“Absolutely loved the fish and chips! I decided to try Slappy's after checking ratings and was pleasantly pleased. Three nice size pieces of fish that are hand battered,the batter is seasoned and people let me tell you the french fries were insanely out of this world fantastic. The fries look like they have a coating on them but not covered completely in the coating. I know that sounds crazy but it's true my friend and I could not stop eating them so worth the money. I walked up to the side window about 630 it was really good you guys I can't say it enough. There was only one lady working in the kitchen and she was so nice. Go check this place out. They've got a nice little menu of different things not just fish and chips and of course chowder.”

“We were here for dinner on a recommendation from some local folks. Wow it exceeded our expectations. We were told to try the chicken and waffles, they did not disappoint, savory fried chicken on top of sour dough waffles with house made kimchi, yummmmm! We both got a cup of soup purple sweet potato puree, as pretty as it was delicious, and fresh sea food bouillabaisse equally delicious. Our only regret is that we were too full to try one of the wonderful desserts. We will definitely be back the next time we're in town.😋😋😋😋”

“Yes, you will need a reservation, but they were kind enough to reserve a special table for us to honor our 10th anniversary! We were greeted with smiles and staff was quick to offer either still or sparkling water [nice]. Our water pourer, Maddie, was ahead of our thirst all evening and our glasses never were empty [we went through three bottles!]. Our server, Haley, was attentive and professional. She very capably poured the Justin Isosceles and went over the menu to answer any questions. My tuna tataki was exceptional...it may be an appetizer, but it was incredibly tasty and filling. The lady thoroughly enjoyed her local sablefish [first time] and its yummy accompaniments. The wine list is strong and reasonably priced. Beautiful views of Pismo Beach enhance the dining experience. The restaurant is on point, clean top notch restrooms and obvious elegance. We couldn't believe there wasn't any dress code...folks showed up looking like they just walked off the beach without a wink. Ahh...the beach life in Pismo is quite relaxing.”

“Just visited Wolff Vineyards yesterday, and I’m still on cloud nine! From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere was absolutely enchanting, with stunning views of the rolling vineyards. The staff welcomed us with warm smiles and made us feel like we were part of the family. We even took some vineyard tours with Third Wheel Tours. We got to get up close and personal with the scenery, which was the most fun!

But let me tell you about the star of the show—the Petite Sirah! ? It was hands down the best I’ve ever had. I couldn't get enough! The tasting experience was perfect, with just the right balance of knowledge and fun.
