“I absolutely adore this place. Magnificent servers, atmosphere & food. Noted servers that are amazing (so far) are Ginger, Mikel & Jordan. This night I came out, is my birthday & our server this time was Jordan. His service was outstanding.I went from being incredibly sad that my family did not show up to my birthday dinner, not quite noticing the Mariachi band asking who's birthdays there were until it was too late, to Jordan somehow catching that I didn't inform them & to my surprise, I hear them acknowledge me, then proceed to sing me happy birthday! Greatest thing ever. He also insisted on keeping my candles lit on my dessert for proper birthday pictures even though the air running made it a slight challenge. Tell me why this man knows how to take such good photos?! How rare! Thanks a million! My night was absolutely turned around. I wanted to give him a big hug! Thank you to all of the workers for doing such a phenomenal job with the food & service!Thanks to the Mariachi band, Santa Monica, for feeding my soul with such beautiful music & raw talent ♡ I was delighted to be able to successfully request a song to hear them play.An extra tip - if it's on slower days without events & less staff, don't be afraid to ask questions if you don't want to be -too- patient. “Still needs some work presentation wise and it seems to have gone back to Jay being Drifters again. That being said the bartenders are better now and the pizza is STILL THE BEST IN TOWN. Just figure out a better way to get me my pizza when I'm in the bar itself. A number system or pick up counter would do wonders for this place.“

“Docs is one of the most fun bars to play. My band BlackHeart played there every month and the staff treated us great! Sarah always communicated and kept us in the loop. All of the bartenders and door guys made us feel welcome and enjoyed our rock style of music. We love it there and BlackHeart thanks them and will hopefully be back in house soon! Thanks guys! “I was honestly surprised with how good the food was. When you think of pub food, you can could get it anywhere but this food was very much elevated. I got the salmon plate and that was one of the best crispy skin salmons I've had in a long time. My partner got the fish and chips and he said the same. One of the best fish and chips he has had. Other dishes that were had was the Philly and the smash burger. All really delicious dishes. Will definitely be coming back again soon.“
