Possibility of being installed on a terrace which is heated when it is cold, there are even a kind of fire pit for grilling marshmallows, to discover the tradition of the famous s'mores! Very nice ! “Dietary restrictions: I've been looking for buffala mozz due to dietary restrictions. It is not vegan but it is lactose free, which is my main concern. It has been super hard to find Italian restaurants that use this kind of cheese and I am so happy to have found this restaurant.“

“Employees Only had been on our list for quite some time, so we were excited to snag a reservation and enjoy some sips and bites. The server was nice and the food was tasty. We especially enjoyed their mushroom pizza and house fries. When it comes to drinks, perhaps it was just that this place had been overhyped as some of LA's best cocktails, but I found them to be just okay. I tried the Midnight Breakfast and Eospresso and they were both ... fine. I wish there was something a little more memorable about them. The environment felt electric and trendy, but even right at open, grew loud with voices and pumped-in music. I think I'd recommend it to everyone to try once, but it wasn't the quiet, brilliant cocktail lounge I was hoping it might be.“
“I've been coming here to Bodevi many times this past year. I was so stoked when I found out they serve wine AND espresso. I initially was drawn to their WINE FLIGHTS and VEGAN CHARCUTERIE. But lately maybe because of the cold weather I've been craving their LOX & CREAM CHEESE TOAST and BLUEBERRY GINGER LATTE. They pay really great attention to detail because my lox toast is perfectly spread all the way to the edges. The salmon perfectly scrunched for texture (not just laid out flat) and topped with sliced red onions. Then drizzled with oil I think and perfectly garnished with dill and capers...yumm!! Love the orange slices as well! The blueberry ginger latte is so unique and pretty! It has a richness to it like mocha but perfectly balanced. I get mine with oat milk. And I love seeing actual blueberries on it to give it a nice finishing touch. Get this before they switch out their seasonal menu! Once the weather warms up I may go back to trying their wine flights again. I recommend THE DAVID BOWIE so you can have the assortment of white, rose, and red if you're trying their wines for the first time. Other items I definitely recommend are the BURRATA PISTACHIO SANDWICH (I get mine minus the prosciutto to make it vegetarian) , the VEGAN DELI SANDWICH, and the DEVILED EGGS. You can't go wrong with those. They're delicious! They even have an assortment of board games, chess, and checkers that you can play in the private room in the back. So chic and charming for big parties! Service is wonderful! My lattes always come out perfect here made by Caleb and Melissa! And like I said they pay attention to detail. There's also a self serve water station by the bar. Parking is FREE in the back parking lot. Front parking you have to pay for with coins not credit cards. Such an absolute GEM in San Fernando!“

The beans were a good consistency, but the rice really didn't really have much flavor. The asada tacos were delicious as well. You get drink tokens, automatic entrance to the club downstairs (be sure to book on a night you're excited about who is playing to really take advantage of this perk!), AND since it's a recording studio you get to KEEP a record that has been recorded there which will be provided on your bed upon arrival along with ear plugs and a nice nail file. All the rooms have record players and an assortment of records as well as blue tooth speakers so you can jam out however you like! They've got some drink options for room service and a nice book of recommendations for food delivery in the area. Honestly the only reason I would ever hesitate to review this place is so it doesn't get too popular for me to be able to come back!“

“the kibitz room is really funny to me, I don't know what it is it's just kind of funny that it exists you know, like it's such a different vibe than the deli. they let me bring in a big thermos after giving it the smell test and making sure it wasn't full of a gallon of vodka, so I was lucky I wasn't carrying around my usual gallon of vodka. the world is going to hell in a handbasket. one time a server did not believe me that I wanted the pickled herring, I guess I'm hard to read, but I promise I never make jokes like that, if I order it it means I want it. I respect that server though. there was one time where there was a server there and he lived in unfortunate circumstances, but he did me a favor which makes him honest in my eyes. “MY FAVORITE LA BAR!!! My review is loooong overdue as I've been coming here for years. I've moved further South on Ventura but I still manage to come to what I feel is my home in bar form. I'm a woman who loves mixology and good bartending and most bars are extremely male centric. TLP is great for women and men. It wouldn't surprise me that many women love this bar. You will hear everyone mention "the feel" of the bar and it's because they seem to consistently hire AMAZING BAR AND WAIT STAFF. Kudos to management for keeping such excellent consistency. EVERY. SINGLE. TIME..I come to the bar I sit at the bar and get an INCREDIBLE convo from the bartenders. They always serve me the most fantastic drinks and make me feel like a FUGGIN QUEEN.
