This the first sighting of Chesters fried chicken in the Bay Area of Northern California. Don't know if this Shell station got good chicken with Chesters Chicken. They good In the 2 states of the lower 48 contiguous US States, where available, namely in Wyoming & Ohio at Major truck stops like Loves Travel Centers.

Chester's Fried Chicken (CFC) is good, low priced fried chicken sold at a gas station in East Oakland. It's not as salty as KKC, and not as pricey as KFC. Today I ordered an 8-pc Chicken only and Potato Wedges. The chicken is ok. It doesn't have alot of flavoring or seasoning. But my chicken was moist and hot. The chicken isn't crispy or crunchy. The potato wedges were fresh and crisp. Nutritional info and ingredients shown on box.Ketchup, hot sauce, and napkins included.

Chester's Fried Chicken has a smaller menu than it's competitors. it's in a Fruitvale gas station convenience store. i had low expectations. this place was a backup when a taco popup couldn't be found..offerings: tenders, wings, fried chicken, combos, sides, chic. sammie.eats: chicken tenders (4/5.99) with one dipping sauce.-tenders not the usual strips, were crescent shaped. moist, slightly salty.lightly crusted, not an abundance of chemicals. not a lot of flavor. not dry either.-honey...read full review
