This location, in my opinion, has the best overall atmosphere and food. Always very well maintained. Staff does an awesome job everytime. Thanks again to Alxsa. She rocked it!!!“

“The most incredible dishes. Angela’s soups are to die for, and I get a few to take home every week. Her sandwiches and salads are so good and her risotto is the dreamiest. The staff is fun and fast and accommodate for meetings and large groups. The tri tip salad or sandwich is excellent but on Friday they have salmon salad that is the best ever“

“Jams 209 is our weekly or bi-weekly spot that my family goes too. We love the music, food and our favorite person is Erin because of her great customer service. She goes above and beyond. As regulars we can count on Erin to make sure service is smooth and very hospitable. My husband and I have a weekly lunch date or biweekly and our family enjoys dinner together as often as we can. Thanks Erin for always having a smile, enjoying what you do and for always providing great customer service!! “Our family ate here a couple weeks ago. Everyone ordered something different and we shared. This will be our go to restaurant for family gatherings. The service was excellent and the food was cooked to perfectly. Sometimes we go to restaurants and there is something on the menu that we won’t order again. Not here!! We are from Modesto and this is now our favorite restaurant in the Central Valley. We’re making a reservation right now for 10 of us next week“

“It’s a great atmosphere tons of fun on Thursday. They have karaoke Friday they always have a DJ and Saturdays. They have live bands great place to have fun with your friends and just let loose safe atmosphere.“

“One of our favorite spots. We have brought several friends and family and boast about the incredible food and service. Only disappointment is the bathrooms. Such a beautiful location with very poor kept bathrooms. Tonight we have a reservation for 2 and got offered high top or the table next to the bathroom when every table but 3 were open. We try to make our date nights special tonight was disappointing with these options. (We reluctantly chose the table next to the bathroom) Our server Priscilla was so sweet she made up for it. But even when we were leaving there were still empty tables. It’s the little things like that, that will make us rethink our choice next time.“

So of all things, my husband and I came here for our 9th wedding anniversary. Why? Because they offered a nine dollar and 99 cent Burger special. So that was part of our order, we also got some of their mozzarella twists that were delicious by the way. But what made this visit really special was the good atmosphere. It was a little louder, as it's more of a family restaurant. But, let me tell you, Carla was probably the best server we've ever had across all restaurants across all states across all countries any location ever.. she helped us get ordered, she was on top of refills, she made sure that I had fresh coffee, she refilled my husband's drink, was very friendly very efficient and is the best hostess we've ever had. Not only that, the manager, austin, came by to see how we were doing. He was very friendly and we expressed what a good time we had. Now while this might not be a typical anniversary dinner type place, it certainly a place we would come back to because the food was great the service was great and who doesn't love a good deal on dinner? Thank you for the good time and we will be back. Yummmm“

“Hadn’t been to this IHOP in a while (ok, years) and went in today; it was a good experience. The hostess (Quiquis) and server (Criselda) were so nice and attentive to us/our table. We didn’t wait long for our food and it was tasty once it arrived. I was pleasantly surprised to notice they expanded their menu quite a bit. I’ll be back to try the Chicken Biscuit Sandwich next time I’m craving a comforting breakfast“

“The door was supposed to be disabled access, but it kept closing, so I had to hold it open while taking my aunt inside in a wheelchair. Staff did not offer to help. We got great food, but the waitress didn't check soon enough to see when we wanted dessert or bring lids for condiments for food we were taking to-go. Prices also wound up higher than we were quoted. The grilled cheese burger and its fries were quite good, but the apple crisp a la mode was my favorite of that outing. My mom also didn't get enough to eat because she had them hold the cilantro rice, and the waitress didn't offer to substitute something else.“
