Came in on a cold day for some coffee. I got a cinnamon and honey latte and it was DELICIOUS!! Not too sweet, lots of thick froth, and the barista was very friendly and professional. They seemed to have a nice selection of coffee and pastries (which were very large). I'll be back to try more items!

Cafe Italia has a small storefront, right in the heart of Little Italy, and looks like a good place for coffee drinks and pastries. And, it certainly is. But, it is so much more. Who would guess that they have the best gelato around? Their selection is small, around 5 varieties, but the quality is amazing. I have had several flavors, but the spumoni is my favorite. This small cafe has seats next to big open windows, great for enjoying a coffee or brunch while watching people walk the street of little italy. Service was great, the cashiers were friendly and answered any questions we had. There's a few outdoor seating options as well. Yummy food and great vibes.
