“Wow! What a great find. I love BBQ but am usually disappointed with CT joints. Not this place. Real BBQ. Place is clean. Nicely decorated- even the bathroom. Smoker sits outside. Guy behind the counter was great-knew his stuff (Spencer). I got my two favorites: Brisket and St Louis Ribs with slaw and cornbread. The ribs were perfect. Meaty, flavorful- no need for sauce. The Brisket same: nice crust, not fatty, lots of smoke. The sauce was nicely spicy and only used a little bit on the brisket. Slaw was fresh and just right vinegar.“
