“Hubby and I ordered the breakfast burrito smothered with chili and the breakfast tacos. They sold out of the habernero bacon so we got those two items with chorizo. Let me tell you, the food was phenomenal!! Their take on the brunch menu is so unique with a slight touch of Asian flavours (ie crispy onions) which suits my palate. I wouldn’t recommend the Vietnamese coffee since it wasn’t as strong as I hoped for. Also, l loved the vibe here. You order first and then bring the food to your table once it’s ready.“
“Wait staff are ALWAYS as attentive as they can be, even with a full house they make you feel like family. The drinks SLAP and even the mimosas are strong! My partner and I come here on the regular- Even though we moved about 30 minutes away, it's worth the drive ?“
“We went today with 25 people from two schools it was awesome service our waiter was a super hero he got everything correct the first try super friendly and came back often to check on us! The food was amazing most definitely recommend 10/10 we will be back soon! Thanks for a great experience!“
“One of my favorite breakfast places to go when I’m in town visiting. Food is always great with very large portion size for the cost you pay. Cost of food is very reasonable. Large menu with plenty of breakfast/brunch options. Staff are very friendly and efficient. Nothing fancy about the interior of this diner which is why I gave 4/5 for the atmosphere but overall is a great breakfast/brunch spot.“
“Great place for a classic breakfast. Plenty of vegetarian options! Everyone was nice and the food tasted great. Didn't skimp with the portion sizes either. Will definitely be back!Vegetarian options: Large selection with plenty of options for modification“
“Amazing brunch experience! Came here directly after a 4 hour flight and instantly fell in love. The staff is super sweet and friendly, the food is incredible and full of original ideas. My group liked it so much, we went out of our way to come here again on our way back to the airport on this trip. Please please please come to Reston, Virginia!!“
“I helped my son move to Denver from New Orleans, and he suggested this place for breakfast the next morning. He has been visiting friends in Denver for years and said this was one of his favorite places for breakfast, so we went. We got there about 10 am on a Sunday morning and had a 45-minute wait to get seated. The menu is simple, and the service was great. The workers were on the spot as soon as a table cleared, they were cleaning it and had the next group seated within a few minutes. While we waited, I saw the size of the biscuits as servers brought out food to others. My son encouraged me to "split" a meal with him, so we did. 10 year old granddaughter wanted a cinnamon roll, and it was the size of a loaf of bread! So we helped her with that and still had leftovers of it to go. She was excited! He and I split a Franklin, which was a fried chicken breast topped with thick bacon, cheddar cheese, and sausage gravy. It was very good and half a meal filled both of us. See the photos for more. He had Irish coffee and I had a bloody Mary. Excellent dining experience and easy to see why it took so long to get seated! Still worth the wait.“
“Fantastic food!! My wife and I swung in here on a whim and they really surprised us. Their breakfast sandwich was phenomenal, they offered a banana chocolate chip scone that was excellent and they have an “over night oat” oat meal that blew me away. Wonderful atmosphere, super friendly staff, I wish we had a place like that back home! Port side is five star.“
“Rise & Shine Biscuit Kitchen was on point! This was my first time here and it was truly enjoyable.Basically a build your own breakfast sandwich. Skip the fast food places and come here to have fresh food that is top notch. The Biscuit of the Day is a great go-to! Even if it sounds “weird” they know what they are doing, just get it. I didn’t- my buddy did- I was outta luck but thankfully they let me try theirs. It was delicious but I was hesitant because it sounded like it wouldn’t be good. They also have coffee and will know what type of drink to make if you prefer something from a chain- but it will taste way better!Their biscuit cinnamon rolls are AMAZING! much better consistency than a regular cinnamon roll that sits heavy- their biscuit dough makes it light and fluffy!Parking: Parking sucks anywhere there isn’t a parking lot. Be prepared to street park and take a nice walk to and from Rise & Shine.“
“Went here for the first time today for a breakfast for lunch meal and was blown away!! Absolutely delicious!! The biscuits and gravy is what I ordered and it was not your normal old school biscuits and gravy. The gravy has more meat, sausage and bacon, in It than you would get in an entire breakfast elsewhere, the biscuits have cheese baked in them and are huge, eggs and potatoes were cooked perfectly, and the house hot sauce was delightful. A must try in the north metro area.“
“It was a breakfast joint. Clean and tidy, except don't think anyone had checked the bathrooms in a minute though. Our server was personable. She had a greek name. She was on it. There seemed to be a few servers just milling around. Maybe they have a no cut policy. My breakfast was pretty good. My friend got the corned beef and she said it was not great. Parking was easy, but we were there closer to the end.“
“Food was phenomenal as always and our server was outstanding. Only issue was I asked for no celery in my Bloody Mary and they put a large stalk in it which is a waste because 1. I don't eat it 2. It takes up space where there should be more mix.“
“What can be said that already hasn’t? Food is amazing and our server was literally THE BEST. Gave us a sample to try something we were asking about which was a nice touch.FYI if looking for Denver Biscuits - it’s part of Atomic Cowboy. I heard several people in the parking lot asking where it was.“
“We were very pleased with not only the great food but with the personal customer service of Lookin Good. Visiting Denver family from Iowa my Uncle Sonny recommended we give it a try, as it had been him and his wife Lois's (who passed about 7 mo ago) favorite restaurant for many years. It warmed our hearts that the staff remembered them and sent condolences and well wishes to Sonny. Thanks Kathy, Angela and Nick for making our dinner experience so special. Will definitely be back next time in Denver!“
“We are from Dallas Texas. We went to go visit my daughter in Colorado over the weekend and we found this restaurant. The food is amazing. Not only did we go once we went twice they’re very nice people very kind. The service is amazing. I highly recommend the food I even got a caramel Cappuccino to go amazing my daughter got one of their green shakes and it was so good. I’m just hoping that when we go again to Colorado we are definitely going to stop there again. I had their green Chilaquiles and the red ones. My daughter had the French toast. She was in love with it and their pancakes oh my God they’re amazing to you would have to try those.“
“We had a delicious breakfast before baseball this morning: I got an iced coffee flight and a basic breakfast with dressed greens and a sausage patty. My son got. Banana pancake and oatmeal, and my husband got an omelette. Service was fast and friendly, especially for 7am! My dressed greens were the star of my show and I’ll be craving them daily.“
“The food we had was delicious! I recommend the sweet potato smash up.Seemed really noisy for a chill breakfast place.Would definitely eat there again though!Parking: Parking lot is shared with either a hotel or a corporate type business building.“
“The food was excellent. I had the habanaro pork belly Bennie. Spicy crunchy very good. The wife had the breakfast burrito with green chili sauce. She speaks highly of it. Emmett our waiter was attentive when needed giving the right amount of service.“
“Great modern breakfast diner. The food is always top tier, over many visits. The staff are brief but very nice. There's occasionally a wait, but it's rarely more than 20 minutes. Superior to similar nearby breakfast/ brunch spots.“
“I just had an amazing experience here. We sampled a couple of appetizers and 4 sandwiches, and it was all perfection. Light and flavorful, served with a smile by the chef/owner who was delightful. Small and unassuming, this is EXACTLY the type of place I'm always looking to find. We'll be back soon!!“
“My go to Vietnamese place that makes me feel like home. From the OG ladies that bring the taste of bánh cuốn (Vietnamese clear crepes) comparable to socal for me. If you're Vietnamese they have everything from bánh cuốn, bánh ướt, bánh hỏi , gio, cha, Vietnamese yogurt, pickled veggies, bánh bao, caramel flan, moc, you name it. Even my SoCal parents loved it whenever they visit. Pricing is cheap. They give discount for cash payment. The Ladies are super nice. Just be polite. If you have a big order say more than 2 lbs of whatever crepe, call ahead. It'll take them 20 min to get it ready for you. And they like it better bc they're less stressed out. For Americans, if you're down to try I'd recommend asking for "bánh cuốn combo"(with minced pork meat), it comes w fresh Thai basil fried shallot and yes , our motherland famous dipping fish sauce. Cheers.“
“I was at a conference in Denver and my husband and daughter came with me. They came to eat at Hashtag while I was at the conference and raved about it. They took me there on the way home from our trip and it was so awesome! Loved the decor, great music, service, and food. Pancakes are huge! I couldn’t even get through one! Will definitely come back next time I find myself in Denver!“
“Some of the food was not to order. French toast was burnt, asked for crispy bacon and it was under cooked. Barista at the front so focused on making coffee we were not greeted for over 5 min. Same Barista who checked us out, was pretending to wipe the counter facing away from everyone so we stood for a few min before he acknowledged us again. Overall staff was polite and food was ok. Not typically had issues at this location.“
“The homemade corned beef hash was so good that I had to return again! I’ve had a few things in their menu and each one was excellent—flavor combinations that I could never imagine when I’m cooking at home and actually worthy of a gourmet restaurant. Casual & friendly service. Highly recommended!“
“It was a fun place to eat, and the weather was great! Most everything I ate was fabulous, but. I didn't love their gravy! It had a vinegary taste. I think there was pickled something in it! I will go back though!Parking: It's on Tennyson, so it's hit or miss with parking spots!“
“I love Lisa 's place but there's something about the green chili.... They put some kind of leafy herb in it that I've never had in green chili and it's gross. Bay leaf, rosemary? Not sure but it's so over powering and there's giant leaf chunks in my food.“
“Sun Valley Kitchen has really surprised me with the quality of their coffee and tea beverages, food, and atmosphere. The full service coffee bar has a range of standard coffees, lattes, and teas. All are very reasonably priced for Denver. I'm not sure the coffee bean they use but it is full bodied and delicious. The tea selection isn't very large, but they are all well steeped and really delicious.Based on several lunches here, I feel qualified to say that their food far exceeds expectations. At a very reasonable price too. I'm positive you will be surprised as well, you can't go wrong with the daily special!Aside from their products, the staff has done a wonderful job at creating a laid back cafe that's great for hanging out in. Big windows let lots of light pour in, plenty of tables and an array of big comfy couches makes the interior a wonderful place to stay a while. All of the staff members are delightful to talk to, kind, and very helpful.Great job Evan!“
“We were on our way to another place and when we showed up it was closed. We searched nearby and this was a short walk away. WE ARE SO GLAD the deli was closed. BEST breakfast burrito, BEST omlette, diner perfect coffee, green chili ON POINT. Service............so amazing. Nicest people cooking delicious food. We're visiting for a few days and we're coming back because we saw the Cinnamon rolls fresh from the oven but couldn't eat more food just yet...BoOm!“
“the sign on the door regarding sanitizing everything is TRUE! I saw the staff disinfect everything at the table as customers left. salt and pepper shakers, jelly tray, signs, tables, booth seats, chairs, counter tops, door handles, bathrooms and even the pens customers use to sign credit card slips. I feel safe eating here. The food was excellent!“
“Great place for brunch! My bridesmaids took me here for my anniversary and we really enjoyed it! Prices were a little high but that's every where these days. We loved catching up with each other and the atmosphere was wonderful. Service could have been a little better, but the food was excellent!“
“Originally, I had eaten at this restaurant almost a decade ago. The meal I had left a positive impression. So when I came up on it again and was very hungry, I had no choice but to eat here again. I decided to try the pineapple upside down pancakes. The pancakes were soft and well made. I had a nice customer service experience.“
“A cheerful place to get a burrito, espresso, and some teleworking work done. Sam is so friendly and the decor is a cross between Italian charm and being friends with empowering women. Would telework here more if the WiFi was a little more robust. The WiFi could use an espresso too!“
“Everything about this place was AMAZING. Our servers name was Anthony and I don’t think I’ve ever had a server with better manners and more attentive. I got the gnocchi sweet potato dish and it was one of the best things I’ve ever eaten. I can’t wait to try more stuff on the menu. I’ve been telling all my friends. Also, I got the cheese cake for dessert and it was amazing. Can’t say enough good stuff about this place.“
“I have never felt compelled to write a review while still dining as much as I do right now…The universe brought me here this morning to savor and appreciate all that is life ?I am from out of town so google maps is my guide to all things. How this is rated 4.3 blows my mind from the experience I am having. Solid 5.0 and beyondI am in heaven with this country chicken vegetables and egg, flavor out of this world sauce was delectable. PerfectionI had a cup of hot coffee with a splash of cream and drop of syrup since the name I had to work it in my meal somehow. They also have nitro cold brew, mimosas and an extensive list of great options for food.I read the room a bit when I arrived in terms of seating. I am an outdoor patio person to the max. There was a small wait so I pivoted to bar seating which was equally great.Eric was on top of it making sure everything was top notch and doing 1000 things. Kathryn was so sweet and accommodating at the hostess stand. Come check out the new menu!EpicParking: 15-20 spots side of building“
“You can get different types of ham and egg muffins all at once when you come here to eat. It's great! This place is amazing! The chili verde benny is filled with hand-ripped pork, which is now my favorite dish! I can eat several ham and egg muffins a day now without any stress. Every dish I ordered was delicious, the steak benny, the potato pancakes, the pineapple on lasagna, the cappuccino, everything was so good. The only thing that wasn't so good was having to wait here for 45 minutes, but it wasn't a waste of time, the food was delicious come here and enjoy!“
“Swift's is one of the better places to sit down & have breakfast, not only in Denver Colorado, but in the whole country. Places like Swift's are a dying breed, built decades ago & still in business to this day, and hopefully they stay in business forever. I highly recommend their smoothered breakfast burrito, it is to die for.“
“The staff here make it my favorite location. Food is always on point. I have bad food allergies and they always pay attention to my requests/needs. Great spot to eat after a walk or run at Sloane's lake.Vegetarian options: Most dishes can be modified to be vegetarian friendly.Dietary restrictions: Takes food allergies seriously.“
“Under new management and it's so much better, the green chili is really good but if you don't like the spice just order mild, I got medium and it was perfect, my mom got mild and it was a bit spicy for her. We both got breakfast burritos and they were delicious . Definitely coming back and soon. The new name is 5280 eats, it's owned by the owner and his wife that have the tattoo place next door.“
“It's a Village Inn. Comfy place to hang out while waiting for check-in time at our nearby hotel. I wanted (needed) a small salad, so I ordered the combination soup & garden salad. It was just okay, not the best. Iceberg lettuce. Tomatoes were mushy and had tough skins, but it's hard to get good tomatoes. Husband ate a big breakfast, eggs, hash browns, pancakes, sausage and bacon. I gave him half of my green chili to top his eggs. The chili was spicy, we like it that way, but flavor was just okay. Too much cornstarch or something, kind of "gelly". However, our server was attentive and nice.“
“I have SO many good things to say about this place. Between the food, and the amazing staff this has easily become my favorite spot. The bagels and spreads are delicious. The breakfast potatoes are cooked to absolute perfection every time. They serve amazing fresh made soups. You simply have to try this place!“
“Our breakfast go to! These cooks know how to make eggs! If you say over medium, they will be made perfectly over medium. The service is great, and there are so many menu options. They label allergies very well. I have never had anything I didn't like here.“
“We try to go to this breakfast place when the kids have holidays. It’s a very good breakfast restaurant. The food tastes good. Quick in service. We have been going for years. The parking can be tricky since it’s in the cherry creek area. Taken families here and they have loved it as well. Lots of options. Simple but good. Definitely recommend this place to anyone“
“My wife and I saw the reviews and decided to give this place a try while in town to see a Drake concert that never happened ?.It is a very popular place so we were told it would be about. 20-25 min wait. You can pour yourself a complimentary cup of coffee and hang by the door if you like. The coffee was good. After being sat we looked over the menu and took in the vibes. Really cool atmosphere and service. The biscuits and butters were so so good. There actually wasn’t a single thing that wasn’t top notch. Will return again and again“
