“Am very happy about costco Customer Service always Specially today at Poway tech center Dr. Here is the thing what happened to me .I did eye exam last week and order one prescription Lens . After a week they texted me to pickup the glass . Unfortunately the glass didn't great that much as well it didn't fit me well when I wear it truly uncomfortable. So I went back after two days and talk to optical department and explained what happened and what options I have either to return or exchange. And the eyeglass department manager named Kiev She Came up with No Solution and I have to keep it the glass . So bad $200 glass Spent for nothing . Even anywhere they give you 30 days exchange or refund option if you don't like it why not Costco ? This is the Best place for Customer Satisfaction no one else reached it . I called Costco Manager to Solve my Situation , to be honest I even not Stayed for 2 minutes to Solve and make me happy again for Costco Customer Service. You are So great Sir .This 5 Star Award is Yours. Really appreciated. I always love Costco!!“
“My mom visited this. Offer cart before and told me to order us some drinks while she was at her appointment. There was very nice service and friendly conversation with the barista while he made the drinks. He made sure to ask how we like our drinks, and he seemed very enthusiastic and passionate about working there. I ordered two chai lattes with oat milk for my mom and I, and we both thought they were delicious. There is a good assortment of drinks and snacks at this location if you need a pick me up while you're having services at the Palomar Outpatient. Thank you!“
“Just purchased the cinnamon streusel cake from Costco. It's absolutely delicious and worth every penny! I also had the berry holiday cake around the 4th of July. Ever since then I've been keeping my eyes peeled for any bundt cakes from Jean's. The only thing that makes me sad is that they're only available at costco a few times a year.“

“I haven’t been by in too long. My first time having one a colleague gave me one. I almost died because it was so darn delicious! I went back to purchase my own. Yes I was shocked at the prices but that’s because I’m cheap lol. The cookies are good size and tasty. One day I was at UPS and a lady came by to say they were giving away one cookie. It was so warm and freakin delicious ? I inhaled it without tasting it! LOL.“
“Sage French cakes are light and airy, so if that's your style, I recommend you try them. You can taste some enhanced flavoring in the cakes (artificial vs natural I'm not sure) which for the chocolate (elby) and tiramisu cakes, made it taste less good for me. I think their fruit cakes are good though. What makes them stand out is the right balance of sweetness, creaminess, and the very soft fluffy texture. The place is minimally decorated , so the ambience isn't the best. But I think most people who eat their cakes take them for to-go anyways.“

She was so sweet and kind. I got a half box of baklava (see photo) by far the BEST I've had in San Diego and I've tried SEVERAL places. It was well priced, not too expensive in my opinion. “Delicious mini cakes from Yiko Yiko! We got takeout of the strawberry, mango, and chocolate Oreo mini cakes and they all tasted great. The Oreo one is really cute with the little eye balls on it. Like the Poki that is used in the cakes as well. Recommend!“
