My 8 year old daughter and I signed up for Chef Clemente's baking class to bake a mango cake while we were on vacation in San Diego. It was amazing! Everyone who took the class was helpful and we got 1:1 time with Chef and Chef Giselle. I had never taken a baking class before but did not feel intimidated at all. The nice thing was that everything was prepped for you, cleaned for you, and demonstrated for you right before you did the step. My daughter was able to fully participate...read full review
