“Very nice market there’s a bakery (try the bread fresh from the oven)and grill. Fruit and veggie selection is awesome with lots of exotic stuff. General grocery is great with a wide variety of Asian foods. Plenty of fresh fish and a very nice butchers counter. The staff is very friendly and helpful the service is excellent. Fun place to shop.“
“We got the chicken empanadas and the Omurice bowl with chicken and both items were so so so good. It’s inside Island Pacific market. There’s some tables you can sit and eat at. The cashier was really nice and friendly. Try this place!! It’s so delicious!!!“
“They are great when they are open! I'm told that many of the little shops in this courtyard are owned by the same owner and he can only open as many as he has staff to do so. Therefore, sometimes Max's is open and sometimes it isn't.I always get the same thing. I get the crispy pasta and the garlic rice. They do it very well and it's made to order so it comes out piping hot. It's a small menu but there are quite a few little treasures to enjoy. The pictures attached are my crispy Pata and a large order of garlic rice. It's a 24 minute cook time on the crispy Pata so if you are in a hurry you can call in advance and They will drop it for you once you place your phone order. They are well known for their fried chicken. But I haven't tried it yet. Remember, I always get the crispy Pata. When I was a kid my dad talked about maxes all the time and really wanted to take us kids there. I'm so happy there's a Max's express near me so I can get a small taste of the place my dad loves so very much! What is your favorite thing to order here? Looking for suggestions.“
“I can't eat anything from here but I love to look because everything looks so soft and colorful and pretty! My gluten gobbling household thinks their pastries are tasty, though. Good place to buy buns & treats for your holiday parties.“
“I'm a repeat customer for online delivery. I purchase every 2 months. They allow you to add to your online order (through phone-in order) especially if the items are not found online. Just text the delivery driver to check if all orders are in the bag to be sure, because the food servers can be busy and may miss adding the phone orders into the bag.“
“Excellent, yum, great hopia and other filipino treats and favorites. It is in a simple shop along Granada Hills old main commercial road. This is one of my favorite filipino places. The family owned business has friendly service. They also ship products you can order on the website.“
“Some of the best pastries I've had. Definitely one of the best ensaymadas I've ever had. They run a bit small but they're honestly the perfect size. They are nice and soft and they offer a variety of flavors. Personally the classic and ube are my favorite. They are a small mom and pop shop. They are extremely friendly and kind. Make sure to visit them and try their pastries.“
“Amazing customer service from Cheryl and Joy. They answered all questions with great knowledge and very polite and through. The food were very fresh and really delicious. The lechon was still steaming when we were chopping it. The lechon was so crunchy and tasty. Delivered on time. Definitely worth your money. I will order from this place again.“
