“Best fish seafood ever! Unfortunately, people smoke right outside the door leading into the restaurant. Smoke can blow into the room especially when it's raining outside. If I didn't love the food so much, I wouldn't come here. I try to sit far away from the door.“
“Had a group of 9 people on a Friday night. Huge parking lot. Sat us down right away, you pay upfront which is nice. SO MUCH SUSHI! And it tasted very fresh. Pick your toppings for stir-fry noodle, and chief cooks it up right in front of you! All you can eat for sure. Yes there is TONS of seafood, but there are so many other options as well. Everything we tried was delicious and had so much flavor. Many dessert options. 0 complaints. Definitely will be returning. ??“

It's not cheap but the quality of the food and service is well worth the price. We've needed elevated dining in Alhambra for years and we finally have it with Yang's.“

“Nice little gem we recently found. Place was clean & inviting and one of the cooks did a great job explaining the menu to us. We ordered the cheese Katsu meals and the portions are perfect! Really enjoyed the salad and dressing that topped it. Bowl of miso and rice were the perfect touch to complete the meal. Cheese katsu was amazing and the food was hot and fresh and the service was great. Definitely going to put this on our list of "places to return to"“

Shiro offers casually elegant dining in a handsome, intimate and stylish storefront in a historic district in South Pasadena. The French-Asian menu offers amazing creations and flavors that will entice and satisfy. My husband had an appetizer consisting of the plumpest, most tasty pan-fried oysters imaginable, as well as a wonderfully seasoned uni pasta. I had sea bass in a rich sauce over Japanese eggplant. The service is impeccable, from the initial greeting and seating to the server and helpers. It is friendly, caring and professional. We will certainly not wait years until our next visit.“

“How could I forget about this beautiful restaurant for months since my first visit with girl friends last September? I am so glad I suddenly remember this restaurant last Saturday,the first day of the Chinese new year! The interior decoration is perfect for Chinese new year! This is My family's first time visit! They all love it! Perfect for pictures! It is a shame for not many people knowing this place, because they are only two tables occupied during our 1.5 hour visit. The only waitress is Miss Iris from Taipei. She is super nice and friendly! Fortunately, when we left, there were two parties coming in! We love the food maybe because the owner and the chef are from my hometown Taiwan, according to the waitress! The presentation is so beautiful! Perfect for my Facebook postings! “The whole staff was awesome they greet you when you walk in and greet you while you're leaving make you feel so special. Sam was my waiter I let him know this was my first time he was very helpful and kind he helped me find something on the menu and it was delicious I got a Ramen soup. I will definitely be coming back.“
