prices are very affordable. Stuff were very friendly and helpful, great service 🙏”
“It was so easy to order with app. You can pick the time to pick up the order. Accurate order. Tasted good. No more wings? My brother in law told me about the wing shortage so wingstop changed their menu to boneless wings and changed their name to Thigh stop.”
“Our server Raymond was excellent. There was an out of the ordinary character experience, but he made sure we were well taken care of and we all had an excellent time.”
“I am so glad Saint & Sinner will be open during the week starting June! They are right in my neighborhood and I love the vibe & hookah in this place. Easily the best brunch in the valley or anywhere near it lol they go from super calm to a lit day party real quick! I’ll definitely be back.”
“My fiancé and I have passes for universal and have been wanting to try this spot for quite some time but it’s usually booked. I recommend coming here first and making a reservation asap because if you come later in the day there's no chance. Also try to show up early before your time to make sure you get in.
Honestly this entire place is just so cute and I felt so excited to finally be able to get inside. Looks wise, it's perfect. I love the animated little windows inside, decor and how visually pleasing the food and dessert is. The spaghetti was alright, not the best but still good. The Bowser's challenge meatball was really spicy, my fiancé said flavor wise it was like 3.5/5. For dessert we ordered the princess peach cupcake and the ? Block tiramisu. I personally really loved the tiramisu. The cookie parts of it were so yummy and I really enjoyed it overall.
The cupcake was also good but very very sweet (specifically the frosting). I actually didn't finish it but they do have boxes so you can take things to go!
Overall it was a really cute experience and I think I'd come back to try their other food and get that tiramisu again. :)”

“Horror fans, unite! This is a cool place to get a nice little treat in a great atmosphere inspired by scary movies. From the decor to the names of the drinks, every little detail is horror-related and fun!
They accidentally gave me the wrong drink but they were really nice and made me the correct one with a smile.🖤 I don’t remember the name of my drink but it was a sweet iced tea and it was really nice and refreshing. We didn’t try the food but there were pastries available too.
The only downside was that a huge roach was running around the shop and it gave everyone a bit of a shock.😅 I understand they’re pretty common in LA but when there’s food involved, it’s not a reassuring sight.”
