Of course the food was the same as every Raising Cane's which is really great and the same can be said for the employees who are always greeting you when you come in very polite and very very clean establishment, this is a chain that respects its clients and gives you real Respect by perfecting their menu which is of course simple and that's what makes it easy to do correctly every time. Even the restrooms were immaculate, highly recommend this location to anyone coming back from Vegas or Barstow as well as going as you can pop right back on the freeway really easy.”

“This was our first time trying Mimi’s Café in Apple Valley, and we had such a great experience! We ordered the Crabcake Benedict and decided to share it — our waiter was incredibly nice and thoughtful. He even offered to split the dish onto separate plates for us, which made everything so convenient and enjoyable. The food was fresh and flavorful, and the service made us feel right at home. The restaurant was clean and comfortable, and I have to say — the bathroom was spotless, which is always a good sign of a well-managed place. “It is a typical Carl's Jr. establishment. I have been at this joint many times, while visiting my family in High Desert. The meals, that I would order, were quite delicious. At the same time, they were not on the expensive side. The wait lines, usually, were not long. Furthermore, there was ample of space to sit down, and enjoy a meal. At the same time, the place was quite clean. Definitely, I will visit this place again. Of course, I will only visit, after the pandemic is over. I have many good memories, eating or ordering meals, with my family members!”

Tokyo, like the city, Glowing in the dusk of polluted desert skies along a busy street 2 hours from nowhere. Dining alone I walked to the bar, may I was in order. “Ichiban, tall.” The chef, Kazu, careful not to be seen in his quick study of customers, cleaning the skin from a salmon filet, sharp is his knife, asks if I’m ready. I order off the menu, otoro and uni sushi. “If you have it.” He does. It’s glorious. I ask for a plate of sashimi, his choice, “I like everything from tamago to saba” indicating my adventurous side despite my American heritage. Again he obliges. Textures, flavors, chile, wasabi, playing with my senses so delightful. Im floating now in the ether, buying a beer for the chef which he opens to a cheers, the universal language on a plate, a shared emotion, his love for craft apparent. I almost forgot my jacket by the time I cleared my plate. I never the question the price of the experience, as it is priceless. And this man, in this place, at this time in my life is worth every single penny. 2 thumbs up, a cheers and an applause. Thank you chef. The large size tacos were delish but lacked salt or seasoning. The torta was good but also lacked salt and would be much better with guacamole instead of small slice of Avocado.

I just shared a large Chicken Sinigang, a Beef Kaldereta, Chicken Pansit, and an order of Lumpia with 2 other adults AND THERE ARE STILL LEFTOVERS!!! . The Beef was SO TENDER, and had just the perfect kick that it lingers in the mouth making you want to go back for more. I REALLY hope they make it with Goat sometime, I'd love to try their take on that. . The Chicken was falling off the bone and SO JUICY!! And those radishes!! WOW, tender as soft boiled potatoes. . I can say that I've never had a Pansit with as much variety of veggies that was as balanced with the meat portion without being overwhelmed by either. This has been by far my favorite Pansit I've had to date. . But the Lumpia.... not just veggies and rice noodles. These have MEAT inside! Fluffy, flavored, savory meat and veggies that with their sauce (I dipped a few in the Beef Kaldereta, won't lie, I LOVE that kick!) that sweet & sour with that kick.... I'm drooling again just thinking about it. . This is a FANTASTIC hole in the wall that should be tried by everyone at least once. There is something for EVERYONE here!”
