Our waiter, Pedro, was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable about the menu, which made ordering easy and enjoyable. The food was absolutely delicious—every dish exceeded expectations. I also appreciated that the manager was walking around, checking in and greeting guests—it gave the whole place a warm, welcoming vibe. I highly recommend this restaurant! “We had multiple events at the Watershed hotel and Siena Norwalk (part of hotel) during the weekend of June 13 - June 15 2025, all associated with my daughter’s wedding. Brandon specifically, but also his entire team, were absolutely amazing with incredible customer service. On Friday, we had a large group of 75+/- at the rooftop patio/bar. Even with the rain threatening, Brandon was patient and waited until last minute before we were able to make a decision to have it outside. It all worked out great thanks to him and team. On Saturday, the team hosted 100+ people at Siena and the bartenders kept all happy with quick service and the served pizzas kept all nice and full. Finally, Brandon and team assisted with a great breakfast set-up. Anything that popped up over the weekend was handled professionally and easily by the team. Highly recommend Siena and the Watershed for any events with many people. Great attention to detail and communication was perfect.”

“First and foremost, I RARELY give any restaurant five stars. This restaurant earned their five stars; food, service, atmosphere all hit the mark! The food is absolutely delicious. I'm a seafood lover and I must say it's the BEST seafood restaurant I've ever been to. Everything I ate was very fresh and the kitchen definitely know what they're doing. Calamari was crispy on the outside and tender inside. It comes with buffalo sauce, lemon aioli and bamu sauce which is a spicy thin Asian sauce. Clam chowder was creamy, had the usual bacon, clams and celery and garnished with a clam on the shell; great touch if you ask me. The spicy tuna tartare was my favorite thing I ate. It came with papadum chips that were light and crispy (better than potato chips!). The tuna tartare had the right amount of spice that didn't overpower your tastebuds but it let you know you were eating fresh, delicious tuna. The cucumbers added a very refreshing touch to the dish and I loved the wasabi aioli! The hot lobster roll was perfect. Coleslaw was delicious. The steamers are always messy to eat but worth it! I had a mini seafood feast and I was super satisfied leaving the restaurant. I usually finish a good meal with dessert but I had no room. There's always a next visit for that! I didn't try my son's cheeseburger because I strictly wanted seafood but it was cooked medium just how we asked and he said it was delicious. My son is a picky eater so if he says it's good, it's good. Ambiance is very nice. There's indoor and outdoor seating. If you're a sun lover you'd love to be outdoors with the sun shining on you while you dine with a great view of the water and boats. Inside had nice nautical decor. They had a nice bar area with lots of drinks. Our server, MJ, was amazing. He was very attentive to all our needs. It was our first time eating here and we will return because of MJ and the amazing food. Our cups were always full and finished dishes cleared away. I appreciate servers like MJ because it elevates the dining experience. Great food can only get you so far but hard workers like MJ truly magnify a great experience. The restaurant was super packed. They have valet parking and I honestly thought we would wait forever but we didn't. We got in right away and our food promptly came out. MJ made sure we got the food in the order we wanted and we didn't feel rushed or ignored. Again, this is why I'm giving them five stars! If you love seafood, great service and a beautiful view, check them out.”

“What an amazing experience! The food is delicious, our waiter was super attentive and offered some very tasty recommendations. We visited for Dinner, it was a little hectic and we didn’t have reservations but the waiter and hostess (which happens to be the owner) made us feel special, and even addressed us by our names. We had the chicken parm with fettuccine pesto, the swordfish (DELICIOUS) and the artichokes florets - everything was amazing!!!! What called my attention to the restaurant is the name, as my daughter’s name is Josie, they made her feel so special (THANK YOU) .. We will definitely be visiting again to try their sandwiches!!!”

I am Georgian but married to American , my family loves my food but when we had the Georgian traditional salad my husband looked at me like he was eating something heavenly!!! The Megrelian stile Cheese bread is the best thing you ever eat !! Sooo good!! The Khinkali the soup dumplings so delicious, just make sure you drink all the juice it’s best part!! We had such a great experience and will be back very soon. The service was excellent!!! Highly recommended, 10 out of 10!!”

“Y’all… I wish I could make this review as loaded as my plate! I ordered the oxtails with rice and peas, plantains, mixed veggies, and mac and cheese. Babyyy every bite was giving soul and intention.

Let’s start with the oxtails…fall-off-the-bone tender, smothered in a rich, savory gravy that had chunks of potatoes and carrots soaking up all that goodness. Straight comfort in a box. The sides? Whew. The plantains were sweet and caramelized just right. The veggies? Not an afterthought! They were seasoned and still had a nice bite. The rice and peas were dangerously addictive.

But let’s talk about that mac. A lot of folks claim their mac and cheese is it, but this one? No debate. Whoever’s in the back made it with love and a mission. Creamy, cheesy, and baked just right. Top-tier. One of my favorite restaurant macs in a long time. Don’t play with them! They know flavor here!”

“Easy_on_easy_off from exit 16 of i_95 (Connecticut turnpike), drive thru available but no outdoor seating. Plenty of parking on the side and in the rear of the building. There is a dairy queen counter inside this location. The inside space is cozy, comfy and good for groups or for dining alone. Male and female restrooms available inside.”

“We came from Maine for the Soundside music festival and stayed in Norwalk. We ate here twice while in town for the weekend! We left our credit card on accident the first night and they held it for us! We’d forgotten coffee creamer for our air BnB so we asked the bar tender if we could buy a cup of cream. He gave it to us! Melissa was our waitress and she was great! Super friendly and great service. Over all AMAZING food and service!!! If we ever travel to Norwalk again we will definitely be back for some grub!”

“This place is absolutely incredible - the kombucha & the people. I arrived one Friday for a refill only to discover they'd closed early. I'd come a ways to get there so I called to confirm (since I was within business hours) but unfortunately they were closed & I received an apology for the inconvenience. I was bummed but figured I'd try again when I could. Yesterday (a Thursday) was that day, and unfortunately due to my own error, I fought through traffic far outside of my area only to find they were again, closed. I was visibly upset & a man who worked in the building (a true MVP) saw that. He reached out to the owner who authorized a great guy named Alex that was working in the back of the store to help me out. I truly couldn't be more appreciative of them both going above & beyond to assist me. The whole reason I kept returning is bc their product is so great. So many flavor profiles to chose from - if you've never tried kombucha or have had a bad experience in the past, this is the place to try. Couple great flavors with an amazing staff of friendly & knowledgable people - you won't be disappointed.”

Our dinner included the Everest Pickled Mushrooms which were amazing. Once we bit into the first bite our tastebuds had a burst of happiness- they are flavorful and just plain delicious!!! . If you like mushrooms you will definitely love this dish. We both had the Mix Vegetable Tarkari( Nepali Style- Vegan), Khyber Parantha, the sweet and mango lassi and Moong Dal Halwa for dessert. Delicious and perfectly balanced food! Taste of Everest has a very nice, relaxed atmosphere, wonderful food and exceptionally warm service. We enjoyed everything, that we even bought a gift certificate, to give to another friend and we will definitely be going back. You definitely need to give Taste of Everest a try- you will not be disappointed.”
