“Amazing Boba place! Their drinks are quality here. We got the Matcha tea latte, and the strawberry lemonade with mango stars and they were both so delicious and refreshing! There is a small parking lot and parking is not an issue. We found parking right away. Customer Service was great! Definitely will be coming back here to enjoy and try the rest of their drink items. I definitely will get the strawberry lemonade again it was so yummy!“

“This place is amazing! Their boba drinks are one point! Drive from Eastlake to get their brown sugar crème brûlée drink. They put actual pieces of crème brûlée in the drink!!!! Don’t hesitate to come and give it a try!“

“I was charging my car at the charging station. Their restroom is not open public. I understand it there is a lot of expense for them to run a store. However, I just need to use the restroom real quick, but I forgot to bring my wallet. Thanksful the lady let me to use the restroom. It should be a couple running the business. The man spoke me very rude and told me, "Do you know how much rent I m paying to run the shop?" Honestly, even he did not tell me that. I will buy a drink after I get my wallet. When I got my wallet and tried to buy a drink from them. The lady said I refuse to do your business. I have no idea why they did that to me? The owners are Chinese, and I m Chinese, too. Even if I go to any store, ask for a use restroom in that situation that won't be a problem. Why Chinese cannot help Chinese? Why did they treat customers like this way? Do you really happy to humiliate your customer? Very sad. I should give 1 star for what happened to me. However, you allowed me to use your restroom and "no purchase." I cannot rate you 1 star for that. I rate you 5 stars for your kindness. God bless your Boba shop.“

“Cute shop and interesting choices! I'd come back but because there was only one person working the cash register and making the boba teas, it took a long time just to get one drink. The person at the counter was very nice and helpful. I just felt bad for him because there were 20 other people in the tea spot trying to order or wait for their teas and people kept coming in to order, which delayed the drinks coming out even more. “Here almost every Friday during lunch and every time it has a very relaxed atmosphere, always greeted and served in a professional and polite manner. I always order the green tea so I can only speak for that quality and preference because I think Tap Ex tea lacks strength and flavor but that is just my opinion. The owner Rick is a great God fearing family man and that is a plus for me also.“

“I have to knock a star off because they don't have any plant milk options, only that "non-dairy creamer" which has milk proteins in it. They do have a "fresh tea" drink selection so I ordered a rose oolong tea with boba, 70% sweet. It was really good! The tea flavor was strong but properly brewed with no bitterness, and the rose was deliciously aromatic but not overwhelming. Boba were cooked perfectly. It's a shame they have no plant milk options because that eliminates most of the menu for people with milk sensitivity/allergy (and vegans). But it's so great to find a tea place that actually brews good tea. Would do again next time I'm in this area of the country.“

“It's an unassuming shop that has a good variety of banh mis (sandwhiches) among other typical Vietnamese Deli selections. The sandwhiches were pretty good and fairly priced. They definitely hit the spot when you've got that craving! The staff is very friendly, if a little bit sparse. They do work quickly to get yoru order prepared. I liked their selection of banh mis, they've got the classics and few others for the uninitiated. The bread was great, crunchy exterior and soft on the inside. The shop isn't much, but if you're there for a quick bite it's not that much of a factor - cause all you want is that banh mi flavor! Would return to grab another bite!“

“Randomly stumbled upon this spot when picking up some dinner, and I am very glad I did! This place is pretty hidden away in a shopping center, and I believe you have to park a bit far away from it, but I can be wrong. They have a bunch of flavors to choose from which is super cool and there is a lot of seating which is perfect if you are going with a big group. The people running the shop were very sweet and helped accommodate my drink since I don't drink whole milk. I tried the Coconut Ice Blend with Almond Milk and Boba, and it was very yummy. It was the perfect amount of sweetness and I love the creamy coconut flavor. I can't wait to go back and try more drinks!“

“The fries are so delicious! You can’t go wrong with any of them but the bulgogi fries, Hawaiian chicken chipotle, and the poke fries are to die for! The fries are nice and crispy and hold up really well through the sauce, which they don’t skimp out on! Build your own boba is so easy and they have a great amount of teas, slushes, and toppings. “I went here to get some bubble milk teaThe portions were large and the tea was really flavorful. The honey boba was chewy and sweet. I tried taro milk tea and got a jasmine milk tea to drink I'm the evening. Stored the jasmine in the fridge for a few hours and the boba held up against the tea and kept shape which was surprising.The service was really great and the person that made our drinks was polite and very efficient. The decor at this place was a little outdated, but there were a few places to sit. There is also outdoor seating in the shopping mall with pretty landscaping and shaded areas.Tapioca express was empty when we visited with no other customers. “I've been to this Kung Fu tea many times but got something different today. I tried the mango slush with 30% sweetness and mango jelly. It wasn't too sweet but the ice wasn't as blended as I wanted it to be. The drink also took awhile because there were several orders and only 1 bobarista making drinks. Although we had to wait a bit for drinks I would still come back for the convenience of living nearby and the variety of flavors offered. I think I'll go with a milk tea or fruited tea next time I visit.“

I got a latte with boba and was surprised how good the coffee tasted. Highly recommend the chicken and the cream cheese wontons. A few times the drinks have not been consistent so one day it tastes great and then the next time (depending on who is making it) it tastes completely different. It's a cute little spot and much needed in that shopping center.“
