“Run people RUN and GET YOURSELF A DONUT!!! We got a custard chocolate bar, sprinkled chocolate bar, a dozen of donut holes, and a maple donut ALLL FOR $6.75!!! I qua-triple checked cause I was in disbelieve that all these came out to be ONLY $6.75! The lady also hooked us up with a whole extra donut FOR FREE. Sorry I didn't get to take a picture they tasted so good I inhaled it all in 2 seconds hehe“
“OBSESSED with this coffee/donut shop! I would consider this a hidden gem for their speed, convenience, and best people as well as coffee/pastry styles. Very East Coast style with products while also having a West Coast twist. Extremely mild coffee, not too strong but far from watery. The pastries are wonderful, and try to tip here if you have extra change. Local-owned and humble environment. I pray one day they may have enough customers to start a free wifi...“
“These are pricy (but very good) donuts with unique flavors; sometimes the combinations work, while other times it's more of a miss. The online portal is more effective at giving you options if you have dietary restrictions, but staff is knowledgeable and efficient. The store is colorful, and the donuts really are unique - you're not going to find the generic ones here.“
“I was pretty impressed with my visit to Royal Donut Cafe. I didn't come for their donuts, but for their breakfast and they had some of the best country fried steak I've had a in a while. The interior is very dated so that might turn some people off, but they are expanding the restaurant and taking over the space next door. They said that there is a possibility that they open for dinner in the future too. Staff were very friendly as well. Parking in the area is certainly a pain in the area, but there are paid parking lots near by. Country Fried Steak & Eggs ($15.95) was what I ordered and it was massive. I was stuffed after eating it and the steak had the perfect breading. The sausage gravy was very tasty and the hash browns were also a large portion. The eggs they also cooked really well and they don't overcook them like I accidently do at home because I love runny eggs. It is definitely worth a visit here although I have no input on their donuts or pastries personally. Their breakfast is top tier though and you get large portions. Would recommend this breakfast spot to anyone in the area.“
“If ya no, ya no. Moved out of state since 2010 but still stop by everytime I come home. I'm 37 been eating here since I was born. We new the family so well my dad's work crew even had a tab and pay Friday's. U think they can make it. Food so fresh and yummy you would cancel your today's schedule on momma“
“This is my absolute favorite diner anywhere on earth. And for so many reasons.1. Atmosphere: is it a bar? A diner? A pinball machine warehouse? A little bit of all this things, really. Cozy, weird, and vaguely threatening, there isn't any risk that you'll be outclassed by your surroundings. More likely, you'll find yourself wanting to stay well after you're done eating. And no one will be rushing you to leave.2. Service: i was better attended than in most of the "better" restaurants I've been to, and Pamela actually boxed my leftovers for me. Love that!!3. Food: perfectly simple, simply perfect. Pancakes were incredible.“
“I was at Little Luca next door when I saw this place. I saw the pictures on the storefront window and decided to check it out. They had a great selection of donuts as well as some cronuts. This was the first time seeing cronut holes so I decided to try them and they were delicious! The lady was very friendly as well!“
“Happy Donut was there for me during a less than happy period when I was living in Daly City. The staff were super friendly and the breakfast sandwiches were what kept me going. I can't recommend it enough, I even want to visit Daly City again just to come here!“
“By far my favorite donut shop! The banana bear claw, raised glaze, and maple bars are my personal favorite. I love that the donuts are a good level of sweetness, and not overwhelmingly sweet! I recently discovered this donut shop after doing some grocery shopping nearby and I couldn't be happier! I've been recommending this spot to other people and sharing donuts as often as I can!“
“Been passing by this shop all my life and finally decided to stop by after hearing some good things about this place. Normally, I disregard a lot of customer service highlights from reviews, but holy cannoli it's true. The owner is cool asf and the donuts are good too. Definitely gonna be supporting this mom & pop shop for as long as I can.“
“This has been a childhood staple for decades now. I have been going to Rolling Pin for over 40 years now. It's the best. Simple, no frills, just awesome ole fashioned donuts. A dozen donut holes are still $3.00. Not too many bargains like that left anywhere.Wheelchair accessibility: There is a ramp on the side entrance in the parking lot.“
“Super cute tiny spot! We came during rush hour so the wait for our order was 40 mins to an hour. The ladies were super sweet and gave us free donuts though! They're really funny and made it a bit better. The drinks themselves were just the right amount of sweetness and we'd definitely recommend the ube boba drink!“
“I couldn't find the temporary special cereal donuts on the menu. My friend bought three FRUITY PEBBLES DONUTS. Two with White Frosting And One with Blue Frosting. We went back to Stellato for that FROOT LOOPS Milk drink. Enjoy the mix!“
“Dang can you tell I'm a big fan of donuts?? I feel like I review a ton of donut spots all over the city, but it's because it's a quick and delicious snack or meal (depending on your mood) that you can try. Silver Cafe is a staple on the corner of Mission and Silver! It's always open early and their donuts are always fresh. Their staff are so nice! If you want a legit and affordable donut and quick, stop on by, they'll serve you one quick and easy!“
“This place is amazing I flew in from Utah and never had donuts like this in my life I can tell ingredients are amazing almost like made from duck eggs because of how soft they are like a perfectly toasted marshmallow soft on the inside and toasty in the outside delicious fresh prefect texture and quality everyone should come “
“This mom and pop bakery is 10/10. The owners are very kind. Delicious flavors, perfect texture, and friendly service. A definite must-visit for donut lovers! The seating is perfect for couples on a quick date or friends talking over the warm bakery goods. Will come here again and again!!“
“This has been my go-to donut spot for years. Their donuts are consistently yummy and reasonably priced, compared to other SF donut shops. They have a vast selection of donuts and it's great that they have vegan options. They are the most delicious IMO. The staff is always so friendly too! I also appreciate the option to place an order and pay ahead of time. This place never disappoints! Try it!“
“If you haven't tried this bread called... "starbread" your missing out. it is freaking awesome, you need to try it. There is parking. It's a busy place, so it would be best if you don't go around foody time. Like 11am-1pm(lunch) 4-6pm (dinner). It's a very small place. But very good. Inexpensive also.“
“Another hidden no frills hidden gem. Doughnuts are way better than anything from Krispy Kreme and their original blend coffee is delicious - rich and SMOOTH. Self service on the coffee so don't go on there if you're looking to be spoiled and treated like the entitled brat that you are...“
“Nice place to grab a quick breakfast. I love places that have croissantwiches and bagel breakfast sandwiches. It's a good stop if you are about to hit the road for a road trip or day trip. The service here in the times I've come have always been nice. They also have coffees and other plates if you don't like sandwiches.“
“Yo Hookt! I'm mad at y'all! I came to the Sparkt food trucks looking for you and you weren't there? Why'd you leave!? I almost cried. I've scoured the Bay Area for mini donuts and Hookt are the best. The flavors! The hot, melt in your mouth texture! I'd tear up a whole box. I'm sad. I want more mini donuts but I don't want to drive from the east bay to south San Francisco. Please come back to Mission Bay! I wants you and I needs you. I don't ask for much in this life...come back to me. Abeg.“
“Mazzetti's bakery knocked it out of the park with our wedding cake. We discovered Mazzetti's through our wedding vendor, Wedgewood Weddings. Nice knowing there was already a designated cake vendor who would deliver to our venue without any extra stress and coordination on our part. Sampling- when ready to taste test, simply email to share a day that you will pick up your sample box. We were given 9 cupcakes with various flavor options. Style: In an email, we received sample photos and options of cake flavors and decorations. I think this process could be upgraded with tech to make it more interactive, rather than a non-writable pdf attachment. Tech aside, the pictures helped share the combinations of options and process simple with Mazzetti's reaching back out by email closer to the wedding date to confirm party size and flavors chosen. Cake: Taste- I'll definitely be going back for more! We chose the following: Top- white with apricot filling Middle- red velvet with cream cheese frosting Bottom- carrot cake with cream cheese frosting. Fun being able to choose different flavors for each tier. Our guests loved all of them! As most bride/grooms, we didn't even get to eat the cake at our wedding because we were too busy dancing, but our venue packed up a sample box to go which we enjoyed for breakfast the next morning, savoring every bite! Overall- glad to have found a new local bakery I trust. Even will make the 45 min drive out to Pacifica to visit Mazzetti's on weekends, which always has a line of locals out the door. Check this place out for quick sweets or scheduled parties and celebrations. They won't disappoint!“
