“The food and the service is absolutely amazing! We tried the Onion Bhaji, Chicken Vindaloo, Benegasi Gosht, Haldi Mixed Grill, and Gulab Jamun. Every single thing was perfect: perfect spice level, super tender meat, so flavorful. My husband said it was the best vindaloo he’s had. As we were packing up, the owner offered us complimentary Chai. They definitely take care of their customers and take great pride in their restaurant. I can’t recommend Haldi Indian Cuisine enough. Can’t wait to come back!”

“The best service and hospitality I’ve experienced in Denver/Aurora. The food is incredible and the staff is extremely knowledgeable about vegan food. They are a family run business that has been operating for three decades with Mama still cooking in the back (they were featured in Westword). Aside from having marked vegan options on the menu, you can also ask them to make vegan versions of things. I noticed they wrote and circled “vegans!” on the order notepad which tells me they are very careful about making sure dietary accommodations are paid attention to. We were able to veganize the chow fun and it was the best (in fact, the only good) vegan chow fun I’ve had in Colorado over the last 8 years. Also large portions at a very good price. This is a gem of a restaurant. If you’re vegan and haven’t been yet, make it a priority!”

“My wife and I had planned to visit for a long time, but always found ourselves otherwise busy. Ordered takeout via DoorDash on 1/4/2024, when we arrived at the restaurant for pickup, we discovered that the staff had tried to contact us to let us know that parts of our order were unfillable due to running out of a couple items. They allowed us to substitute for a second Panang Curry, and some Crab Rangoon. Our incredible experience inside the restaurant while we waited can not be overstated!
The restaurant was incredibly comfortable yet well lit, the staff were unbelievably friendly, and the nice hot cups of tea were the pinnacle of comfort on a 22-degree night! As for the food itself, I am absolutely in love with the complex yet perfectly blended flavors of the Panang as well as the fresh crunch of the Crab Rangoon.
10/10 will absolutely be back again and again!

“Have visited several times before. Last Thursday we tried your lunch for the first time. I had biscuits & gravy with spicy sausage and eggs over, huge and delicious. My wife ordered the veggie burger. Her salad was brought out, then 5 minutes later was advised they were out of it! She re-ordered the pot roast, but the brocolli was over cooked and the carrots were dry. Other than that, was good. There was a problem at check out with the purchase of gift cards, but was shortly resolved. We look forward to visiting again in the New Year, but only for breakfast or dinner.”

When the ice tea was out in the fountain machine, another woman (possibly the owner) stepped in to brew me the most delicious fresh-brewed ice tea I've tasted and sent us home with containers of loose tea to make ourselves more at home. The decor and ambiance is very nice with several areas for tables. There is a bar and a sushi bar where patrons can sit as well.
The food is Japanese pub style with sushi and other traditional items
The less impressive was the service. It took a long time for a server to get our order in (unsure if they were understaffed).
Then the food came out way too quickly as we ordered appetizers and entrees and they didn't give time to finish appetizers before mains were served. This made our table overly crowded. Hopefully they can figure out this for future visits.
The bento box I ordered was very filling.
Next time I'd skip appetizer and just get an entree as the portions were much larger than expected.
There is plenty of parking as they have their own lot and overflow for the strip mall adjacent.”

The views here are so pretty. Something about this place just made me want to take in everything and enjoy good company and life.”

We arrived around 01-01:15 am, but we didn’t realise that the kitchen closed earlier than the restaurant. Even though the kitchen closed, we were welcomed anyway and offered a selection of dishes off of the menu that they were still able to prepare. The service was so cheerful, the staff were so kind, and the flavours were delicious. We ate tteokbokki and sweet-chili fried chicken and ordered Mango juice.
It was a pity that I forgot to ask for our server’s name because she was such a lovely and sweet person. I am thoroughly looking forward to my next visit.^^”

Example: spaghetti with meat sauce comes in a kid size bowl with barely any meat for $10.99 and eggplant parm with a side of spaghetti comes on a large dinnerplate with a very large serving of eggplant and the same amount of spaghetti for $10.99 BIG DIFFERENCE! I think I ordered the Gluten free fettuccine a la Huancaina. His order was good also. but he ended up eating about 1/4 of my plate, & I took 1/2 home & still ate on it 2x more! Every time you reheat, those spices you smell make your mouth water. I did order it without the white onion in it, & we ordered more of the shrimp that was on top, as it's garnished with one, & I wanted him to try it. Our server gal only spoke Spanish, but with our little knowledge we worked it out, & at one point I spelled out on her phone my question, & she translated it. Really was not a problem, & she was such a darling! Even the manager checked in with us to make sure we were happy.”

My wife ordered the veggie burger. Her salad was brought out, then 5 minutes later was advised they were out of it! She re-ordered the pot roast, but the brocolli was over cooked and the carrots were dry. Other than that, was good. There was a problem at check out with the purchase of gift cards, but was shortly resolved. We look forward to visiting again in the New Year, but only for breakfast or dinner.”

They are a family run business that has been operating for three decades with Mama still cooking in the back (they were featured in Westword). Aside from having marked vegan options on the menu, you can also ask them to make vegan versions of things. I noticed they wrote and circled “vegans!” on the order notepad which tells me they are very careful about making sure dietary accommodations are paid attention to. We were able to veganize the chow fun and it was the best (in fact, the only good) vegan chow fun I’ve had in Colorado over the last 8 years. Also large portions at a very good price. This is a gem of a restaurant. If you’re vegan and haven’t been yet, make it a priority!”

“The food and the service is absolutely amazing! We tried the Onion Bhaji, Chicken Vindaloo, Benegasi Gosht, Haldi Mixed Grill, and Gulab Jamun. Every single thing was perfect: perfect spice level, super tender meat, so flavorful. My husband said it was the best vindaloo he’s had. As we were packing up, the owner offered us complimentary Chai. They definitely take care of their customers and take great pride in their restaurant. I can’t recommend Haldi Indian Cuisine enough.
