“Being Easter Sunday, we expected it to be a little slower over all, but we just had an amazing breakfast! Sharon was our waitress and she was absolutely spectacular. She provided quick and attentive service we had a bit of trouble deciding what we wanted but Sharon was very helpful giving us various options to allow us to choose exactly what we wanted. I am pregnant so waiting for food sometimes can be a little hard, but the food came out very quick. She got a tad held up at the end but the staff was very observant and stepped in quickly. We had such a wonderful experience overall.“

One side of the building is a health store where you can get all your black owned products such as black seed, toothpaste, walkers wood jerk seasoning, And other stuff you can’t find anywhere in other stores.Not size the restaurant where they have a plethora selection of smoothies, convenient drinks, and food on order. My favorite was the four options on Jamaican patties. For what they have there, their options are: shrimp and crab, spinach, chicken and jerk chicken (((spicy.)).“

“Food was fantastic. Breakfast Burrito and the Acai bowls were really good. However, I was disappointed with the service. Even though I clearly stated that I was Eating In, I was given my Acai bowl in a throwaway plastic container with a wooden spoon. It just seemed they weren't very open to giving you proper cutlery and utensils to eat your food. Even my breakfast burrito came in a throwaway container. They don't seem to be very environmentally conscious at all, lots of one-use plastics, and their bins were overflowing.“
“Lindberg's is the place to go to for all of your nutrition need. The staff at Lindberg's are the gold standard. They friendly and super knowledgeable about nutrition, health, and conditioning. Their supplements are top notch. Lindberg's is a Southern California gem. This family really cares about health and their customers. The Lindberg's have providing excellent products and excellent health information for decades. So many people have been helped by this store and this family. “This is my FAVORITE smoothie bowl place in California. Saying that they are perfect is an understatement. Their fruit is beyond fresh, juicy, and sweet. Every time I visit Manhattan Beach, Paradise Bowls is a must-stop location for my friends and I. (As seen in the pictures below I've gone 3+ times and that shows how good they are). My favorite bowl here is the Peach Bum bowl, its ingredients are super well-curated and the fruits complement each other perfectly. The menu is pretty extensive and goes beyond just smoothie bowls. The prices are pretty affordable and typical for a smoothie bowl, around $10 for a size small. My photos feature the small size and there is still a pretty big portion despite its "small" labeling. The service is good, with staff being efficient. The bowls came out pretty quickly! The ambiance of the store is super cute, beachy, and has a surf shack vibe to it, perfect for the beach! The views right next to the store are extremely gorgeous featuring the Manhattan Beach coastline. This store is located close to the sand, where you can bring your bowls to picnic right next to the Pacific waves.“

“I always enjoy True Food Kitchen for it's diverse and unique offerings. The food is always fresh and the wait staff and very friendly and professional. This is healthy, clean food. I especially appreciate the array of vegan options, not just a mock meat burger and a side salad, but legit tasty vegan options throughout the menu, including dessert! It's one of the few places I can confidently go with none vegans and know we'll both enjoy something on the menu.“
