Keep up the good work with authentic delicious menus.“
“Literally my favorite restaurant food in the world. We had Indigo at our wedding and it was delicious as always. The folks working there are very nice and always ask how we’re doing when me make an order. Portions are very generous and the flavor is top notch. Whenever I have family or friends visiting it’s at the top of my list for them to try. They are always prompt on when the food will be ready as well which we appreciate. “Highly recommended place, I got pani/dahi puri thousands miles away from home! Obviously I love the taste and mango lassi was amazing. We also ordered Kebab platter with garilc-sesame naans and Mutton Roganjosh. Kebab platter was really good and reasonably priced. Platter had five different types of kebabs, I mostly liked Hariyali kebab. The spice of biryani was really good We ended with Faluda. Their service was really good, very cordial and well-behaved. Overall we enjoyed the dinner there?“
“Super tasty and one of the most authentic south Indian foods I have had since I left India. The dosa is super crispy. This is a very rare experience, especially when dosa is served in . The Sambhar is so delicious and truly taste like home made. The payasam is just as close to perfect as it can be. This is the kind of food you get served in temples. Super good customer service. I do want to take a moment to mention the chef who is doing an amazing job with not only south Indian food, but even the north Indian dishes. And for the price of just $15 this buffet is an amazing experience.“

“After moving from Boston to Vernon, we were looking for a good Indian restaurant comparable to the level we found in the city. We quickly discovered that Utsav was not only comparable, but far exceeded any Indian restaurant we had ever dined at. This included many places across America and Europe. The food is simply exceptional as well as the service. Joe the owner pays attention to every need and detail of the customer and has white cloth service that I have only had at very high end restaurants. I cannot say enough about the food and staff.
