What sets this place apart is how personal it feels. The atmosphere reminds me of a little shop I used to go to in downtown Philly when I was a teenager. It's cozy, welcoming, and run by people who genuinely care. Great people, great atmosphere, coffee and drinks that are always delicious!”

Surprisingly, they're open 24 hours! Super close to my hotel, also. Location is very convenient and easy to find.”

During the first bad visit, they made us wait outside for our food and they were supposed to text us when it was ready. Finally, after waiting 15 minutes, we went in to check on our order and it was sitting there, but no one bothered to text us. We took our food home, opened it to eat it and found SOGGY bread. We threw half of it away. During the second visit yesterday, we replied NO ONIONS when he asked us if we wanted them on the grilled chicken sandwiches, but what did we find when we got the food home? Grilled onions! Read the order, cooks!!! When the guy read our order back to us, it was correct, so the cooks blew it. Very annoying.”

The drinks that I've tried from the menu have all been unique and tasty, I ask the barista what they like I'll give that a go and that is usually a good idea. Top notch customer service to, no matter how busy they get the line moves fast and when you are at the window you don't feel rushed. The prices are better then other major coffee shops and the sizes are bigger. Definitely a good place to stop.”

“Had a birthday celebration for our 30 year old Son. Our experience was excellent… the food and service. It’s a family owned business where the cook has 23 years experience which resulted in him buying the place. Only a few months into the ownership, he is doing well with consistent food and repeat customers. No worries that you are going to get a different cook every time. He is the only cook who knows what he’s doing. He even has a signature garlic butter. In fact, he makes everything. Not some chain restaurant that uses mass production food from who knows where. Anyway, give it a shot. It could become your fav.”

“I’ve never really been a fan of Applebee’s, and honestly, my daughter had to convince me to come here today. After my experience today, though, I can confidently say I’ll definitely be coming back!
The service was better than any other restaurant I’ve been to in Tracy, California. We were served by Anne-Marie, and she was absolutely amazing. Our drinks were never empty, she checked on us regularly, and even though she was extremely busy, we never felt like we were waiting or being overlooked. She was friendly, attentive, and made the entire experience feel effortless.
We ordered the 2 for $25 meal, including the cheeseburger and the chicken quesadilla, and both were absolutely amazing — easily a 10/10. The meat was cooked perfectly, the tortilla on the quesadilla was nice and crispy, and the cheese fries were on a completely different level.
One of the things that really stood out to me was the seasoning on the burger patties. Both were seasoned extremely well and had a great flavor. The meal also came with a Buffalo wings appetizer, and those were cooked perfectly as well.
Overall, my experience today was nothing short of amazing, and a huge part of that was because of Anne-Marie. Great food, great service, and a genuinely enjoyable experience from start to finish.
We will definitely be coming back, and every time we do, we’ll be requesting Anne-Marie. She was fantastic and deserves to be recognized for the great job she’s doing.
