“Overall very nice place. Food was good and reasonably priced. Had a Classic Eggs Benedict with Lobster and it was delicious. Coffee was great and the Bellini I had was very refreshing. Pastries were decent. Service was good—very nice ambience and atmosphere. Recommend trying this place for dinner as well as it looks like the cocktails would be outstanding.Dietary restrictions: Waiters are very conscious of any dietary allergies or restrictionsParking: Complimentary valet parkingKid-friendliness: Families were certainly welcome and it looked like they had a menu for children“

“One of our special date night places when in the San Diego area. Outdoor seating is great and food is wonderful. Rancho Santa Fe in the evening is quiet and you can just have a nice conversation over dinner.“

“We’ve been coming here on and off for the past 15 years and love it. The food, the people and the family atmosphere make this gem perfect! Each time my family comes in I have been reminding (harassing) Chris to let his mom know that we would love for the short ribs to come back on Sundays. Well the good lord answered and the short ribs have returned! The short ribs are perfectly cooked and falls apart with the slightest touch. I am forever grateful that you folks brought it back! Ya’ll are amazing! See you on Sundays!“

“Really tasty food with good prices. Husband loves the chicken tikka masala.Vegetarian options: The veggie samosas are great with the mint chutney. Malai Kofta is always a good entree choice. Their lentil and spinach dishes are good too. Leftovers are all but guaranteed and taste even better the next day.“

“Great burger joint. Simple menu, but having less options, in my opinion is better.Got a single burger with all the fixings. The patty was on the small side, could have had more meat. So if you’re hungry, order the double. (Did knock a star off for that).I did mention I liked my fries cooked and not soggy (means something different everywhere). Ours turned out so crunchy they were inedible. I didn’t say anything because I had asked for non-soggy, but I also didn’t mean so crunchy you might break a tooth. So definitely don’t ask for your fries any other way that normal. No kids menu. That would be nice to have a little combo for the kids. The red light inside (we came in the evening) was different for me. I didn’t care for it much. Haven’t been anywhere that’s done that before (we are not from California)Great place near the beach. I would come back and try it again.“

“7/10 super good food, but the nice waitress was taking orders, cooking (she disappeared into the back so not sure but she was gone for a while so seems likely) delivering the orders, and pouring beers/drinks alone. The bar taps also attracted a lot of fruit flys. There are no major complaints, but I feel bad for the waitress, who was apparently working alone.“

“Their pho, spring rolls, fried egg rolls and bbq beef are so good! They're so kind here and the service is fast. They also give you lots of veggies and sauce to put into your pho. Love this place and happy we found a good pho spot close by.“
“Stopped in for a beer towards the end of our day in Encinitas. Nice environment, good service and tasty beers. Decided we were hungry so ordered some food and so glad we did. I am not usually looking for vegetarian type foods but I gotta tell you, if I didn't know my sandwich was vegetarian, I would not have known it. Definitely worth a stop for a beer and/or food when in the area!!“

“The oysters were fresh and juicy. I had Grilled mixed which included three different meat selections, good for those who's very indecisive like myself.I also tried a bite of both seabass and cod. Really like the taste and texture of the cod (don't remember the name of the dish), but the seabass was a bit dry for me.We still ordered some dessert when everyone was so full, the "peach" one was not too sweet and not too heavy after the main course.Overall, the food/service was good but pricey.“

“Rosinas is consistently excellent authentic Italian food. The only food downside ( which is why I gave Food a 4 out of 5 rating), is their Ceaser salad...it is consistently bland, really watery, and tasteless...such an unpleasant surprise given that ALL of the other salads are so delicious, and ALL of the other food is delicious. Rosina, PLEASE update the Ceaser salad..it is really awful.“

“Shaun stands out as the most extraordinary restaurant manager I've ever had the pleasure of encountering. His service wasn't just outstanding—it was genuinely awe-inspiring. As a solo diner, Shaun made an extra effort to ensure I felt incredibly welcomed. His dedication to going above and beyond was evident in his eagerness to share fascinating insights about the kitchen, catering perfectly to my enthusiasm as a food aficionado. While the cuisine at Addison was nothing short of superb, it was Shaun's unparalleled service that elevated the entire experience to divine heights. His warm, understanding, and inviting personality made every interaction memorable. The thoughtful gesture of a sweet little treat upon departure was the cherry on top of a flawlessly coordinated dining experience. Having visited other Michelin-starred establishments, I can confidently place Addison in my top three worldwide dining experiences, largely thanks to Shaun's exceptional touch. Truly, a delightful experience in every sense.“

“Great food and service. Ample parking near the restaurant and they let me change my reservation close to the original time when we hit a ton of traffic on the way down to SD, which I really appreciated. They charge 3% credit card fee and automatically charge 20% tip on larger parties (we had 7). I HIGHLY recommend the chilaquiles!“

“I've come here twice and both times been very satisfied. I think it's maybe a little pricey, but the food is delicious so I'm okay with it. Service is great, all the employees are very friendly and helpful. My favorites here are the shrimp and pork and chive steamed dumplings, shrimp and pork wonton in chili oil, sweet and sour pork spare ribs, and orange chicken. I don't think their soup dumplings are that good. The mapo tofu is excellent, on the spicier side when it comes to Szechuan flavor“

“Much better than past visits. Too many times you're just ignored by the teenage cashier or food is just not cared for due to being busy. Place was busy, but it was clear management was on it that night (Mon 3/11) could see some guests were just plain rude or disrespectful, but the staff kept with it and killed it with kindness, service and stuck with the quality of food you'd expect for a place with the name, "Best Pizza?". Glad to be back home and see such a turn around“

“Finally got the chance to try this place during lunch hour on a Thursday. The weather was overcast and called for a bowl of pho which this place has for locals without having to drive to Mira Mesa or Convoy. This place opens at 11am and already has a few tables seated (a couple tables outdoors available). Also probably the most fanciest pho restaurant I've been to with the modern decor. The menu is straight forward; food on one side and turnover to find beverages on the other. I came here to try the pho and it only comes in one size. For 50 cents more you can get wide noodles (which is a great substitute). As for the broth, it's a bit on the sweet side. Pretty decent portion for $14. The service is okay here. It could be better. I will definitely come back to try other items when in the area.“

“I'll just start by saying this is a fantastic restaurant and just about everything is excellent. If you're looking for a fine dining experience that's a bit rustic and classy, this is your place. My friends and I were in a bit of a hurry so we called in a reservation for 5:30pm when they open. When we got there, something went wrong with the reservation even though we had gotten a confirmation. They quickly took care of it and seated us anyway. We made sure to inform them that we needed to be out in an hour and they did a fantastic job of moving the pace for us. They didn't get flustered or overwhelmed with the request and handled it quite deftly. The service was excellent all night.I really appreciate the environment. It was quiet and the music was just loud enough to hear if you're listening for it. The lighting was warm and the decoration was minimal and appropriate. I don't like how many restaurants have high ceilings, concrete floors, and painted walls that all contribute to a very noisy space, and there was none of that here. A very intimate setting with fantastic food.We ordered the deviled eggs to start. I was skeptical about classy deviled eggs, but these were about as scaled up as you can get with deviled eggs. The filling was slightly tangy to cut through the natural savoriness of the yolk and it was probably one of the best deviled eggs I've had. It's a dish I'm conflicted about because it was so good and at the same time, I don't feel justified in paying the price of four dozen premium eggs for the experience of half of one egg. There were only three pieces so we each got one. I can't recommend for or against it so you'll have to decide for yourself. We got the Prime Angus steak frites, dover sole, and the traditional wienerschnitzel. I'm not a huge fan of dover sole, so I only took a small bite, but this was delicate and lovely. If you enjoy fish, this is a flavorful white fish that's buttery with a hint of sharp brine to it. It's not my favorite, but I'd only be slightly opposed if someone were to consider it the gold standard of fish. They prepared it well here. The wienerschnitzel was, in my opinion, a bit bland. I only tried a small piece, but I was not terribly impressed. The scalloped potatoes looked good, but I didn't try them. It was like a country fried steak with no gravy. I was honestly disappointed. Fortunately for me, I got the steak frites. Rare. I was taken aback when the server clarified with me that rare is a little more pink in the center and if that's what I wanted. On the one hand, I'm glad he asked just for clarification, and on the other, I felt as though my request was being questioned like I didn't know what that was and I wasn't clear about my intentions when I said rare. Regardless, the steak came out perfectly rare. The steak was incredibly well cooked and the peppercorn sauce was absolutely perfect. It was strongly savory with an almost pungent flavor that paired perfectly with the steak. This rarely happens, but it was such an amazing experience that I caught myself closing my eyes just to savor the moment in each bite. I don't think I can express, in words, how much I enjoyed the steak. I don't know if I'd be willing to try something else at the risk of having a lesser experience. The homemade fries were delightful. I don't usually like fries and I don't usually like ketchup, but I ate all of the fries. The aioli was pretty good too, but I felt drawn to the ketchup and that statement just feels wrong, but here we are.For dessert we got the strawberry rhubarb pie, the banana creme brulee, and the gelato. I didn't enjoy the pie as much as I thought I would. I love strawberry rhubarb pie and this just didn't hit the spot. The rhubarb was tart and the strawberry sweet, but somehow they didn't come together as well as I expected. The crust was tough and almost stale and I think that's really what disappointed me the most. The ice cream “
