“This is the second year I've had my bday celebration there on a Tuesday Karaoke and they really do go out of their way to make a gal feel special!! Bday decor, bday drink, they held the cake in the back for us and supplied us with extra plates, napkins etc when we were ready. I'm such a fan of the food and staff!! Gonna continue to support this incredible restaurant!“

“By far, it is the best vegan restaurant I have ever visited. Dog friendly place if you are willing to eat on the patio. Amanda was very attentive and knew the ins and outs of the diverse menu. The Italian white bean soup was creamy and seasoned perfectly. I ate an ½ order of nachos...Sasquatchos... very delicious. Nice prices... where a full order was $15, and a ½ order was $7.50. First time I have seen true ½ order prices. All beers are in cans. While the Petrus Red was labeled a beer, it was more of a wine cooler in taste and texture. One issue I had concerns the 5% equity fee listed on a yellow card in the menu. While you can opt out by speaking up, it really should be the responsibility of the employer to pay a wage or salary. This addition 'tax' should not be a diners decision and may force many to accept the 'tax' through guilt. This practice also disguises the menu prices as lower than there really are. The $15 nachos is really $15.75.“

“All I gotta say is, as a first generation immigrant from Mexico, this is our favorite Mexican restaurant in Colorado Springs. Food is FIRE (highly recommend the barbacoa) the service is really good as well, most of the time. Drinks are really good too. They ain’t stingy wit it, I’ll say that.“

“This wonderful Veteran owned, local brewery is filled with great beer and personality!! Employees are knowledgeable, friendly, community minded and encourage well-behaved dogs and children to enjoy time with family and friends. The food truck rotation is delicious or outside food is welcome. The beer rotation and quality are some of the best in this town!! This is a must-visit location!! Thank you Urban Animal Beer Co for such a lovely experience!“

“Such a lovely place in the Springs. Definitely the best selection of wine and whiskey in town, as well as a great patio on warm nights. Staff is amazing, attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable. My bartender, Cory recommended me a new favorite bourbon (Old Forester 1924) and was super nice and engaging, she was working her butt off but still found time to talk whiskey with me. This is for sure my favorite spot in town; oh, and get the pretzel!!“

“My friends and I went here on our first night during our girls weekend. It was so much fun. The atmosphere was so cool, it felt like we were visiting a restaurant in Germany. Our waitress Tina was so fun and definitely made it an amazing experience. We will definitely be coming back!“

“This is a fun bustling place. The energy here is great. Always good coffee. The food is just ok. But they have a nice assortment of baked goods and are able to accommodate dietary restrictions. Service is friendly and fast. There are lots of little nooks to sneak yourself into and read a book or work on your computer, if you don’t mind a little noise. It is clean and located in a nice area.“

“I do love this speakeasy. We prefer the downtown location though. Went to this location for date night with my husband as we love Nightmare Before Christmas, but we both felt that this immersive experience was lackluster. The drinks were "eh" except for an amazing shot the bartender created for rolling snake eyes. I ordered the leek soup and it was way too salty, minus the salt, the flavor was phenomenal. I wanted to be honest, but I will definitely come back for a different theme.“

“right down the street from me!! Very clean, relaxing, nonjudgmental and veryyyy safe & comfortable overall. I had to come here to work and was very tired and Lisa was amazing, very welcoming and also i LOVED how knowledgeable she was- I was asking about Kava but then she told me about white Kratom tea instead- she went out of her way to suggest that to me and explaining its origins and benefits of it (while also explaining the differences of Kava & Kratom). I'm so glad she suggested something she knew would be better for me today ^.^ thank you! I will be back more often!“
“Great idea with cool open seating. Beers are ok but variety of choices. Good selection of food vendors. The empanada place was a great surprise. The loaded fries at the burger place was so so - need more loaded toppings. Unfortunately the pizza and bbq places were closed but would like to check them out next time.Updated:Dinged a star as I wish there was music outside to enjoy while hanging out.The pizza is decent from Decents and the loaded fries from Spark is a must have.“

“Nice chill tap room connected to a bike store. They serve a lot of Cerberus (which is next door) on draft which is great. Lots of indoor bike parking near the entrance. We went Monday evening and there were a few seats at the bar and a few tables (good for being the day after St Patrick’s). Bartender was nice and friendly, drinks were very good! I had the Scottish ale and would highly recommend. So glad to have these places in the neighborhood!“

“Hands down one of my favorite subs I have had. I was surprised at how tasty my sub was - super juicy with the perfect amount of toppings with the right texture of the tasted bread. I got the Nachos as well, which were a good side for the sub and the right amount and cost. Would highly recommend this place if you’re craving a tasty toasted sub.“

“We used to frequent Murphy's when we were in our 20s and haven't been back for about 30 years. When we found out there was a new owner that fixed it up we decided to go check it. We were not disappointed. It was great to see so much of the original bar still intact and the bartender last night (sorry I didn't get his name) was super friendly and did a great job. Never saw him without a smile on his face. It was like a trip down memory lane. We can't wait to go back.“

“I went to the Lounge in the village Saturday to celebrate St Paddy’s a day early (as I had to work on the 17th). There was a good crowd, some excellent corned beef and cabbage on offer (the best corned beef I have tasted) The two bartenders Kailey and Kristel friendly and did an outstanding job keeping everyone’s drink full. Great night I will go there again.“
“Absolutely amazing bar, the atmosphere makes you feel like you are on an island somewhere in Hawaii. Wide variety of tiki cocktail drinks served in authentic tiki glassware - really, really well done! The presentation of the drinks cannot be overstated, it is fantastic! “First, skeeball. That's really all you need to know. But also - fun theme, great energy. The menu is perfect for playing games or watching games on the TVs. This wasn't our first time but it WAS our first time finding out they have tacos!!! If your little Street Fighter heart loves a basic b taco, get there. We normally get the frogger poppers bc bacon and jalapenos are life, but these tacos might be our new favorite. Say hi to Amber if you go on a day she's working the bar.“

“Had a London Fog with a breakfast sandwich. Partner got Avocado toast. Everything tasted great. The breakfast sandwich was perfect and filled me up. We enjoyed people watching out the windows on the second floor. Heard they might have staffing issues, but they were quick on a late Sunday morning.Note, picture shows 3 slices, but you get 4 slices for the Avocado toast“

“Don't even know where to begin. Let's start with the fact they have Guinness on tap, which not a lot of places do. It so happens to be my favorite beer. The food is incredible, especially the wings, and they have ghost pepper sauce, which again haven't seen many places with enough faith in their more flavor-forward patrons to have available. The karaoke is great for having fun with friends or as a personal outlet, and the atmosphere feels very safe and welcoming which is important to me as a woman. 100/10, my favorite bar.“

“Are you a fan of old fashioned whiskey drinks? Then this is the place for you. This entire place is an awesome concept. A old elementary turned in to bars and restaurants in every classroom (formerly classrooms). When in the Colorado Springs area, this is a must visit. “The Eggs Benedict were wonderful. Not since my grandmother passed in 1970 have I had such delicious EB’s. The English muffin was nicely toasted. The portion of Canadian bacon sweetly balanced the flavor. The eggs were just perfectly poached with the hollandaise creamy and tasty. The dish was beautifully presented… but who cares what it looked like? It was great! The side of green chile is a pleasant complement to the classic.“

“My husband and I have made it a tradition to frequent Homa for lunch, and every visit leaves us more impressed than the last. We love the element of surprise when we order random meals, and we've never been disappointed with the quality or taste. While I must admit the chairs are a bit on the uncomfortable side (a tad hard), the overall atmosphere more than makes up for it. The space is incredibly spacious, airy, and exudes a pleasant vibe that instantly puts you at ease. It's not just a great spot for casual lunches; it's also perfect for get-togethers, especially on First Fridays, and even for business lunches where you can impress your clients with the ambiance. Personally, one of my favorite things to do is to come here and work on my laptop while enjoying a cup of their delicious coffee. The environment is conducive to productivity, with just the right amount of background buzz to keep you motivated. Overall, Homa has become a cherished spot for us, and we always look forward to our next visit, eager to discover new culinary delights and enjoy the welcoming atmosphere they provide.“
“Take a seat this will take a moment to give you context. I have followed Brother Lucks journey for a few years but this is my first chance to experience his energy and food. Colorado Springs is lucky to have him. He is edgy but empathic. His food is fun gorgeous and evocative. But he also honors our city and our roots. I just experienced a themed event. Dinner in the Dark. Compressed Watermelon and Elk in the Woods. Two offerings of the 7 course meal. I'm not going to waste your time with descriptions. What you need to know. Creativity is rare and should be cherished. He is creativeVery.Come celebrate a true soul filled with love. Thank you Brother Luck.“

“We went to The Block Bar and Grill this past Thursday around 5pm with my wife and 11yr old daughter. When we first got there we were pretty much the only customers. We originally decided to go because it was one of the only places I could find that had Billiards along with good food and a good atmosphere. All three of these things turned out to be great! While there there was a small challenge with a homeless person who kept coming in and making the customers and staff feel uncomfortable. One of the owners (Ben) was there and he handled this challenge very quickly and in a professional manner. Ben and the other staff were extremely apologetic to my family and the other customers. I was impressed and will be back.“

“I am giving them this rating mostly because the Korean Chickey sammich that they have on the menu is the utmost ‘bomb’. Seriously. It’s my favorite fried chicken sandwich in the entire state. You add on the cheese curds and the cool drinks ?? ?. Only negatives are the non-rotating games, tho they’re only .25$/play (bonus!), and the fact that you can’t order takeout. Please add a takeout option. I don’t typically frequent bars - but for a bombass chickey sammich…I’ll drain the eating-out portion of my bank account. Please give them your patronage! I can’t risk losing this food.Parking: Parking is in a part of downtown where it’s always available, albeit pay/hourKid-friendliness: What’s on the tv isn’t typically ‘kid friendly’ - but the games are accessible to all ages“
“1000 times yes I recommend this place! We heard commotion so we stepped in and it was a borderline raging party! The band was amazing and the crowd was reciprocating. Since the Mardi Gras parade preceded it immediately it was that kind of party vibe. There was a live Emu dancing in the crowd (swear to god) and all kinds of different costumes. We met some new friends, had some great drinks, and danced our rear ends off. I will be checking this place out way more often. As packed as it was, the bartenders were super fast. I would give this place 50 stars if I could“

“I visited Rico’s for the first time last night with a friend. I wanted to get a coffee before going to see the comedy show at Pike Peak Center. I can’t wait to go back and highly recommend this place to anyone that wants a good coffee and a good atmosphere.“

“"Breakfast near me" and weed out DD and Waffle House, you get Orbit Lounge in Colorado Springs. Inside the Satellite Hotel in COS, it's serves up a relaxed, inclusive breakfast experience. Everyone is invited to start their day with strong coffee and a stick-to-your-ribs meal. The limited staff is working hard to create something special. In COS, give it a try and just talk to people. We're all together in this life!“
“WhirlyBall is a lot of fun to play, and the facility in general is awesome! We have come down from the Denver area in 2023 and 2024 to enjoy Spring Break in Colorado Springs, and have experienced Whirlyball both times. In 2023, we didn't know what to expect, but were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the facility, and the friendliness of the staff! Because my wife and I had to alternate sitting out of the game with our daughter (who is too young and small to play), they gave us a pass for a free game out of the blue. We used that pass in 2024, and once again, the staff was friendly and accommodating, and the facility continues to shine. While the shopping center that it is located in may look older and a little rundown, I could see Whirlyball as the facility that leads to a revitalization of that part of town! Definitely recommended!“

“The vibe and the music were great - oh and the beer. But that was some of the worst food I've had in this town and especially considering the price. Already paying the entertainment fee there's no reason to inflate the mediocre food prices. Otherwise I recommend this place just eat before you go!“

“The entry fee is very reasonable. It can be hard to find a competitive game on any given day/night, but that isn't IVP's fault. I had a great time on all three days/nights I was there - met a lot of people and they were all very friendly. The staff have been very pleasant and helpful. Haven't tried the food yet.
