Would recommend: ?Chawanmushi + Uni TemakiThe combination of ingredients and cooking methods in each dish are perfect. I especially liked the snow crab chawanmushi + sea urchin hand roll. Gen-san, thank you for the meal!
You can tell the fish is fresh by the smell when you walk in. Which once you hang your coat and sit down you will be so excited to start eating. The Omakase is the best! And the service is amazing. Please go and support this hidden gem!

Phenomenal food on its way to a Michelin star. Very expensive, but worth every penny if you're looking for quality Japanese food. All the staff are Japanese themselves or have lived in Japan at one point, making all the food truly Japanese inspired.Shout out to Charles! Super cool guy and added a lot to the experience.
