“Their food never disappoints. I go from the carne asada torta to the tacos and still can't decide which I like best. The meat, asada or carnitas, is always good and smells great and the beans and rice . Their salsas are really good. I always get this through Door Dash (had not idea it was a food truck) so if you order on there remember to add your request for the salsa.“

“I recently attended an event catered by Food Joy Catering and not only was the food visually stunning, but every bite was incredible! I honestly couldn't believe how impressed I was with the food. It was a gorgeous spread of appetizers, and every time I went in for another bite, it was like each item was freshly made to order. I don't know how they did that, or maybe I was just lucky, but they kept refilling the food so it was all hot and fresh!One of my favorite things they served were beef empanadas with chimichurri. The arancini and vodka sauce was also incredible, as were the chicken taquitos with guacamole! And the dumplings... and the crudites.... and the cheese board and charcuterie.... and the fresh figs!!! Still can't get over how great it was. Plus all of the staff were incredibly kind and organized. Wonderful wine selection too which great glassware. Now, I don't at ALL have any events coming up in my life that will require a caterer. But I hope to attend more events catered by Food Joy!“

“We hired El Rey del Taco for our wedding rehearsal dinner and they were amazing!! The tacos were delicious and all our guests loved them! We had them come to our venue and it made the rehearsal dinner run smoothly so we could all stay in one place. Jorge and Maria were easy to work with and the staff was all very friendly! We highly recommend them!!“

“I hired Yooshi for a birthday party and have no complaints! Weeks later and my guests are still raving about it. The two sushi chefs arrived a couple hours prior to the event and had the sushi set up just prior to the party Start time. They continued to make sushi through the 2 hours and even made special requests guests had. The setup was beautiful with microgreens and pansy flowers on top of a light up stand. They brought everything with them except plates and napkins (as per the contract). Farzad was great to work with. I highly suggest hiring Yooshi!“

“Cavaretta's has the most authentic Italian sandwiches in the Valley, as well as a great little Italian mini mart. I often go when they're busy, but the atmosphere is so friendly, and the aroma is so enticing, that I really don't mind the wait. It seems as though every time I'm there, I meet someone who wants to talk about how long they've been a Cavaretta's customer, and how much they love their food and whole experience!“

“Everyone should try Baked It Myself. I tried their beet burger ordering on doordash a couple weeks ago, and it was incredible. I can't stop ordering their bim bowl, and they always listen to my modifications which showcases their incredible customer service. “I’ve been looking for a delicious torta for a long time and I finally found the place! If you like fresh delicious food this is the place. The service is excellent, they answered all my questions and explained their menu. I created my own sandwich with some recommendations from Johnathan who was awesome. This is by far the best torta I’ve ever had! It was so good I was back a couple days later for another! Wifey ordered tacos and they were amazing as well. The flavor and freshness of the meat is what sets them apart. No old meat being served here. Definitely my go to spot for delicious fresh food!“

“The Landmark is the ultimate banquet hall in LA. It is based on a large property in Mission Hills with huge open air parking lot and a big green garden. Entering into the building, you enter the beautiful hallway area with lounge sofas, a bar that you can use for tea/coffee or alcohol, and the beautiful grand piano by the long windows. On the right side, the big doors get you into the magnificent hall where the party is going to be. You are welcome to use the hall however l you desire to design it for youe special occasion. Some prefer to have the curtains open, some prefer to hire a vendor for their specific desired design. Menu is 10/10. Ambiance is 10/10 Service is 10/10 Shout out to Yervand, Kayla, and Yeva for helping us build our wedding day so elegantly. We appreciate the entire kitchen crew for serving us SUPER-DELICIOUS food. As a former employee of Anoush Banquet Hall, I saw that they have updated the menu with several tasty options for appetizers and hot food. Kids are safe and welcomed in your parties, and the kitchen can serve food for kids, such as truffles, mac & cheese, nuggets, pizza, etc. Additionally, they have a complementary food tasting day, The staff who served the tables were brilliant. “This Nigerian food spot is hands down the best in town! Every dish on the menu is absolutely addictive. So I heard that it’s not just a favorite among Nigerian celebrities but also African celebrities visiting LA. Finally had the chance to try it myself today, and it lived up to the hype! Saw even an Asian woman ordering, which shows how amazing the food is lol Despite living far, I finally made the trip and was thoroughly impressed, especially by the signature pepper goat! Omg it is sooooo good! And soooo Tender! I’d say order that as a side plate! The rice, stew fish, the soups! Got me two types with my fufu! Like everything is top notch. Couldn't resist trying the pepper goat pie too! I might as well! Hahaha lol Ended up ordering enough to last me till Monday The customer service is excellent, with friendly staff. “I just stopped by today and had a great experience here. I got carnitas and al pastor street tacos and they were unbelievable. Such great flavors in the meat. Also the green and red salsa were very complimentary (red salsa is smoky spicy yum). Got the asada quesadilla for the kids (of course I had a bite) and was really pleased with the asada flavor too! Even the sour cream is great, homemade you can tell. The attention to quality is apparent!I am super glad because the first few times I was not impressed. “So happy to have tried Sugo! I only dipped my toes into the flavor pool ordering only the French Fries and the Meatballs and sauce! Having had an Italian Chef for a Father, I grew up being able to tell good Italian flavors from a simple dish like Meatballs and Sauce (gravy)! Both were excellent from Sugo! Hot from heat, great texture and fine flavors and plenty of food! I'm looking forward to delving deeply into the menu next time! The rest of the family dinner was a hit with everyone too! “This will be the third time we have used Nana's Kitchen. So clearly, we love what they do. The food is fantastic, a step up from your normal taco caterer, and we loved the passed appetizers while the guests were arriving. They set up a beautiful buffet spread and used gorgeous bowls. Everything was fresh and delicous. They homemade the tortillas and served delicious guacomole, again homemade. The servers were ontime, self sufficant and cleaned up after themselves. They boxed up all of the leftovers for us which was really nice.The only negative I could find, and you just need to know, is that beyond the food/catering fee (minimum of $650 for 40 people) they charge a travel fee, a convenience fee to use a credit card, and a 18% service fee which is NOT gratuity. So ontop of the food, you will need to expect to pay about 40 % more on the charges (your own tip to the servers, their 18% service fee and travel fee and of course tax). They are transparent about it, but something you should know. With that being said, I would still use them again.“

“Food and Service 10 out of 10! This is our second event booked with Marcelo and crew. From the first call, he was the upmost professional, very attentive and responsive. Our event was held in Santa Ynez, Ca. Marcelo & crew arrived at 6:30 am to service food by 3 pm. From beginning to end, theses guys got their stuff down. Their set up is impressive, then they start preparing all meats, marinating everything on site, all high quality meats, sausage, ribs, chicken served with salad, bread, chimichurri sauce and empanadas (beef, chicken, spinach) and we opted for roasted veggies for 175 ppl. Our guest could not stop raving about how spectacular the food was. Being from Argentina, I can attest this is as authentic as it gets! They are legit. Throughout the day, Marcelo's attitude was so positive and there was nothing he did not answer with, "no problem, we got it covered ", this was so reassuring for a "control-freak like me" lol. I just knew I had nothing to worry about when it came to the food. At the end of the day, the breakdown was as impressive as the set up, as I watched them clean every utensil, cookware and grill back to new before loading things back in their trailer. I wholeheartedly recommend them for any event small or large, they will not disappoint. Thank you Marcelo and crew for a spectacular job.“

“LA Kosher Catering was fantastic to work with and provided delicious food! My organization pulled together an event within a week, and the LA Kosher Catering team was willing and able to help us with such short notice. Elon, Director of Catering, was extremely responsive and so easy to work with. His Banquet Manager Austin was a huge help on the day of the event, with everything from the drop-off, set-up, clean up, and all things in between. Judy, the Catering Coordinator, was very helpful post event with all of the paperwork and finalizing details. We will absolutely use LA Kosher Catering at all of our future events!“

“Valet parking was great and the event staff were nice and quick. The Vinnie space is elegant with extra flair. The venue has high ceilings and LED color changing lights everywhere. The food was also very good. We had buffet style and the only complaint was they did not do two sides for serving and they did not refill the hummus, salad, or sauce. There was plenty of hot food and desserts though.“

“Churro man is the best churros I've had here in the SFV. The churros are made fresh to order and they come out super hot and crisp. They aren't too hard and are soft in the inside. The individual that makes the churros is always super courteous, kind and is super cool. I usually come here every other Friday and always get the 7 churros special. “Food is great! Even though in LA there are a lot of luxury hibachi restaurants, even high end omakase, but in terms of cost-effectiveness, this restaurant is phenomenal. “I needed a caterer to provide breakfast and lunch for 35 people for a 3 day workshop that was being held in our Northridge, CA office for quite a few of our executives and Sr. staff at HARMAN International. I am located in Stamford, CT and asked for recommendations from assistant's in Northridge who could not provide any local caterer's so my husband went on Yelp and found Mr. Ardi's and I'm so glad he did. In speaking with Jeff (owner) on the phone, he understood the requirements and needs of this audience. He came up with a menu that was very impressive for the 3 days and always answered the phone when I called. He came to the office the day before the event to get an idea of set up and was on time every morning and afternoon. His food and set us was amazing/pleasing and the executives were VERY happy with every meal! Flavor and love is put into every meal. Even his scrambled eggs are cooked to perfection!! His Mac & Cheese was soooo good as well as his mouth-watering brisket, just so much flavor. Lasagna and butternut squash ravioli is worth mentioning as well as his chicken and ribeye souvlaki was out of this world. His meals were so good that I had the assistant's in Northridge try his food including his delicious soups so that they would use him for future events. I wish he was here in the Stamford area because I would use him for all for our events!! Please do not hesitate to hire Jeff for your special occasion. l guarantee that you will not be disappointed!! Though our needs were on the high end, he will work with you on any budget, menu and venue, no job is too big or too small. Give him a call!!!“

“One of the best bagel/lox platters I've had on either coast. Cozy environment, clean surfaces and very good coffee. Can only speak to breakfast but the breakfast sandwich and waffle my party also ordered were all excellent. Not too busy at 8am on a Monday - a great experience and I will be happy to return and test their lunch/dinner options.Parking: Shopping center with 3 hour limit but plenty of spaces.Kid-friendliness: Cozy booths, good sized kids menu.“

“Thanks to Ruben and his wife our party was a huge success! I picked Dos Tacos because I really liked the presentation of the cute serving dishes and the food looked delicious. It's a family business and keeping the business in Simi Valley was important to me. All the food was fresh, flavorful and prepared with care. I had a baby shower in the backyard and wanted something special and fun! Ruben and his wife showed up a little early. Set up everything without any issues and after an hour of cooking and preparing the feast, we were all ready to eat. Everyone was so happy and there was plenty to eat.. even grilled veggies for my vegan friends! I highly recommend using Dos Tacos Y Tu!“
