“We absolutely love Kikos! it was one of the first places we found when we moved to Brighton and now it's our favorite place to eat and we regularly bring family and friends. It's always great food, great services and great prices. you can't go wrong at Kikos. I love their Mexican gumbo and my husband always gets the Torta.”

I thought you had be part of the golf club in order to eat here but I was happy to find out that it's open to the public. I was actually kind of shocked how good the food was. “Took the family for a quick dinner and one of the happy meals hamburger was made wrong. The owner or store manager overhear us talking and without even going to the counter came to us and asked what was wrong. She immediately had a new hamburger made and delivered it to us. On our way out we thanked her again and told her we had brought our son in for his birthday meal. She told us to wait so she could get him something and came back with a bag of cookies. What great customer service! We will be sure to return to this McDonald's. Thank you for taking care of us!”

“If you want an absolutely delicious, flavorful, juicy plant based burger, you HAVE to try their Impossible burger! To me, it is the best by far! I totally forgot to add sautéed mushrooms, so that will take it to a whole new level, trust me, it does not disappoint!”

Then they bring you the food to the table . But our waiter never came back to see if we needed anything or check on us . Think that if there waiters check on there customers they be in better shape just my humble opinion”

They didn't charge a fee for the space, they had several options for food, and they had everything set up and ready to go by time our party started. I highly recommend Copper Rail to anyone who is throwing or hosting a large party. They are very accommodating and they took great care of everyone in our group for a very reasonable price.”

The food is more than bar food.
The wings, green chili are what you would expect. Thick juicy wings. Meaty green chili that is as expected. Spicy and full of pork, and flavor. The onion rings are served hot and fresh..
But make sure you ask for dipping sauce.”

“I’ve been looking for a good Thai spot here in Brighton. I saw on the online menu they had Thai options so I stopped in. It was relaxing inside the restaurant even though they were very busy! Constant orders, so much be a good spot if everyone is coming here! Even though they were busy I felt I got good customer service. The staff were friendly, the food came out fast, and the curry was really good. Not too spicy. The vegetable egg rolls had good flavor and tasted fresh. Really good size portions! I will definitely come back”

The miserable Karen's complaining about this place will never be happy in life, ignore them. I come here every year for my birthday. “We met some friends for dinner outside at Simply pizza at the Run Westy Run Food Truck Park. It’s awesome pizza! We ordered four different pizzas and they were all delicious. The kids ran around and played the outdoor games while while we listened to music and enjoyed our pizza. It was awesome! Highly recommend, but kinda want it to stay a hidden gem.”

The staff was also extremely kind, they kept checking in on us even after we had been sitting down for a while to ensure we didn't need anything else.

The baristas have been trying so many different combinations to make it taste the way it did, they truly had been amazing with all their effort. But it’s not the same and I will have to go somewhere else to find a drink I like.
If corporate sees this, last week I had over 7,000 stars. I am a very loyal customer and I will be going somewhere else to spend money. It sure would have been nice if you were going to change it that you had an actual replacement that was the same.”

Their breakfast burritos were cheap, and the best in Brighton, Colorado! I give this establishment a 10 out of 10 people!! VISIT your local Santiago's whenever you get chance! Try the smothered green chili burrito!”

“Was not having a great day, ordered 4 drinks for my kids and I, my daughter promptly spilled all of them getting in the car. The manager and team were so kind, they offered to help with the mess and remade my drinks free of charge immediately to get me on my way. I could not be more thankful. That was a lot of money and of course it was on the way to school so I didn’t have much time. They were absolutely amazing and made the situation a little less stressful for my poor daughter!!!”

“I was shopping at Target and decided to stop at the Starbucks in the store and get a drink. Starbucks are everywhere and I get the same drink a vanilla bean frap with caramel throughout the cup and on top. The cashier asked if I wanted extra caramel so I said yes. I was thinking a teaspoon or so. I mean they don’t give you much anyway so extra is great.
Well holly cow! I got a cup of caramel with some whipped cream. I don’t know if the barista was being a smart a$$ of what but come on!
The line was long so I could not have them remake it. I figured I could just pull my straw up and not drink from the pool of caramel in my cup. Wrong. It was so sweet and gross I just threw it away and told myself I did not need the calories. I guess I made a $6 donations to Starbucks today!”

“Came back to visit Colorado after moving to Arizona 8 years ago and I knew I had to come to Santiago's! I've craved their chile fries since I've left! They've done a remodel since I moved and it's amazing and the service and food are still the best!”

It made my trip to Denver complete on the way out of town! Met the owner as well.
