“For the most part I like coming to this target to shop in store. Most of the time I don't ever have to wait in line but of course during holidays, like now, they are really busy and have long lines. The self checkout line can be extremely long sometimes but if you look, everyone usually only has a few items so it's not too bad. But i also like doing online orders for the drive up option, but I do not recommend picking up in the store. There could be 3 people in line for pick up and they'll do one at a time.. having to walk all the way to the back of the store to pick up your order then back to the front to check you out. Then again for the next person, etc. I feel like theres had to be a more time efficient way to do these.“
“Myself and my daughter Megan go to this place just about everyday to the point to where we know some of the baristas by name. With that said I'd like to give a few shout outs one to Benji, Martha and the female with the pink hair (for the life of us we can't remember her name) Thank you for your customer service seriously the best. “This Starbucks location ALWAYS makes my drink just right and are always greeting everyone through the door no matter how busy they are. No matter if I mobile order or go thru drive thru I can always count on them doing my drinks the perfect way. I primarily do mobile orders because I always hit rush hour before work, but I can always count on them having it ready before my shift. I like to mention that I live in the LQ cove and always drive pass the Starbucks on Washington because meh, but can always count on the Starbucks on Simon Drive. Keep up the great work guys! All of you are awesome!!!“
