“We had the chilled sesame-soy shrimp noodle salad. It was cool and delicious, sesame-soy flavor. It was perfect to have at a warm weather such as today. But anything you get here, you won't be disappointed. They make it delicious and good portion size. They have excellent service and the staff are accommodating. I had asked for a cup of ice because my tea with the ice had melted away. The guy was nice and quick to bring me a cup of ice. Great staff, great service and beautiful ambiance sitting outside by the garden to eat delicious lunch. What more could you ask for?“

Vegetables are home grown which they prepare every morning. Service is typical Chinese eatery service. Quick and simple. Menu is straight forward. No hassle. However, not a good place for large groups as theres only four chairs and two tables in the two car parking lot. Some street parking nearby. Paid parking meters in front of the storefront. Traffic is moderate to busy. Update: 5/10/24 - I was craving the bok choy so badly, I ordered it again. For the third time. In one week. Vegetables are usually not the highlight but Their baby bok choy was so crunchy, juicy, and sweet, I craved it so much I had to order another meal from them. I have ordered the chicken, pork loin, beef rib, short rib, shrimp. I honestly think they are all very delicious but I would not order shrimp again but that's my personal preference. My coworkers also think the same! They raved about the baby bok choy. Very fresh, crunchy, veggie goodness.“

“This place is amazing. My friend made reservations for us about a month in advance. We were seated right away. We had the options of either seafood or beef menu. We choose the beef menu. This is my first dining experience so I was looking forward to everything. This was a unique 12 course experience and the staff here did an amazing job. Every item that came out was very good. “Food was good but heavy! This is a loud restaurant and is good if you're wanting a bar style environment with food and drinks. Hence the name - pocha. One of the owners or managers was walking around checking on customers which was so nice. Overall, I enjoyed the food and service was decent but it was a little too heavy for me so I probably won't return.“

Makes the food, gives it to you. I think he's making a lot of stuff to order so that's good - you can hear him chopping stuff fresh. “2/18/24: 4.5/5Probably the best handmade dumplings and noodles I’ve had so far in LA and as good as most of the good local shops I’ve been to in China and Asia. Dumplings are hand made and kept in cold storage until cooked to order. Noodles are batched for dough and then rolled and hand cut fresh to order. The dumpling skins and wide noodles have the perfect Q bouncy chew texture. The dumplings can be either boiled, pan fried, or steamed. The shop doesn’t use MSG, which isn’t really a problem, but does mean their food is well balanced and just salty and savory enough. Their beef noodle soup is red braised and may appear lighter in color, but still packs a beefy flavor w/ perfectly cooked tender beef. Their in house sauces like spicy chili oil for wontons and hoisin sauce for beef roll are some of the best I’ve had and also well balanced. Definitely get the sesame pockets that have a nice thin crunchy shell. The pan fried buns are fluffy pillowy w/ a nice thin crispy bottom. The green onion pancake is good although just needed some salt. Think Noodle St still has the best beef roll pancake but You’s is pretty great still. And if you want a drink, try the fresh taro milk smoothie. The owner was super nice to talk to and service was great. You can order from the menu or they have a digital POS machine w/ Chinese+English and pictures.“

They were on time, the food was hot and fresh, and each item was boxed in plastic containers. Egg rolls and rice were in traditional take out paper containers. If an item has pan-fried noodles, then the noodles and the sauce is packaged separately so the dish itself will be fresh. Also, each box for a part of an item was labeled so we'd know what goes with which food item. Soup came in soup containers and also in plastic bags so the soup wouldn't spill accidentally. The food is traditional Cantonese Chinese food. We ordered BBQ Pork, Won Ton Soup, Green Pepper Beef, Chicken Egg Foo Young, Beef Pan Fried Noodles, Sweet and Sour Pork, and Vegetable Egg Rolls. They also give you a large portion.I got the noodles and shrimp noodles. The noodles were quite soft and tasty. I also loved that they gave me plenty of shrimp. I only wish they had a sauce that was a little more spicy. I took off one star because both dishes are suppose to come with 'vegetables' but they only come with squash.
