Tokyo, like the city, Glowing in the dusk of polluted desert skies along a busy street 2 hours from nowhere. Dining alone I walked to the bar, may I was in order. “Ichiban, tall.” The chef, Kazu, careful not to be seen in his quick study of customers, cleaning the skin from a salmon filet, sharp is his knife, asks if I’m ready. I order off the menu, otoro and uni sushi. “If you have it.” He does. It’s glorious. I ask for a plate of sashimi, his choice, “I like everything from tamago to saba” indicating my adventurous side despite my American heritage. Again he obliges. Textures, flavors, chile, wasabi, playing with my senses so delightful. Im floating now in the ether, buying a beer for the chef which he opens to a cheers, the universal language on a plate, a shared emotion, his love for craft apparent. I almost forgot my jacket by the time I cleared my plate. I never the question the price of the experience, as it is priceless. And this man, in this place, at this time in my life is worth every single penny. 2 thumbs up, a cheers and an applause. Thank you chef. They patiently answered all of our questions and had our order ready in less than 10 minutes.
The vegetarian sushi was one of the best I have ever had—fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. They also provided extra sauces at no additional charge.
When we arrived to pick up the order, everyone was warm, welcoming, and professional. Outstanding customer service, delicious food, and a great overall experience. Highly recommended!”

The food was made with the most love I've ever tasted and had to save some for home. The wait time is nothing to complain about when they are making absolute perfection in the kitchen. The environment is nice and relaxing and gives a homey vibe. I would absolutely recommend the chicken fettuccine and garlic knots as this restaurant is worth every single penny spent. We ordered the Crabcake Benedict and decided to share it — our waiter was incredibly nice and thoughtful. He even offered to split the dish onto separate plates for us, which made everything so convenient and enjoyable. The food was fresh and flavorful, and the service made us feel right at home. The restaurant was clean and comfortable, and I have to say — the bathroom was spotless, which is always a good sign of a well-managed place. It took a while to get the write-on menu, which did not match the laminated one. Once I was finished with my meal, I had to ask the gentlemen behind the bar for a box because the server had not returned. I finally walked to the counter to pay because a check never arrived. The other server was able to fine my check on the register and I took care of the bill. The servers were nice. I just think they were overwhelmed with how busy the restaurant was. I would like to give them another try to see if it is better. The food was amazing.”

I just shared a large Chicken Sinigang, a Beef Kaldereta, Chicken Pansit, and an order of Lumpia with 2 other adults AND THERE ARE STILL LEFTOVERS!!! . The Beef was SO TENDER, and had just the perfect kick that it lingers in the mouth making you want to go back for more. I REALLY hope they make it with Goat sometime, I'd love to try their take on that. . The Chicken was falling off the bone and SO JUICY!! And those radishes!! WOW, tender as soft boiled potatoes. . I can say that I've never had a Pansit with as much variety of veggies that was as balanced with the meat portion without being overwhelmed by either. This has been by far my favorite Pansit I've had to date. . But the Lumpia.... not just veggies and rice noodles. These have MEAT inside! Fluffy, flavored, savory meat and veggies that with their sauce (I dipped a few in the Beef Kaldereta, won't lie, I LOVE that kick!) that sweet & sour with that kick.... I'm drooling again just thinking about it. . This is a FANTASTIC hole in the wall that should be tried by everyone at least once. There is something for EVERYONE here!”

I agree with other reviewers that it is hard to find this little gem of a place. It is located in the corner of the strip mall. It is newly opened, and not a lot of seating, but don't let that turn you away because you will be missing out on such delicious sushi. We tried a variety of of different items, each and every one was amazing. They serve fresh ingredients, not fishy at all. You also get great service, which seems to be hard to find lately. You really must try 760 Sushi Bros. You will get great service, fantastic food, and will be helping out a family owned business. 760 Sushi Bros is our new go to place.”

Service is at 4 stars since it a little wait to be acknowledged at the drive thru speaker but it is a new location. The employee apologized.

Not great for my system, and I observed Santiago’s is open. I know it is a little weird but to meet my protein goals, I ordered a ceviche tostada for breakfast at 8:40ish AM. It was fresh, cold and satisfying. I love the slices of avocado. It was awesome! Next remember to ask for hot sauce…

“I’m not going back to this pizza place for a couple of reasons. I ordered a cheese pizza with all of it on top and I maybe have 20 small slices of olives over the whole pizza. Plus they had music playing so loud I could not order or hear the girl working in there without asking more than once- huh.? There was nobody in there who seem to be in charge.”
