“The food was authentic and tasted great! The xiao long bao is one of the best I’ve ever had! Service was okay. You can’t really customize the food if it were for children. For example, we wanted the orange chicken but with the sauce on the side. They couldn’t do it or maybe they didn’t understand us but that’s okay. They could really improve by greeting you with a smile and thanking you as you walk out. A friendly demeanor is what I meant. We walked in right before dinner time so it was really busy right after we sat down and the place was a full house with lots of noise. Understandable, but overall, a good experience.“

“Food is always excellent here. 9 times out of 10 the wait is pretty long, so make reservations. It’s in a nice mall though, so you can walk around while you wait. Once they text you, you have 15 min to get back. ALWAYS get the chocolate mochi XLB and don’t forget the side of salted cream to dip it in!“
