“We came in today from NCounty to check it out. All the IG posts make my mouth water! We got two shaved ice, an ube/Taro smoothie and a spam musubi. Everything was so so so good but the customer service was even better. Very sweet and welcoming staff running this place. Will absolutely be back!”

“Yes, you will need a reservation, but they were kind enough to reserve a special table for us to honor our 10th anniversary! We were greeted with smiles and staff was quick to offer either still or sparkling water [nice]. Our water pourer, Maddie, was ahead of our thirst all evening and our glasses never were empty [we went through three bottles!]. Our server, Haley, was attentive and professional. She very capably poured the Justin Isosceles and went over the menu to answer any questions. My tuna tataki was exceptional...it may be an appetizer, but it was incredibly tasty and filling. The lady thoroughly enjoyed her local sablefish [first time] and its yummy accompaniments. The wine list is strong and reasonably priced. Beautiful views of Pismo Beach enhance the dining experience. The restaurant is on point, clean top notch restrooms and obvious elegance. We couldn't believe there wasn't any dress code...folks showed up looking like they just walked off the beach without a wink. Ahh...the beach life in Pismo is quite relaxing.”

“My wife and I had brunch at Vista Steak and Seafood Restaurant. I had the chilaquiles with 2 over easy eggs on top and my wife had the chorizo with eggs. Food was great so was the service I can't forget the view was beautiful.”

“Holy smokes, the chicken shawarma wrap was the best Greek food wrap that I’ve had. It sets the bar for chicken shawarma that is perfectly scented with spices and moist. It was so good, I went back and ordered another to take home. My sister ordered the falafel wrap and said bit was fantastic. The service was really friendly and the food was made to order.

It is a take-out counter inside of a liquor store so it’s efficient and lacks ambiance BUT the food is so worth it.
Side note, I ordered the spicy potatoes too hoping they would be patatas bravas like but they were French fries coated in a heavy spice and sauce making them soggy. Definitely wouldnt order again.”

“I always stop by Dan's pizzeria when I'm in the Pismo area their food is absolutely delicious and the employees are very helpful and always go above and beyond to make you happy you should definitely try the regular pepperoni pizza it is by far one of the best I've had in the whole country and I promise that is not an understatement I have literally been to hundreds and this simple Pizza is absolutely one of the best.”

“I've been to Breezeway Cafe once, and the folks who run the place are sweethearts. My partner spilled his Americano, and they remade it for him, which they didn't have to do. Their portions are enormous. A side of bacon and biscuits with gravy will last you, or at least me, two meals. The Strawberry Dream was great, perfect amount of ice cream, strawberries, and breading. My only feedback is both the gravy and breading could use a little more salt, but I'm sure I could ask for that next time. I wish they weren't 300 miles away from where I live”

“We are from the Bay Area, but Zorro’s is probably my top restaurant for Mexican food among all we frequent. Tastes are exquisite. A very large selection. Staff is friendly and efficient. I wish we could go there each week, but alas, we would have to travel 200 miles to do so. You will not regret this. Enjoy and savor the experience.”

“We got into the area kind of late and wanted a good pizza for the kids. I went and ordered carry out and had a beer while I waited. The staff was super friendly and the pizza was some of the best we’ve had! We got a half supreme and half bacon/sausage. Definitely recommend!”

“My mom and I had been driving all day and pulled into Hoagies about 2 minutes before closing time. We asked CJ and Taylor if it would be possible to still order some food. They said they were happy to do so! Then we told them they we both have celiac disease and asked if they could give us something gluten free. They both went out of their way to read labels for us and even asked if we would like to have corn tortilla strips on our salads instead of croutons (which are not gluten free). Walking down the street I found Pismo brewing.
What fun. I met the beer tender “Gabe”. He helped with selection of brews. My favorite was the Red Eye pale ale aged in a Jack Daniel’s bourbon barrel.
Gabe is a delight! I will tell my friends and definitely stop by next time. Thanks Gabe!!!!🫡”

“I got two filet tacos and my boyfriend had the OG beef hotdog with fries. The tacos had a lot of flavor and I was full after the two because the portions are large. The fries I have to say are the best fries I’ve ever had. Spicy and crisp.”

“Went in for my boyfriend's Birthday free meal. I was not aware that in order to get the Birthday meal, you now have to claim it online and you MUST be a Denny's Rewards Member. I'm not very fond of the process and I guess gone are the days of Simplicity. The staff was friendly though and the place was clean as usual.”

“This is my first time here and my spicy tuna hand roll was absolutely delicious and unique! Avocado and cucumber, along with other carrot and another crispy vegetable was in it and it was giant!!!
My nigiri salmon was very inexpensive and with 2 large pieces!

Simple menu, creative packaging, and food tasted authentic. Had the 3 red taco special which comes with consome (beef birria stew) not bad. Ordered the guacamole and chips. Also a great serving of ships and guacamole was good and fresh. Would recommend pay a little more and order Ala cart. Beer was COLD! DRAFT.”

“We've been coming here for 40 years and it's always been a favorite spot for fish and chips and tri tip! The atmosphere is wonderful (patio), and it's the first place that we go for food when visiting the central coast! An absolute must!”

“I’ve never been a “regular” at a coffee shop but I kind of am here and I have to say, the ladies working are fantastic. I do pick up orders and sometimes get there later than expected and they always keep my drink in the fridge so it doesn’t melt. They are so on-it and hardworking and polite. Love this place and their team :) also the coffee is really good!”
