“Happy Harbor Restaurant has a cozy atmosphere that makes dining there a pleasure. The place looks nice, perfect for celebrations. I tried their truffle pork siu mai, soy sauce chicken, black bean fish filet, walnut shrimp, bbq pork bun, egg tart--all were incredibly delicious. The truffle pork siu mai was a unique twist on a classic dim sum dish and I really loved it, while the soy sauce chicken was tender and flavorful. The fish filet in black bean sauce had the perfect balance of savory flavors, and the walnut shrimp was crunchy and satisfying. To finish off the meal, the egg tart was the perfect sweet treat. Highly recommend trying their dishes for a delightful dining experience!“
“I never had dim sum before college. If you've never been, try it here. Ideally, go with someone who knows about dim sum and can help you order. If you can't do that, here are my quick tips: - Get here early - Order the shrimp ha gow, pork sui mai, and anything that looks good as the cart goes by - Enjoy chatting with everyone at your table like you're relaxing at home“
“A very solid restaurant. I always order the okra dish that they are known for. It has a nice garlicky sauce. All the other dishes we've tried are good too, with reasonable prices. After our meal, we usually walk past a few stores to get some shaved snow at Class 302, which still serves the best shaved snow in California.“
“The dine in was closed for years, and only the take out dep is open. It is always crowded and the servers could be intimidating cuz they are soo busy but they are nice anties. However, the dim sum are always as good as before, and lunch/dinner combo are large portion with lots of vege/meat variety. It is not fancy but you cannot beat the prices here! If you do not want to spend 30+ per person for dim sum nowadays, come here for dim sum take out. If you want A affordable, quick, and ok Chinese lunch/dinner, come here as well.“
“It's my family's favorite place for to go dimsum!! We always got siu mai, fried wonton, chicken feet, roasted duck and roasted pork. It's authentic and delicious. The price is higher on the weekend though. The service is okay since it's busy Chinese place and they tried to get the line moving faster. My tips is go in the morning while everything is still hot and ready. If you arrive anytime after lunch time most likely the food that you are looking for is sold out already.“
“The food was excellent. We went for the Dim Sum and the waiter was very helpful with his recommendations, and we tried a variety of different Dim Sum. The atmosphere was good - not fancy but clean and welcoming. There seemed to be a lot of happy customers also enjoying their food. We will definitely go again and be regulars!“

“We ordered food for 12 people .Party tray chicken fried rice, veg chow mein, salt and pepper chicken, beef and broccoli, salt and pepper squid and general chicken.Everyone loved everything. I loved the noodles. I was hoping for some crispy chow mein but they do it differently and it was very tasty. Prob my fav thing. Will be ordering from here again when we are in town!“
“It was REALLY good food! Absolutely superb! The fried rice was some of the best I've ever tasted! And the Dan Dan noodles were also amazing! We went there for lunch so there was zero wait time and only one other person when we got there. As we finished up there was nearly ten in at the tables, so we beat the rush. The waitress was nice and took our orders quickly. She was a little pushy at the end when she was asking why we hadn't left a bigger tip but that was OK. We're all trying to make ends meet.Overall a great experience! Thanks you!“
“Ate lunch here for the first time. Ordered dim sum and beef noodles. All were really good. Good flavor, not overtly seasoned and low salt, in fact i had to add some soy sauce to a few items. I prefer to add salt if needed. Great, friendly staff. Highly recommend ????“
