I absolutely love Gyro Shop in Palmdale! You can really taste the care and love they put into their food. It’s wonderful to support a family-owned business that serves such delicious Greek cuisine.

So far, I’ve mostly been getting the falafel pita, and it has been absolutely amazing every time! 😋 The flavors are fresh, delicious, and satisfying.

My brother recently tried the California Pita, and he loved it! He said it was delicious down to the very last bite.

If you’re in Palmdale and craving authentic, flavorful Greek food, I definitely recommend giving Gyro Shop a try. Great food, great family atmosphere, and a local business worth supporting! 🇬🇷🥙❤️”

They have a red and green salsa, both flavorful and the red had a good spice to it. I saw they have cochinita on the menu. I'll have to go back to order it next time. “This is my healthy go to place. Only really had an issue one time but it was made up for. I always have great experiences with the employees. One time I was ordering in a bit of am air headed way since I usually order on the app & a woman named Hale was being super patient with me & making sure the order was right all the way up to before handing me my order. That woman is a keeper in the work place! Robert has also helped me out often & is a good employee. I haven't gotten other names yet to add to the compliments but I am sure I eventually will. 🙂”

We'll I decided to get a better quality meat at the Gozalez meat market and quickly learned this food spot is owned by them.
