“I’m always doubtful when I see a 5 star review, but this neighborhood gem certainly deserves it. The staff is friendly, everything is clean, but the food!!! We ordered the family plate (to eat there) which was to feed 4, and we could only eat about half - it could feed 4 growing teenagers. Everything they brought out was delicious. There was a plate of pickled vegetables, a bowl of fantastic hummus with pita, a large plate of garlic fries, a plate full of grilled vegetables, and a large platter full of grilled meats. Everything was flavored to perfection. The beef kabob was cut-with-a-fork tender. I would definitely come back. The only problem is that it is too close to home and I’d be temped to go too often!”

“2024 Update: The beers and fries were still good, but the burgers were not as good as I remembered. Only service dogs are allowed inside now, but the large patio outside is partially heated. Parking was easy and the location is close to the highway though, so that's also a plus.

I highly recommend the chilaquiles, it is not a very large portion as I typically would expect of a dish like chilaquiles, so if you’re sharing, order at least one per every two people. It has a very pleasant citrus taste to it and the chips are great. The egg pizza (add bacon) is fantastic. The combination of flavors between the runny egg yolk, caramelized onions, bacon, and cheese all blend magnificently together. I also had the Noa’s cauliflower, which was good but not as amazing as the previous dishes, however that didn’t stop me from eating all of it. The chefs French toast is a bit eggy, but makes a nice sweet finish to brunch. I would highly recommend this place and will definitely be eating here again.”

“Needed a fast, casual, affordable (relative) healthy option for lunch before seeing the Strange Darling matinee at Regal Theater /Sherman Oaks Galleria. Bam! We found it at Hana. I had the teriyaki salmon bowl (crispy delicious salmon, fluffy soft rice) and my bro had chicken katsu plate crispy delicious chicken, fluffy soft rice). Both dishes came with generous portions of fresh veggies. You can eat in on clean tables, or sit in the courtyard under umbrellas. Will definitely come again. If you're looking for high end/fine dining it's probably not your thing. But the food was fresh and tasty and the service was friendly and kind. ?”

My order is missing drinks or bad quality so this time I ordered DoorDash and I was missing a frizzy and the other freezing look like half of it was missing so I came to the restaurant to see what is going on. I spoke to the manager he was very sweet and accommodating and he explained to me that the order was good when I left the restaurant and he said many times he has those problems with DoorDash and Uber Eats and I kind of believe him because the Dashers and drivers don't wanna communicate. Do you wanna explain themselves where is the missing items so I think uber is on DoorDash need to be held responsible for the orders we deliver and if it's missing, it's on them.”

It reminded me of my own mothers cooking maybe even a little bit better...but don't tell her I said that. My gf got the penne arrabiata with chicken and the portion was very large that she had another meal after packing her leftovers. Our server Yadira was very attentive was gave amazing service.
I highly recommend this place. They also have a great take out system if dining in isnt your thing.

“I’m always doubtful when I see a 5 star review, but this neighborhood gem certainly deserves it. The staff is friendly, everything is clean, but the food!!! We ordered the family plate (to eat there) which was to feed 4, and we could only eat about half - it could feed 4 growing teenagers. Everything they brought out was delicious. There was a plate of pickled vegetables, a bowl of fantastic hummus with pita, a large plate of garlic fries, a plate full of grilled vegetables, and a large platter full of grilled meats. Everything was flavored to perfection. The beef kabob was cut-with-a-fork tender. I would definitely come back. The only problem is that it is too close to home and I’d be temped to go too often!”
