“One other person and I did a tour of the facility and a tasting of several different whiskeys. Our host was incredibly knowledgeable and made things really interesting. I've done half a dozen distillery tours in the past, and this one was the most genuine; it wasn't commercial or fake feeling. This is a real, small local distillery and they care about everything they do!“

“The owner of the restaurant just called me a working class driver (in a tone that sounded like he was talking to his slave from a throne) for asking him about a wait time on a delivery order for uber. I don't think my son or I will be eating here for a 7th time, we will take our hard earned lower class money to Yak & Yetti for some better made food and company. People like him that are dismissive of another persons right to service based on financial class will come back as a snake...“

“Yummy thin crispy egg rolls. Oil is always fresh which is an issue other places near imo. Cashew chicken is yummy. Haven't tried a lot seems like basic straight forward takeout.Editing to add since I wrote the review 5 years ago this place has stayed at the top of the list for take out Chinese food. We moved further away but make the 15 min drive for it when we want takeout. Worth it.“

“I love this place so much it is my First Stop, First Watch on the weekends. Service is impeccable- staff are incredibly warm and friendly. Make sure to ask for Maggie Edmark! She is one of the best servers that works there. As I am usually there with my wife, they make me feel welcome like family. They never rush you. The menu is incredible and it has a little bit of everything in it- it is amazing and well balanced. I highly recommend as the menu and staff are great! Thanks for always taking care of us, Maggie!“

“Had reservation for 7:00 pm, Friday. Seated at 7:45ish. Manager offered us 1 complimentary cocktail because of wait. Adorable hostess! Excellent server! Yummy salmon with vegetable of the night, a tasty green beans recipe! I ate only one bite of the undercooked-to-me white rice pilaf because it was undercooked. The ambiance is an “up town” look to this boomer. I will be returning to eat at Lot One.“

“Take-out is always great here! Fresh and ready when I come to pick it up. The staff is friendly and polite and the ramen is just delicious. Even my picky kids like it! The tonkatsu broth is creamy but flavorful and the yakisoba is yummy too! I've never eaten inside but the atmosphere is calming and pretty quiet each time I've been in to pick up our order.“

Their specialty taco - fried avocado - was mouth watering. I also had a Baja fish taco and couldn’t help but sneak in a carnitas taco, too. Just as an fyi - I wouldn’t choose a food delivery service for them - Go directly to their website and order - Prices are cheaper, food is ready faster, the staff get your generous tips and you get the experience of the oh-so-kind and helpful staff!! “Good quality sushi for the price in the Denver area. Sashimi is nicely done and nice cuts of fish, rolls are better than most as well, although still Krab (not crab) for those that are ordering. I'm from the Seattle area so finding a decent sushi restaurant for a good price took awhile. They are consistent as well, which is nice to see. ?“

“I came here specifically to try to California burrito. Like many people in the reviews, there aren't many places that have them around CO. And this place is pretty good! The guy that worked there was a little confused that we wanted to add meat to the Cali burrito- otherwise it's just potato, cheese and sauce. I would definitely eat here again! The interior is a little run-down and has the furniture from what looks like a 90s Taco Bell. But it's a great place to order to go.“

“My husband and I got takeout and shared:- Flight of Bacon- Philly Cheesesteak Benedict- BFG BurritoI was really impressed by everything we got. I loved everything, but if I had to pick a favorite, it would be the Philly Cheesesteak Benedict.The bacon flight was really fun. I can't say I knew which one was which flavor, but I enjoyed the variety and all of them were good.I'd definitely go back and dine in because I'm sure it's even better fresh.“

“I have been a frequenter of Yak and Yeti for many years now. I have been to multiple locations of theirs (my favorite was when they were in Westminster where the Tamale Kitchen is now). I think that if you have never been to Yak and Yeti and are looking for a good Indian/Nepalese buffet, look no further. This IS the place. The buffet as a lot of good selections and they have a great drinks menu.That being said, I now feel like I need to review this place as someone who has seen it ebb and flow over the years. I think that this location is obviously the nicest interior and exterior as the other locations are pretty much just buildings with some stuff on the walls and really good food. Though, I don't think that really changes the quality of food I just thought it should be known that if you are curious about the difference of locations, that is going to be a big one. I think this particular location has the widest beer selection as well but that could be false now. It used to be that way years ago though.I will say that every time I have been to Yak and Yeti I get the buffet. I have never even looked at a menu. You should know that if you have never been that they will expect you to get the buffet because everyone does. I have seen the wait staff get kind of confused when someone does ask for a menu but they will obviously abide and not be rude about it. The buffet is king though and why people go.So, I have mentioned that the food is great and it is. Four stars alone for the food. But other things are being taken into consideration with this review and I will be the one that will say it if no one else will....Yak and Yeti is resting on its laurels. The food is great but never really changes. If it does change it is that the preparation of the already known dishes changes slightly. The flavors are always on point but the flavors are the same level of depth as they have always been. Yak and Yeti has become so stable that if you go you better find something to become your usual because that is what you will always get. Maybe they are hiding some stuff on the menu that excels from what I am stating but I don't think so.The locations all have this slightly deteriorated look that shows that they could operate at the same level as they do now and never be worried about it, and from what I know of their fan base. That is true.Their servers just exist to grab drink orders but they also don't have a normal wait staff set up. It is like a group of people are your wait staff and you can pretty much just grab anyone to get you anything. If you haven't been before this can probably be confusing but they EXPECT that you have been before or are with someone that has been because that is how this place runs.The food is great but if you don't "get" what makes Yak and Yeti good the first time you go they won't wow you the second time so you probably don't need to go back. I can tell you though that I will go back and enjoy Yak and Yeti for years to come because their food is now a source of comfort. Maybe that will be you and maybe that won't be.“

“When we moved to the area 6 years ago, we embarked on a journey to find our go to Chinese takeout restaurant. The journey didn’t last long. We haven’t tried any other place because the food here is so good and reasonably priced - especially the family dinner options. We really enjoy YP Hello and recommend it to everybody in search of a good Chinese restaurant.“

“So happy New Image opened a location in Arvada! Walked here after watching a movie at the Harkins Theater nearby, taking time for myself. Got a beer and burger (specifically their Spicy BBQ Burger) impressed by the quality of food. The bartender was fantastic, socializing with all the customers and staying on top of their beverage needs. Lively vibes with a decent amount of seating. I didn't get to explore the whole brewery, because apparently there's a backyard. Need to try their daily specials next time!“

“Okay, first off this is a great open mic. Aaron does an amazing job of setting up and navigating for the performers so they can bring their craft. Also Aaron's band 78 bombs rocks, and Travis runs a great bar. This is a super welcoming environment and everyone is chill. Musicians are all awesome and the vibe is sweet. Felt right at home performing and I gotta tell ya there are some stellar musicians here, however this is also a great place for up and comers to cut their performing teeth. “First time was really really good. Wasn't sure how big the 7inch was and I was impressed. It was massive. And pretty good. Wish they seasoned the patty a bit more was kinda bland but just over $20 for 2 people and a full meal. It's less then McDonald's and x4 the food and x2 the taste. Will be coming back for sure.“

“Amazing Italian food! Seriously go here! It’s in a strip mall but wow is all I can say. 45+ years in business and the food is very authentic. Everything was really good. We had chicken alfredo, lasagna and baked spaghetti and meatballs. Their sauce is thick and delicious. Good portions too, plus serve wine and beer. Can’t wait to go back.“

“Stopped in at Papa Murphy’s for a client and ordered a pizza for them. Parker Logan and Marissa were there to help me. Parker explained the different types of pizza and my client ordered the New York style pizza. They were quick to make it and I appreciate their service.“

But, recently, I would not take some out of town guest there because of condition of the bathrooms. It must be time to get things fixed when I think it is a mess. Maybe just make it reasonable“

“Stopped in here for lunch the other day to check it out, and I dig it!! There's ample parking here. I came in and stood for just a second, and the bartender/server told me to sit anywhere. This is a table service kind of place, and you pay your server when done. I ordered the ultimate nachos and absolutely could not believe the amount, it was enough for 3 people. It was good, but could have stood more melted cheese and meat that seemed to be in short supply. Cut back on the amount of chips, and it would be okay. However, there was a lot of chips, and there needs to be a bit more toppings on there. How about layering the toppings on, there's an idea for you! My bartender/ server was the only one there, and my drink ran out, and it took a minute for a refill. He was extremely friendly and made me feel like I wanted to be there. Just need to check on the patrons a little more often, that's all. I'm willing to give this place a shot. All in all, 1.5 thumbs up.“

“Tokyo Joe's food is so refreshing from our typical fatty food restaurant meals.Tokyo Joes has a wonderful and friendly staff as always, and as soon as I order, no matter how picky I am, the food will be out in 3 minutes. Every time. It’s a bit different from a traditional fast food restaurant. I like to think of it as a mix between a sit down and fast food restaurant. You order at the counter and they bring the meals to you. When you’re done eating they will pick up after you.As for the atmosphere, it is pretty typical. I like that their booths are super spacey, and they have high top tables as well. Nothing super special though.Their food quality brings me back almost everyday. I’ve noticed that they always result in better ingredients, though their food is still decently cheap. Around $12 for a bowl, and a bento box combo with a cookie and a drink included is $16. Really not bad at all.Something that I admire that some restaurants have is their sweet tea. Tokyo Joe’s tea selection is amazing! They have raspberry hibiscus, black berry, unsweetened, sweet and other flavors that taste natural and pure, not like Fuze from a fountain. They also use Stevia for their sweetener which is a good option.All in all, it’s a really great place to eat if you’re trying to get there in a rush. I remember approaching the restaurant playing the radio, going in and ordering, then coming out and getting into my car for the same song on the radio to still be playing. That’s how fast they are. The environment isn’t anything super special but they have a comfortable environment and their food is absolutely worth a try at least one time. “This place used to be called Tams and they used to have the biggest egg rolls in Denver and they used to have really delicious fried mushrooms.But The Treasure pot was also in a different location and was the favorite Chinese restaurant of my family. My parents used to bring their own tea bags.Sad that Tams is gone, but happy that The Treasure Pot is in a new, yet familiar spot.“
