Came by on a Friday evening with a group of 3 for dinner and it was not that busy. The parking, on the other hand, can be tough because their lot is small and shared with other spaces. Street parking is also an option but be prepared for the craziness that is Hillcrest during peak hours. The service was quick and friendly. There's plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. On our last vacation day in San Diego, my friends and I decided to ditch our food recs and give into our poke cravings. We had a hard time deciding on the place but chose poke chop by dice rolling. I'd say I got lucky girl syndrome with this dice roll because poke chop was ultimately the best thing we had in SD! Despite getting a small size, the portions are huge and at a great price! It’s definitely a park that this place has its own parking area so that makes it really convenient especially for Hillcrest. And they give you really good portion size the fish taste really good and they’re quick and service is very nice.
