Terrible customer service and public relations
We had planned a celebration with our family that had been hard to organize because everyone lives far apart. It was supposed to be a special day for my daughter and niece. The morning of the reservation my home flooded and the damages were so bad that we had to move out. I called Marlenes as soon as I saw the flooding damage to cancel and as usual no one picked up. The food is so delicious and everything is so beautiful. You feel so fancy sipping her delicious mango tea. I hosted a birthday party for my mom and my family loved it. Great customer service! This was my second time there and we plan on going back again! Thank you!
Such a beautiful and peaceful patio. Tea and food were very tasty. Highly recommend. Will be back again.
